In Korea, China, Japan, and India, folk tales similar to have been transmitted. 'Tiger's Eyebrows' is differently shown in each country like 'Wolf's Eyebrows' in Japan, 'Tiger's Whisker' in China, and 'Vulture's Feather' in India. This paper looked for works that modernly transformed this folk tale in each country. In the results, there were diverse works in each country such as fairy tale book, musical, short story, and game in Korea, full-length novel in China, and fairy tale, animation, and cartoon in Japan. Meanwhile, in India, there was only a mention of the folk tale in a collection of papers. Among them, there were works showing the significance of modern transformation in the aspect of genre or contents like a short story of Korea, a full-length novel of China, and a cartoon of Japan. The Korean novel shows that human is a being with the animal's instinct while human tries to ignore it. On the other hand, the Chinese novel shows that humans are not much different from animals especially in case when facing pains or death. The Japanese cartoon shows that it is meaningless to feel shame as human in the world which is filled with monsters or animals. In India, there were no works modernly transformed because Indian folk tales might be stories based on the mythic belief rather than fun.

First, after analyzing whether the aesthetic principles of focusing on the similarities of the best pole time of the Cultural Revolution and China, and how to implement animation in the works, these aesthetic principles according to the analysis of positive and negative influence on the creation of Chinese animation It was described as neutral. Propaganda is often accepted as the political promotion that had used mostly by the socialist states during the First and the Second World Wars and the Cold War and by Hitler who governed Germany. Therefore, cases of the study on the image and picture propaganda were mostly posters or films of the socialism period when the propaganda was active. However, today it is not easy any more to find propaganda of the clear promotion characteristic as the past. In these modern times, it has changed into metaphorical propaganda based on 'persuasion', rather than publicity like past. Therefore, it has been changing from the direct promotion of the past into the indirect persuasion; and from the raw, direct and powerful publicity and claim into the soft and metaphorical persuasion and appeal. Thus, investigating again the contemporary propaganda will be an important element in analyzing contemporary images. The animation, selected as a target of the analysis of propaganda, exists in various ways in various images of the modern times, which is not too much to say that today's society is the television society. Besides, the animation is the image that can cover all ages as men and women of all ages can watch, so it is proper for analysis of the contemporary propaganda of metaphorical, indirect and various forms.
As an exploratory research on China's animation, this study aims to enhance an understanding of the trends and characteristics of China's animation through examining its history and to forecast its future development trajectory. From its founding to recent period, China tried to maintain Communist political system through imbuing national identity to its people through management and supervision of media products under direct government's leadership in combination with ideological education. Such policy was also implemented in animation, major audience of which is children. With regard to the introduction of the policy and its influence, five historical phases could be identified as follows. During the first phase, from the founding of the Republic until the Cultural Revolution, national culture was introduced to China's animation. The second phase, which corresponds with the Cultural Revolution period, marks the decline of national culture. National culture was reemphasized during the third phase that follows the Cultural Revolution, which led to the nomination of the 'China school,' followed by the fourth phase, during which China's animation suffered the second decline due to the spread of TVs and foreign animation imports. Reintroduction of national culture on China's animation in the context of rapid industrialization process before and after 2000 characterizes the recent phase. It can be expected that although there could be some change in methods and forms, China's animation, which introduced national culture from its inception and maintained remarkable resilience following the period of decline, will continuously stress the its own national cultural identity.
Recently, the animation industry in China is rapidly developing drawing the government and the whole society's attention. To cope with a large-scale animation market by each region, they busily seek revitalization program of animation industry and are producing lots of animations that maximized their creative ability with its own competence and breaking the existing OEM production method. Up to now, when the scale of sales related with animation in China exceeds 10 times than that in Korea, the concrete studies on current state of animation education AS the basis of development of animation industry of China and the way of academic-industrial cooperation through that education are proved to be insufficient. Therefore, this study has surveyed and analyzed the current state of animation education by directly visiting 6 local universities related with animation. Equivocally, it has also examined current state of academic-industrial cooperation in industrial field related with animation in China by directly visiting around 10 main companies related with animation in China. Through this study, it has been possible to grasp the current state and problems of academic-industrial cooperation in China and various programs of academic-industrial cooperation system that can be implemented in universities and businesses which are intended to be suggested to them as based on this analysis. The touchstone of intensive studies on academic-industrial cooperation system in China could be suggested through this study, which has been previously unsatisfactory and it is considered to be worthy of application as many preceding studies that engraft on reality of education in the country today.
This study examines the ethnoscape of TV dramas on three Korean nationwide television channels from 2005 to 2012 by breaking down how many non-Koreans appear and how they are represented. Among all TV dramas, 6.4% show non-Korean characters of which are generally supportive or small roles. These characters are categorized into four groups: adoration, sympathy, proximity, and other. The adoration group consists mostly of white males from USA or Europe that have professional careers such as medical doctors or lawyers and are positively represented with attractive appearance and nice character. On the other hand, the sympathy group is made up of Southeast, Central Asians and blacks. They are mainly represented as an underprivileged group: females and low-paid workers. In the proximity group are the Japanese and Chinese characters. The Japanese are often represented as rich people that are highly competent or are able to easily cooperate with Koreans. This result shows that Korean TV dramas provide racial and ethnic stereotypes. Though rarely, some dramas represent various lives of foreigners and racial others in Korea. This study contributes to the establishment of sound multiculturalism by analyzing representation of racial others in TV dramas and internalized stereotypes of foreigners in the diverse and multicultural Korean society.

Ne Zha: I am the destiny(2019)and Ne Zha Conquers the Dragon King(1979)as animated films based on the theme of Ne zha in different eras and contexts, reflecting the value and significance of different artistic images of Ne zha, The study of the value turn in the character image of Ne zha reflects the different styles of artistic images of Ne zha. This thesis attempts to interpret the changing values behind the different artistic expressions of the Ne zha character in different films. The transformation of Ne zha's image from good to evil, and the shift from the idea of "submit to the will of heaven" to the idea of "taking one's destiny into one's own hands" reflect the different values and meanings of Ne zha's image in different eras. Each film is distinctly contemporary, and Ne Zha: I am the destiny is an innovative and in-depth look at the character of Ne zha in the new era of cinema. There are many forms of artistic expression, and these differences greatly increase the appeal of Ne zha's artistic image, making Chinese animation films more space and value for development.
