  • User enjoyment is a key factor to understand online and mobile game users' behaviors. This study aims to understand the differences between mobile and online games, and the differences between Korean and Chinese game users in terms of the perceived importance of user enjoyment elements. To use AHP (Analytic Hierarchical Process), we decompose user enjoyment into sub-elements; sensory enjoyment, content enjoyment, enjoyment of the achievement, and enjoyment of interaction. Though the empirical study and independent t-test, we can find that there are the differences in the perceived importance of user enjoyment elements between Korean and Chinese game players, and between mobile and online games. Chinese users more stress on enjoyment of interaction and Korean users more emphasize on enjoyment of the achievement.

Initials/finals are in segmental level and tones are in suprasegmental level. So different method could be used assessing Korean users' Chinese. Differ from segmental level recognition method, we chose pattern matching method in evaluating Chinese tones. Firstly we defined speakers' own speech range and produced standard tonal pattern according to speakers' own range. And then we compared input patterns of users with referring patterns.

First, information quality greatly influences satisfaction and performance expectancy. The research result shows that, the higher the mobile traveling App's information quality is, the higher the satisfaction and performance expectancy will be. Therefore, operators of mobile traveling App should have in-depth investigations towards users, to know the latter's real demand to the information quality and then provide corresponding services. Second, performance expectancy and effort expectancy greatly influence users' intention. Therefore, mobile traveling App operators should improve Apps' convenience and efficiency and, in doing so, find an effective method for market expansion. Third, social influence greatly affects users' intention. The result shows that mobile traveling App operators should pay attention to the influence of mass media and friends' recommendation on users, thereby it is necessary to improve advertisement activities. • The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of direction of comments about online reviews and the credibility of web sites on brand attitudes toward restaurants. Also, the study compared two study results using Korean and Chinese on-line users to assess the feasibility of the application of on-line marketing developed in Korea to Chinese internet user contexts. The results show that the credibility of web sites and the direction of comments influence the brand attitude as hypothesized. Overall, the results from two country consumer groups are similar. However, there are unique results including the significant interaction effects between the direction of comments and the credibility of web sites only for Chinese on-line users on the brand evaluation tasks and for Korean on-line users on the purchase intention. The cultural value might cause these different results across the nations.

  • China has emerged as the world's factory since the economic reform in 1987, and the Chinese economy has been growing at a rapid pace. Now, China is considered as one of the biggest markets in the world. Thus, many Korean IT service companies including open market operators have interests in expanding their business into China. However, to be successful in Chinese online shopping market, Korean open market operators should check the cultural differences between the online shoppers in Korea and China at first, Under this background, this study proposes the factors affecting user satisfaction in open market services based on the revised Delone and McLean model. Then, it investigates the differences in the effects of these factors across Korea and China. For empirical analysis, we collected the survey data from open market users in both countries, and applied multiple regression analysis to the data. As a result, we found significant differences between Korean and Chinese open market users. Also, we found that most of these differences could be explained using Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions theory. The findings of this paper imply that Korean and Chinese users may respond differently to IT services, though Korea and China are geographically close and share a similar cultural background.

  • The traditional gardens of China were constructed on the basis of the common aesthetic consciousness between designers and users. As designers and users communicated each other through the medium of garden, they give suggestions to our design and appreciation of modern landscape architecture. The traditional gardens of China pursued to reach the state of Yi Jing(意境), and this state formed the keynote of the whole field of Chinese culture. Yi Jing is the aesthetic theory originated in Pre-Qin Era, and established in Tang-Dynasty. After this, this theory become the very important aesthetic category of Chinese aesthetics. Yi Jing is the process from conception to appreciation, and requires the three parts of designer, a work of art, and appreciator. To reach Yi Jing, designers must be well grounded and persevere in their efforts. They also had to have the ability of corresponding the inner order of environment and landscape, and expressing their own feelings and emotions into gardens. So ultimately, they were in pursuit of constructing the gardens as if something naturally created. The garden itself is the meeting place of designers and users. The space in which users can think of life, nature, history, and cosmos. In order to do this, designers design the real landscape and non-visual landscape. This design can give appreciators more fertile imagination. Appreciation perfects the Yi Jing of gardens. Yi Jing is created by co-work of artist and appreciator with common aesthetic consciousness and sense. Therefore, it is subjective, and it may be vary with man and time.

  • With the rapid development of information technology, the ways of usage have changed drastically. The ways and efficiency of traditional service application to data processing already could not satisfy the requirements of modern users. Nowadays, users have already understood the importance of data. Therefore, the processing and saving of big data have become the main research of the Internet service company. In China, with the rise and explosion of 115 Cloud leads to other technology companies have began to join the battle of cloud services market. Although currently Chinese cloud services are still mainly dominated by cloud storage service, the series of service contents based on cloud storage service have been affirmed by users, and users willing to try these new ways of services. Thus, how to let users to keep using cloud services has become a topic that worth for exploring and researching. The academia often uses the TAM model with statistical analysis to analyze and check the attitude of users in using the system. However, the basic TAM model obviously already could not satisfy the increasing scale of system. Therefore, the appropriate expansion and adjustment to the TAM model (i. e. TAM2 or TAM3) are very necessary. This study has used the status of Chinese internet users and the related researches in other areas in order to expand and improve the TAM model by adding the brand influence, hardware environment and external environments to fulfill the purpose of this study. Based on the research model, the questionnaires were developed and online survey was conducted targeting the cloud services users of four Chinese main cities. Data were obtained from 210 respondents were used for analysis to validate the research model. The analysis results show that the external factors which are service contents, and brand influence have a positive influence to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, the external factor hardware environment only has a positive influence to the factor of perceived ease of use. Furthermore, the perceived security factor that is influenced by brand influence has a positive influence persistent intention to use. Persistent intention to use also was influenced by the perceived usefulness and persistent intention to use was influenced by the perceived ease of use. Finally, this research analyzed external variables' attributes using other perspective and tried to explain the attributes. It presents Chinese cloud service users are more interested in fundamental cloud services than extended services. In private cloud services, both of increased user size and cooperation among companies are important in the study. This study presents useful opinions for the purpose of strengthening attitude for private cloud service users can use this service persistently. Overall, it can be summarized by considering the all three external factors could make Chinese users keep using the personal could services. In addition, the results of this study can provide strong references to technology companies including cloud service provider, internet service provider, and smart phone service provider which are main clients are Chinese users.

However, the service quality of bicycle-sharing and satisfaction of users continuously decrease with the rapid growth number of bicycle-sharing users in China. Based on the double diamond model and from the perspective of service design, this research studies the service experience of bicycle-sharing of Chinese users, focuses on the potential pain points of Chinese users when using the public bike, and designs the optimum proposal to promote users' satisfaction. According to the research result, the research builds a new concept which can satisfy users' demand for communication, enjoyment and option during the cycling. The experience of new service system of bicycle-sharing makes humanized and subconscious interaction possible.
