퇴원손상심층조사 자료를 이용한 최근 5년간의 충청북도 거주민의 퇴원 분석 (Discharge Analysis of Chungcheongbuk-do Residents using National Hospital Discharge In-depth Injury Survey in the Recent 5 Years)

  • 본 연구는 질병관리청이 퇴원한 환자를 대상으로 조사 보고한 퇴원손상심층조사 결과 중 충북지역에 거주하는 퇴원환자의 특성을 파악하여 충청북도 지역 주민의 건강증진계획수립을 위한 기초자료로 제시하고자 시도되었으며 2013년부터 2017년까지 100병상 이상의 병원에서 퇴원한 환자를 대상으로 인구·사회학적 특성, 의료기관이용 특성, 의료이용 특성, 질병 특성을 파악하였다. 2013년부터 2017년까지 입원 후 퇴원한 환자 중 보정 값을 적용하여 산출한 총 환자는 1,656,590명으로 추정되었으며 퇴원율(인구 10만은 21,089명이었고 2016년 전국 평균 퇴원율 13,882명보다 높았다. 이 기간 동안 퇴원율이 증가한 지역은 괴산, 영동, 보은, 옥천, 증평, 음성군으로 주로 농촌지역이었으며, 서울을 포함한 타 지역 병원에서 퇴원한 환자는 서울 지역은 감소하였으나 인천, 경기, 대전, 충남지역은 증가하였다. 충북지역 주민의 악성종양으로 인한 퇴원율은 폐암(기관, 기관지암 포함)이 가장 높았으며, 주 진단별 퇴원율은 호흡기계통 질환이 가장 많았고, 퇴원율이 증가하고 있는 감염, 순환기계통, 소화기계통, 비뇨생식계통, 근골격계통질환의 퇴원율을 낮추기 위한 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

발코니 확장 합법화 이후 분양된 아파트 평면의 발코니 특성과 활용에 관한 연구 - 수도권과 군 이하지역의 아파트 평면비교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Apartment Balcony after Legalization to Remodel the Balcony - Focused on Comparison of the Apartment Plans of Metropolitan Areas and Provincial Areas -)

  • The purpose of this study is to give some suggestions for the legal supplement of the regulation on the balcony expansion for the optimal use of apartment balcony. For the purpose, this study focused on the characteristics of spaces expanded to the balcony, in the plans supplied after the legalization of balcony expansion, comparing them by their location; the metropolitan area of Seoul Gyeonggi and the districts of the other areas. The 168 plans of apartments in the supplied by top 10 constructors in the metropolitan areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi, together with the 92 plans in the other smaller districts in 2006 to 2007 were analyzed with the tools of frequency and chi-square analysis. The result is as follows. (1) The region showed no difference in the plans of balcony; whereas the size, the position and access of the shelter explained some differences of balcony plan. (2) In wider plans, balconies were placed in all sides of plan-front, rear and side, and were remodeled to expand facing rooms. (3) The balcony expansion tended to increase the number of bays. (4) In almost cases, the living rooms were expanded to balcony. In smaller plans, the balconies were remodeled to supply supplementary kitchen space, splitting it from laundry. (5) The shelters were placed at the rear or side of plans, but the shelter facing room could be dangerous in case of fire. The balcony expansion, despite of legalization spirit to adopt diverse use of additional spaces for residents' needs, was only a tool for the space expansion. The amendment of the regulation is needed to accommodate these findings that the balconies should be identified by their function, that the front corridor-type balcony should be limited in length and magnitude, and that the shelter should be positioned with easy access.

지방 중소도시 마을정비형 공공주택사업 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Activation Plan of Village Maintenance for Public Housing Project of Local Small and Medium-Sized Cities)

  • Since the village maintenance type public housing project was introduced in 2015, the resident needs for regional revitalization and pleasant living conditions are not being met due to the poor performance of the public housing complexes that reflect the surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) and regional characteristics. The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to revitalize the village maintenance type public housing project in consideration of regional characteristics as a result of analyzing the needs of local residents through the problems of the village maintenance type public housing project being promoted so far and resident satisfaction. As a result of the analysis based on the public housing project implementation status analysis and resident satisfaction, the plans to activate the village maintenance type public housing project are as follows. First, in order to secure the effectiveness of the village plan, it is desirable to promote the public housing project and the village plan at the same time. It is necessary to secure a budget according to the selection of public offering projects in the village plan, such as promoting public housing projects without setbacks by prioritizing land purchases for public housing sites and establishing specialized strategies considering regional characteristics. Second, a public housing project that responds to local demand is required. The evaluation factors such as continuous promotion of the urban architecture integration plan and strengthening of regional linkage plans such as specialization of regionally tailored designs should be supplemented so that regional resources and village plans are linked with the public housing specialization plan. Third, surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) should be secured by the strengthen of the legal status or establishing related provisions. It is also necessary to promote system improvement for area maintenance plan (village plan) when selecting a publicly funded public project.

전공별 관점에서 본 외부공간계획의 평가요소 (Evaluation Factors for Exterior Space Planning from the Perspective of Each Major)

  • As the complexity and diversity of modern urban development increases, the importance of external space planning in urban development projects is growing. This study analyzes the importance and characteristics of each major to enhance the utility value of external space, which aims to improve the efficiency of external space planning and ultimately improve the quality of life of residents. To this end, we reviewed relevant literature, legal guidelines, checklists, and guidelines, and derived 17 external space indicators through expert surveys and FGIs, and organized them into five major categories: accessibility, connectivity, suitability, stability and locality, and landscape planning through FGIs with experts in architecture, urbanism, and landscape architecture. As a result of the analysis, urban planning and design majors prioritized planning that considers the hierarchy and characteristics of the landscape structure, securing public space through the connection of open spaces and pedestrian paths, and connecting organic and three-dimensional buildings, streets, and parks; architectural planning and design majors prioritized harmony with the surrounding environment, securing public space through the connection of open spaces and pedestrian paths, and connecting organic and three-dimensional buildings, streets, and parks; and landscape (environmental) and landscape majors prioritized harmony with the surrounding environment, connecting with adjacent buildings, streets, parks, and green spaces, and planning with integrated landholdings. This emphasizes that urban development projects should secure publicness and integration through harmonious connections with adjacent buildings, streets, parks, and green spaces. This study developed evaluation indicators for evaluating the external space planning of urban development projects and quantified them through the hierarchical analysis method (AHP), which will be useful for future policy formulation and practical application in the fields of urban planning and design, architectural planning and design, landscape (environment), and landscape architecture.

부안군 죽막마을 당산숲의 경관 특성 및 '보호지역' 설정 (Landscape Characteristics of the Dangsan Forests at Chungmak Village, Buan-gun and Perspectives on 'Protected Area' Designation)

  • 부안군 격포리 죽막마을은 작은 해안마을이지만, 국내 최대의 고대 해양 제사터가 있는 중요한 곳이다. 이러한 '부안 죽막동 제사유적'(5~6세기, 삼국시대 백제)이 마을 당집(수성당)을 둘러싸고 있는 당산숲인 곰솔림에서 발굴된 것은 당산숲의 기원과 관련하여 큰 의미가 있다. 명승 제13호인 '부안 채석강 적벽강 일원' 안에 위치하고 있는 마을에는 전라북도 유형문화재 제58호인 수성당(水城堂)과 천연기념물 제123호인 '부안 격포리 후박나무 군락'이 있다. 주민들은 매년 수성당에서 '수성당 개양할미 당신제'를 지내고 있으며, 수성당과 비보숲인 후박나무 군락의 실제적 관리는 모두 마을에 의해 행하여지고 있다. 이 연구는 부안 죽막마을의 제사유적, 비보숲, 해안, 농경지를 포함한 당산숲의 경관 특성을 고찰한 것이다. 또한 지속가능한 관리체계를 위한 문화경관 보전 방법론으로, '자연성지 보호지역'으로서의 관리방안을 고찰하였다. 부안 죽막동 제사유적이 세계문화유산으로 등재되기 위해서는, 먼저 죽막마을 당산숲의 경관 특성이 올바로 이해되어야 한다. 그리고 국가사적으로 지정된 후 자연성지 보호지역으로서의 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The prevalence of hypertension in Haiti : A retrospective study

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the prevalence of hypertension in Haiti and to describe regional characteristics, and thus to speculate Haitian specific regional risk factors. This is a descriptive and comparative study. Subjects were 145 male/female Haitians, who aged between 30 and 59 and have lived in rural areas, had their hypertension indicators being screened. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. More than four fifth of the subjects (82.8%) showed pre-hypertensive or moderate to severe hypertensive condition. 65.5% of the total had abnormal pulse pressure ($PP{\geq}50$) and 13.8% of the sample showed tachycardia (Heart $Rate{\geq}100$). Female Haitian tended to have higher diastolic blood pressure and faster heart rate than male Haitian. The residents who lived in Part 5-1 area with less accessibility to drinking water tended to have higher systolic and diastolic pressure. Hydration status of Haitians was highly considered as an affecting factor on the distribution of hypertension as evidenced by different level of accessibility to drinking water.

동남아 일부 국가의 은퇴자 유치 프로그램 및 은퇴촌 조성사례 고찰 (A Study on the Policies and Facilities for Seniors in the Southeast Asian Countries)

  • In order to get the practical suggestions concerning the development of the domestic senior facilities in the rural area, a survey was made in the Philippines and Thailand to grip the policies and programs for senior, by visiting the government institute and senior village facilities. As for the Philippines, Philippine Retirement Authority was attracting investment of foreigners and individuals having Philippine citizenship, by issuing SRRV(the Special Resident Retiree's Visa), and as for Thailand, the Thai Longstay Management Company Limited was providing membership system for the abode of foreigners. In case of the domestic residence for seniors, it is suggested that the development of the senior housing community be designed in accordance with the diversified purposes of residence; that is, the prime concern of the community should be reflected on the characteristics of the retiree group (such as the lifestyle, health situation, etc), and at the same time, special concern also be showed on managing the community club house facilities, and keeping the amicable relations between the retiree residents and the local villagers.

일개 도시·농촌 통합지역 주민의 보건기관 이용경험과 보건서비스 요구도 조사 (A Survey on Utilization of Health Center and Health Service Demand of Residents in a Urban and Rural Unified Community)

  • 본 조사는 행정구역 통합과 보건기관 시설 및 장비 개선이라는 변화를 겪고 있는 일개 통합 시 지역주민의 보건기관 이용경험과 보건서비스 요구도를 파악하여 지역사회에 적합한 보건사업계획에 필요한 자료를 얻고자 실시하였다. 조사 대상은 1995년 9월 현재 통합 구미시에 거주하는 86,305가구(284,775명) 중 읍 면 동 직원이 가정 방문하여 설문지로 방문 시 면접 가능했던 가구주 혹은 주부와 면담 조사했다. 분석 대상은 결측치가 있는 설문을 제외한 통합 전 도시 지역 67,607가구(220,187명) 중 3,337가구(4.9%)와 통합 전 농촌지역 18,698가구(64,588명) 중 690가구(3.7%)로 총 4,027가구(전체 가구의 4,6%)였다. 조사내용은 응답자의 건강관련 인구학적 특성과 응답자의 보건소 이용경험, 보건서비스에 대한 요구도, 보건지소 및 보건진료소의 필요성 등이다. 응답자의 성 연령 구성, 의료보장, 현주소지에 거주기간, 교육수준 등 건강관련 인구학적 특성에 대해 통합 전 도시와 농촌 지역간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 급성질환 및 만성질환 유부 빈도는 농촌에서 모두 높았으며 급 만성질환 시 보건기관 이용률도 농촌지역에서 높았다. 과거 한번 이상 보건소를 이용한 경험률은 도시지역주민 64.8%, 농촌지역주민 55.6%이고, 이용한 보건의료서비스는 도시지역은 예방접종, 농촌지역은 일반진료가 가장 많고, 보건소 사업 중 가장 강화되기 바라는 사업은 양쪽 지역 모두 전염병 예방사업이었다. 순회진료 및 가정간호서비스에 대한 찬성률은 90%이상이고 보건지소와 보건진료소에 기대하는 사업은 노인을 중심으로 건강상담이 가장 많았다. 농촌지역에서는 보건지소에 대하여 90.3%가 필요한 것으로, 보건진료소에 대하여 88.3%가 필요하다고 답하였고, 도시지역에서는 주민의 86.0%가 도시 보건지소 설치가 필요하다고 답하였다. 위의 결과에 따르면 지역주민들은 보건기관이 지속적으로 필요하다고 생각하나 그 주 기능은 기존의 전염병관리사업으로 인식하고 있다. 도시지역은 예방접종을, 농촌지역은 일반진료를 위해 보건기관을 가장 많이 이용하고 있으며 보건교육, 건강상담, 순회진료, 가정간호서비스 등을 많이 기대하고 있다. 따라서 지역주민의 보건기관 이용률을 높이기 위해서는 도시지역과 농촌지역의 보건관련 인구학적 특성과 주민의 요구에 적합한 보건사업을 개발하여 추진하고 보건사업의 질적 향상을 꾀하여야겠다.

"영광 법성진 숲쟁이" 의 특성 분석과 경관관리 문제점 고찰 (The Characteristics of "Wooded Fortress of Beopseongjin in Yeonggwang" and Perspectives on the Problems of Landscape Management)

  • Beopseongpo has been one of the most thriving ports of the Jeolla region since the Goryeo Dynasty (918-1392). During the time of King Seongjong (r. 1469-1494) of Choseon Dynasty, a navy garrison had been deployed and the port was named Beopseongjin, as recorded in the 1485 edition of Grand code for state administration (Gyeongguk daejeon). Dangsan forests and Bibo forests have been maintained by local residents since hundreds of years ago. Dangsan forests have been applied to the scale of government and public offices. The objectives of this study were to understand the characteristics of the "Wooded Fortress of Beopseongjin in Yeonggwang" as "Scenic Site No. 22", and to investigate the conservational problem of the wooded fortress of Beopseongjin and seashore. The "Wooded fortress of Beopseongjin in Yeonggwang" consists of a Dangsan forest and two Bibo forests. But, the presence of the Dangsan forest has not been well known to the public. Although the wooded fortress has been somewhat disturbed by cultural activities, the Dangsan rituals have been held until the present every January 15 by lunar calendar. On the other hand, the seashore in front of Beopseongpo plays an important role as a scenic view. It was one of the reason that the "Wooded fortress of Beopseongjin in Yeonggwang" had been designated as a national cultural property of "Scenic Sites". However, the sandbar was reclaimed in 2009 to build commercial buildings. An integrated plan should be prepared to conserve the landscape of "Wooded fortress of Beopseongjin in Yeonggwang", which requires close partnership among local residents, experts, and local government. At present, four new buildings have been built. Although we have lost the sandbar, it is indispensable to secure the visibility of Wooded Fortress of Beopseongjin at the entrance of the village.

미국 농촌지역 노인들의 주거에 대한 개인적인 혁신도 (Personal Innovativeness Toward Housing in American Rural Elderly)

  • The major purpose of this study was to determine the factors which affect elderly individuals' innovativeness toward housing. The. study analyzed data from the Southern Regional Research Project. S-194. “Barriers and incentives to affordable Housing”. The sample consisted of 1.878 respondents over age 55 who resided in 28 communties in seven southern states in the U.S. Results describing demographic and housing characteristics of respondents were summarized. The following findings were revealed from two statistical techniques (the ANOVA and Multiple Regression): 1) Those age 55 to 64. previous residents of larger communities. and those with higher incomes possess higher personal innovativeness toward housing: and 2) Age was a significant predictor to explain elderly respondents' positive attitude to adopt new or unusual housing types and technologies in housing.
