ABS와 PS 혼합(混合) 폐플라스틱 재질분리(材質分利)를 위한 마찰하전형정전선별(摩擦荷電型靜電選別) 기술개발(技術開發) (Development of Triboelectrostatic Separation Technique for Material Separation of ABS and PS Mixed Plastic Waste)

  • 다양한 분야에 사용되고 있는 플라스틱은 최근 환경문제가 대두되면서 재활용 이슈가 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마찰하전형정전선별을 적용하여 ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)와 PS(Polystyrene)의 혼합된 폐플라스틱으로부터 ABS를 회수하기 위한 재질분리 연구를 수행하였다. 하전물질의 재질선정을 위한 하전특성연구결과, ABS재질이 대상시료인 ABS와 PS의 혼합 폐플라스틱의 재질분리에 효과적인 하전재질로 확인되었다. 선정된 하전물질을 적용하여 마찰하전형정전선별을 수행한 결과, 공급전압세기 20 kV, 분리대위치 양극방향 2 cm 그리고 상대습도 30%에서 ABS의 품위와 회수율이 각각 99.5%와 92.5%인 결과를 얻어, ABS와 PS의 혼합 플라스틱의 재활용을 위한 재질분리 기술을 확립하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 마찰하전형정전선별법을 적용하여 폐플라스틱 종말품으로부터 회수된 고비중 산물에 대한 재질분리 실험을 수행하였다. 하전장치의 재질선정을 위한 하전특성 연구결과, PP가 고비중 폐플라스틱의 재질분리에 가장 효과적인 하전재질로 확인되어, PP재질을 이용한 cyclone 하전장치를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 cyclone 하전장치를 이용한 재질분리 실험결과, 최적 실험조건에서 PET의 품위와 회수율이 각각 98.5%와 86.2%인 결과를 얻어, 종말품 heavy group 폐플라스틱의 재활용을 위한 재질분리 기술을 확립하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 마찰하전형정전선별법을 적용하여 폐플라스틱 맥주병(PET, Nylon)의 재활용을 위한 재질분리 연구를 수행하였다. 하전재질 선정을 위한 하전특성 연구결과, PMMA가 폐플라스틱 맥주병(PET, Nylon)의 재질분리에 가장 효과적인 하전재질로 확인되어, PMMA를 사용한 pipe line와 cyclone 하전장치를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 pipe line과cyclone 하전장치를 이용한 재질분리 실험결과, 최적 실험조건에서 PET의 품위와 회수율이 각각 99.6%와 88.2%인 결과를 얻어, 폐플라스틱 맥주병(PET, Nylon) 재활용을 위한 재질분리 기술을 확립하였다.

  • Primary charging roller rotated with contacting surface of OPC drum and take charge OPC drum. Owing to this reason, primary charging roller made by elasticity substance with electric conduction. Properties of charging and image changed by class of coating, method of coating and environment. This study developed about coating material and coating method to make print image of good quality.

  • In order to estimate spatial charging process in the corona charging which has been used to make polymer electret, the electrical properties of polypropylene film were obtained from Thermally Stimulated Current(TSC) measurements after corona charging between knife electrode and cylinder electrode with the voltages of -5, -6, -7 and -8[kV], respectively. And then the electrostatic contour and the electric field vector were also simulated by using Finite Element Method(FEM). The edge effect around edge of knife electrode affected the electrostatic contour on surface of specimen and the electric field concentration inside specimen. The uneven charging state in the electret due to the mistake on design could be calculated and so the optimal design of corona charging device which is appropriate to various materials is come to be practicable.

구형파 펄스를 인가한 정전분무 장치의 대전량 특성 (Charging Characteristics of Electrostatic Sprayer Applied Square Pulse)

  • In this study, new type of induction charging system for electrostatic spraying was manufactured and proposed to improve the electrical safety and charging efficiency. And parameters of proposed system to generate the maximum deposition current with electrical safety were selected and investigated. The selected parameters were frequency of square pulse and thickness of insulation material, outer diameter of device and thickness and positions of electrode. Charging quantity of water drop was measured by deposition current detected from sensing plate indirectly. The maximum deposition current for each parameter were 3.5[uA] at the frequency of 15[kHz] and thickness of 0.25[mm] insulating layer. And maximum deposition currents were 2.8[uA] and 3.0[uA] at 25[mm] outer diameter of charging device and 0.25[mm] thickness of electrode each. Effects of electrode position from spraying nozzle on deposition current was a little.

  • In this paper, we have investigated the degradation of shed materials of outdoor insulators by UV-radiation by using corona-charging and XPS analysis. The accumulated charges on polymeric surface having intrinsic hydrophobic property have a negative impact on retaining its hydrophobicity. Therefore, shorter decay times of surface charges are preferred. The surface voltage decay on UV-treated silicone rubber and EPDM show a different decay trend with UV treated time. From the XPS analysis, the oxidized groups of silica-like structure in silicone rubber increase with UV treatment time. For EPDM, the oxidized carbon groups of C=O, O=C-O increase as elapse of UV radiation time. These oxidized surface for each material have different electrostatic characteristics, so deposited charges may be expected to have different impacts on their surface hydrophobicity. The degradation mechanism based on our results is discussed.

  • Energy harvesting from the vibration through the piezoelectric effect has been studied for powering the wireless sensor node. For the driving wireless sensor node, the generated energy is required to store the capacitor or battery. For the rapid charging, higher voltage than battery's capacity voltage and a large current are necessitated. However, the piezoelectric energy harvester is generally featured as a high voltage and low current generator. As it is known that the generated current in the piezoelectric energy harvester is related to an area of electrode of piezoelectric ceramics, we fabricated the multilayer ceramics to increase effective area for the faster charging. The energy harvesting properties and charging characteristics of multilyaer ceramics were investigated and discussed.

Permalloy를 이용한 효율적 인 무선 전력송신 기술 (An Effective Wireless Power Transfer Technique using Permalloy)

  • 일반적으로 무선(비접촉식) 충전 장치는 Ferrosilicon 혹은 Ferrite 와 같은 코어를 사용하여 충전 효율을 높이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선충전 장치에 있어서 투자율이 더 높은 Permalloy를 이용하여 비접촉방식 충전 효율을 극대화한 무선 전력송신 기술을 제안한다. 기존의 Ferrosilicon 혹은 Ferrite 코어 재료보다 Permalloy를 이용할 경우 높은 효율의 투자율을 얻을 수 있으며 기존 비접촉식 충전 기술과의 비교 실험을 통해 더 높은 충전 효율과 무선 충전 거리를 확보할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 무선 전력송신 기술은 향후 소형 휴대용 충전기기에 유용하게 적용 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Traction battery chargers are an integral part of the required charging infrastructure. EV charging systems are continuing to improve in design. The newer types are affecting power quality to a much lesser extent. High efficiency battery chargers are being designed and produced which form little or no harmonic distortion. In addition chargers are becoming smaller and lighter. This is due mainly to the fact that there are improvements in the power electronics industry, especially with respected to IGBTs. Lower costs are achieved by the reduction in price of the IGBTs, standard magnetic material and small cores for inductors and transformers. But electric vehicles occupy a relatively small market niche at present. Therefore with already existing power supply networks, establishment of EV infrastructure can safeguard the service value of present vehicle as well as ensure the ability to charge a significant number of such vehicle. In this paper, we surveyed the update charging technologies according to the conductive charging, inductive charging and fast charging. Then we suggested cost-optimized charging infrastructure in consideration of the economical, political and technical standpoint.
