This study aimed to evaluate how universal design principles are embodied in the Public Service Center. It will be used for planning the basic materials of the interior environmental design for Public Service Center facilities and for developing ways to improve interior environments in order for them to be conveniently used. In studying a method, we conducted an Universal Design check list to evaluate interior environment, targeting five Public Service Center facilities located in Gwangju Metropolitan city. This study investigated the Universal Design suitability of center interior Public Service Center on the basis of the tools for Universal Design check list which was composed of supportive design, adaptable design, communicability, safety-oriented design, and accessible design. Through theoretically considering the services of Gwangju's old city hall public service center, which got divided into common space, public service space, waiting space and informative material space. Evaluation on universal design application level showed that those with best universal design application are supportiveness and safety in public service space, communication efficacy and safety in waiting space and safety and accessibility in informative material space and acceptability in waiting space had the lowest application level.

The creativity is the important ability required to game designers. But there is few research for the definition of creativity and creative thinking method. This study suggests that what creativity is and how to use creative thinking methods in the game design. In the first, this study analyzes three types of creativity meaning: revolutionary creativity, evolutionary creativity and impromptu creativity. In the second, this study suggests that how to use thinking methods that are mind map, brainstorming, check list and etc. The game designer's creativity can be improved by the suggestion of this study.

Purpose: This study attempted to discover the effects of distraction on the hospitalized children's fear of the hospital and needle-related pain. Methods: The experimental group was given visual stimulation using a character from the injection room entrance. In addition, the video recording of 'bambarabam' was provided for visual and auditory stimulation to distract the children. The research tools included the hospital-related fear scale, Faces Pain Rating Scale (Wong & Baker, 1988) and Procedure Behaviour Check List (Lebaron&Zeltzer, 1984). For statistical analysis, the SPSS 19.0 program was used on the collected data for $X^2$-test and Mann-Whitney U test. Results: The experimental group showed significantly less fear ofthe hospital compared to the control group (U=151.50, p=.024). The experimental group showed significantly lower pain on both Faces Pain Rating Scale (U=167.50, p=.043) and the Procedure Behaviour Check List (U=106.00, p=.001) compared to the control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that distraction was effective in reducing the child's fear of the hospital and injection pain.

Nowadays, the various developments of the CAD/CAM have been coming to realization at an intimidating speed. However, in the field of the aesthetic dentistry, the extremely natural aesthetics must be realized eventually by human hands, and for this purpose, it is considered that the endless challenges and practitioners' own beliefs are necessary. While practitioners are normally exposed to surgical methods of aesthetic restorations via domestic and foreign books and lectures, it appears that there are not many of such necessary information that is summarized for easy understanding by dental technicians. Accordingly, as a result of pondering over this matter for years, the presenter has been devising the 'Esthetic Check List' that is a guideline for the aesthetic restoration practice, and the balanced and harmonious prostheses have been produced based on this guideline. In this presentation, this protocol is introduced.

The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of herbs aroma on relaxation in highly stressed volunteers with heart rate variability(HRV) and SACL(stress arousal check list). 28 highly stressed volunteers participated in this study. The volunteers were examined with heart rate variability(HRV) and SACL(stress arousal check list) before and after smell herbs aroma. After smelling powder incense composed with oriental medicine herbs, mean RR, SDNN, LF, HF, TP were incresed and mean HRV, LF/HF ratio were decreased, but it was not significant. And VLF, norm HF were incresed and norm LF was decreased significantly. This results show that the powder incense composed with oriental medicine herbs effects on decresing sympathetic nervous activity and increasing parasympathetic activity and rebalancing autonomic nervous system who were under stress.

The purpose of this study was to examine sanitation management practices of restaurant managers for the training needs analysis. A total of 26 restaurant managers participated in this study. A check list was consisted of three parts : facility, personal, and food hygiene. Two observers and one manager evaluated the same check list at same time and the results were compared. The results of this study suggested that most restaurants have needed for re-training programs in the view of facility, personal, food sanitation practices. Specially, proper washing and sanitizing methods for hands and utensils, proper cooking and holding temperature, and proper storing methods were needed to be trained. Based on this study, most independent restaurant managers in Cheonan were aware of training, but they had no effective training program manuals. Results of this study implicated that dietitians have new opportunity for consultants of independent restaurants in the region because they have practiced sanitation management manuals.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of nutritional and social factors among 100 children aged $5{\sim}6$ years. Forty five children (45%) were selected from families with low socioeconomic status, while 55 children (55%) were from those with high socioeconomic status. Cognitive performance of the children was measured by the Draw a man test and the degrees of hyperactivity were assessed by both children's mothers and their teachers using two different Check List (Behavior check list and Conner's rating scale). There were few associations between cognitive performance and nutritional variables. However, levels of hyperactivity were related positively to diversity of food intake and weight percentage for age, and negatively to animal and processed food preferences. These results indicate a possible role of nutrition on psychological development.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of snack intake and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) among 284 children aged $4{\sim}7$ years. The degree of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) were assessed by both children's mother and their teachers using Behavior check list. The subjects who had a higher ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) score ate more pizza, hamburger, chicken, processed milk, carbonated beverage. These results indicate ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) were related positively for snack(pizza, hamburger, chicken, processed milk, carbonated beverage etc.) intake.

A hardware architecture is presented to decode (N, K) polar codes based on a low-density parity-check code-like decoding method. By applying suitable pruning techniques to the dense graph of the polar code, the decoder architectures are optimized using fewer check nodes (CN) and variable nodes (VN). Pipelining is introduced in the CN and VN architectures, reducing the critical path delay. Latency is reduced further by a fully parallelized, single-stage architecture compared with the log N stages in the conventional belief propagation (BP) decoder. The designed decoder for short-to-intermediate code lengths was implemented using the Virtex-7 field-programmable gate array (FPGA). It achieved a throughput of 2.44 Gbps, which is four times and 1.4 times higher than those of the fast-simplified successive cancellation and combinational decoders, respectively. The proposed decoder for the (1024, 512) polar code yielded a negligible bit error rate of 10^-4 at 2.7 E_b/N_o (dB). It converged faster than the BP decoding scheme on a dense parity-check matrix. Moreover, the proposed decoder is also implemented using the Xilinx ultra-scale FPGA and verified with the fifth generation new radio physical downlink control channel specification. The superior error-correcting performance and better hardware efficiency makes our decoder a suitable alternative to the successive cancellation list decoders used in 5G wireless communication.
