아동학대 사망사건에 대한 신문기사 분석 (Analysis of Newspaper Articles on Child Abuse Deaths)

  • 학대로 인해 사망하는 아동의 꾸준한 발생에도 불구하고 이에 대한 실태 파악과 대책 마련은 매우 부족한 현실이다. 본 연구는 아동학대 사망사건의 현황과 원인, 특성 등을 확인하기 위해 신문기사에 나타난 아동학대 사망사건을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 2000년도부터 2012년도까지 언론에 보도된 아동학대 사망사건은 총 141건이었으며, 가해자는 미혼모, 친모, 동거녀 및 계모, 친부의 순인 것으로 나타났다. 아동살해 이유는 미혼모나 미혼부모에 의한 신생아살해의 빈도가 가장 높았고, 다음으로 양육능력 부족, 산후우울증, 생활고와 경제능력 부족 순인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 언론에 중점 보도된 사건에서 발견된 주제는 범죄현실의 구성-아동학대 사망사건의 가해자에 대한 고정관념, 지속적이고 반복적인 심각한 학대, 신고 및 관리체계 부실, 처벌 미약 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 아동학대 사망사건을 예방하고 해결하기 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

어머니의 공감과 유아의 친사회적 행동과의 관계 - 유아의 정서표현을 매개로 - (The Relationship Between the Mother's Empathy and the Child's Prosocial Behavior: The Mediating Effect of the Child's Emotional Expression)

  • This study identified the mediating effect of the child's emotional expression on the relationship between the mother's empathy and the child's prosocial behavior. The participants included 310 mothers of children between the ages of 2 and 5 from two kindergartens and four day care centers located in Gyeonggi-do. The mother's empathy was measured using the Interpersonal Reactivity Index. The child's prosocial behavior was measured using the Preschoolers' Prosocial Behavior Index. The child's emotional expression was assessed using a questionnaire from previous research. First, older mothers and less educated mothers showed a higher level of empathy. Mothers over the age of 30 were more likely to have the ability to imagine other roles in movies or books, and to show empathic concern than those under 36. Mothers without a college degree showed a higher level of perspective-taking than those with a college degree. Second, girls were more likely to engage in prosocial behaviors and show emotional expressions than boys. Three-year-old children were more likely to share than two-year-old children, showed more initiative than two- and four-year-old children. Third, the mother's perspective-taking and empathic concern were significantly related to the child's prosocial behavior and emotional expression. The mother's personal distress was related to the child's control over emotions and awareness of other's emotion. Finally, the child's emotional expression had a mediating effect on the relationship between the mother's empathy and the child's prosocial behavior.

아동발달시기별 아동학대 변화궤적 유형 비교 연구 (Identifying latent classes about the changing trajectories of child maltreatment by child developmental period)

  • 본 연구는 KCYPS의 초1학년과 4학년 패널의 2차 년도에서 6차 년도 자료를 활용하여 아동 발달시기별 학대경험의 변화궤적이 어떻게 유형화되는지를 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 초1학년 패널은 2,300명, 초4학년 패널은 2,325명이 최종 분석대상이 되었다. 아동학대 변화궤적 유형을 식별하기 위해 잠재계층성장모형을 적용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 신체학대에서 초2~6학년에 이르는 아동기는 감소형, 낮은유지형, 증가형, 비학대형의 4개 집단으로 분류되었으며, 초5~중3학년에 이르는 초기청소년기도 같은 유형으로 분류되었다. 정서학대에서는 아동기는 감소형, 증가형, 비학대형의 3개 집단으로 분류되었으며, 초기청소년기는 감소형, 낮은유지형, 증가형, 비학대형의 4개 집단으로 분류되었다. 방임에서 아동기는 유지형, 낮은감소형, 낮은증가형, 비학대형의 4개 집단으로 분류되었으며, 초기청소년기는 유지형, 낮은증가형, 비학대형의 3개 집단으로 분류되었다. 아동의 발달시기별 학대의 증감 추이를 살펴보면 아동기에서 초기 청소년기로 신체학대가 지속되며 아동기에 비해 초기청소년기에 정서학대와 방임이 증가하는 경향을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 학대 유형에 따라 잠재계층분류를 시도하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 분석결과 중심으로 논의를 진행하였으며 이론적, 실천적 제언을 하였다.

아동청소년정책 전달체계의 통합방안에 대한 비판적 고찰 (A Critical Perspective on the Integration of Service Delivery Systems in Child-Youth Policy)

  • 아동정책은 주로 보건복지부에서 요보호아동을 위한 사후적인 복지제도를 중심으로 집행된 반면 청소년정책은 국가청소년위원회에서 일반청소년을 위한 육성제도를 중심으로 실시되어 왔다. 하지만 아동청소년정책의 부처별 산발적 추진으로 인해 서비스 중복 현상이 나타나고 정책의 체계적 집행이 부족하였다. 따라서 일관성 있는 아동청소년정책의 추진을 위해 이명박 정부에서는 국가청소년위원회를 보건복지가족부로 흡수하면서 아동청소년정책의 통합작업을 진행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 아동청소년정책에서 통합의 의미가 무엇인지, 이명박 정부의 전달체계 통합방안의 문제를 검토하고 이를 보완하기 위한 방안이 무엇인지를 제언하였다. 바람직한 통합정책을 추진하기 위해서는 부처통합에 따른 보건복지가족부내의 아동정책과 청소년정책의 단순 결합을 넘어서 국가 전체의 인적자원개발계획과 경제정책을 고려하여 통합적인 아동청소년정책이 수립되도록 전면적인 재설계가 필요하다. 또한 정책대상의 비효율적인 중복이 강조되기보다는 정책의 공공성과 적정예산의 확보를 위해 아동청소년정책예산의 획기적인 증가가 선결되어야 한다는 점이 강조되었다.

First of all, the consumer education of credit will have to convenience the utilization of consumer education, to supply the information of credit value and a contract thinking, and to develop the variety of media and tools in consumer education.

부자가족복지시설에 대한 문화기술지 연구: 부자가족아버지의 경험을 중심으로 (An Ethnographic Study on a Welfare Facility for Single Father Families: Focusing on the Experiences of Single Fathers)

  • The present study conducted ethnography of a welfare facility for single-father families. The participants were 13 single-fathers living in a welfare facility. To explore life within the welfare facility, the qualitative research method of ethnography was used with Spradley's developmental research sequence (DRS). The major results of this study were as follows. The first theme was 'finding a way to overcome the crisis: the facility is a lifeline.' For fathers, choosing to enter a facility meant enduring a social stigma, but the decision was made with the hope of achieving successful parenting and economic independence amidst pressing difficulties. The category of living in the facility was represented by the theme 'build the family: preparing for independence through living in a welfare facility.' The fathers achieved psychological recovery through the decrease in parenting stress, improvements in their economic situation brought by living in a facility, and used this time as the foundation to gain independence and build a stable life. The event of departure from the facility was seen as 'incomplete preparation for departure' by the single fathers. The fathers with infants or younger children admitted to being anxious about leaving the facility, which involved the burden of raising the children on their own. There are practical and policy-related implications based on the results of this study.

부모자녀간의 의사소통 및 또래관계와 아동의 인터넷 중독경향 (Parent-Child Communication, Peer-Relationship and Internet Addiction in Children)

  • This study analyzed the effect of parent-child communication and peer relationship on children's internet addiction. The subjects were 642 elementary school students living in Daejeon city. Cronbach's $\alpha$, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan's test were employed in analyzing the data by using SPSS 10.0. The findings of this study were as follows First, the boys were more addicted to internet use than the girls, as were the children of less educated parents. The children of parents with professional careers were less addicted to the internet. The children who perceived their school achievements as low were more addicted to the internet. Second, the children who spent more time daily, longer time at once and more frequently per weekly internet use were more addicted. Third, internet addiction was influenced tv parent-child communication and peer relationship. Boys who had more problem communications with their parents less open communication with their mother and a lower level of peer support were more addicted to the internet. The problem of communication with their mother and conflict in their peer relationship had more influence on the internet addiction of girls.

통합미술치료가 발달장애 아동의 모-아 상호작용 증진에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Integrative Art Therapy on Interaction Promotion of Mother and Child with Developmental Disorder)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how integrative art therapy affected the interaction of children with developmental disorder with their mothers from the viewpoint of object-relation theory that accentuated mother role for the promotion of mother-child interaction, and based on earlier studies on mother-child interaction and the interaction of children with developmental disorder with their mothers. The subjects in this study are five selected children and their mothers who used B and G social welfare agencies in Gyeonggi province. They are at the age of five and six in Western age, and have difficulties interacting with their parents. When a social maturity test is conducted, their social age ranged from 2.1 to 3.9, and as Portage Test is implemented, their developmental levels of sociability, cognition and language were identical to those of younger children who were at the age of one to 3.5. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, the children who suffered from developmental disorder and participated in this study showed a positive change in their interaction with their mothers. Second, as for connections between each session and mother-child interaction, most of them came to interact with their mothers better as the program came to an end.
