대학 중심 지역혁신의 기원과 주체: 영국 옥스퍼드지역을 사례로 (Regional Innovation Systems of Oxford, UK: Their Origin and Key Actors)

  • 1950년대 이후 선진공업국에서 나타난 탈 공업화 현상과 1970년대의 석유위기 이후의 경제위기에서 탈피하기 위한 대안 중 하나는 첨단 신산업을 중심으로 지역혁신을 유도하는 것이었다. 미국의 실리콘 밸리, 영국의 캠브리지 등은 체계적인 계획이나 정책적 노력 없이 혁신환경이 조성된 대표적인 예라고 할 때, 옥스퍼드 지역 역시 그에 버금가는 혁신지역이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 옥스퍼드 지역을 대상으로 지역혁신이 언제, 어떠한 방식으로 발생하였으며, 그러한 변화과정에 영향을 미치는 요소는 무엇인지, 혁신은 어떻게 시작되었는지 등을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 여러 가지 문헌자료와 인터넷 포탈 등을 검색하고 현장답사를 통한 관계자, 전문가 면담 등을 통해 수집한 자료에 근거하여 이루어졌다.

중고등학생의 정신건강과 신체활동과의 관련성 (Relations Between Mental Health and Physical Activities of Middle to High School Students)

  • Objective: The study analyzed degrees of participation in physical activities, demographic and sociological characteristics of middle and high school students, and the relations to mental health related factors, based on "Korea youth risk behavior web-based survey." Therefore, the study can be used as preliminary data for establishing mental health promotion plans for youth and setting contents and directions of health education. Methods: The study analyzed the data, collecting from 75,066 middle and high school students, regarding their demographic and sociological characteristics, mental health, and relations to physical activities by using SPSS Win 15.0. Results: 19.1% of the students answered they had seriously contemplated suicide during the past 12 months, and 43.2% said they are usually under enormous pressure. 55.3% answered that academic achievements and the pressure from future paths are major factors of their stress. The students showed noteworthy differences in whether they think about suicide depending on whether the students live with their father or mother. The study found that the students whose parents' levels of education are low, or their academic records are low, or economic conditions are poor are more likely to think about suicide. The students tend to think more about killing themselves if they spend more time sitting to study than being engaged in physical activities, or spend little time walking. And they are more likely to think about committing suicide if they spend little time exercising, or are not engaged in physical activities on the playground or a gym in PE classes.

보건관리자와 임상간호사의 직무특성, 지식공유 및 조직문화가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Relationships among Job Characteristics, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment in Occupational Health Nurses and Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationships among job characteristics, knowledge sharing, organizational culture, and organizational commitment in occupational health nurses (OHN) and clinical nurses (CN) to identify factors that might influence organizational commitment. It aimed to contribute to the improvement of knowledge management in health care organizations, including industrial workplaces and hospitals. Methods: A convenience sample of 188 nurses, specifically 100 OHN and 88 CN, was selected. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: OHNs had a significantly higher education level and current work experience; higher proportion of participants with contract employment status, day work shift, less turnover experience, good lifestyle; and higher scores on organizational culture ($3.3{\pm}0.61$) and organizational commitment ($3.1{\pm}0.60$). Additionally, the correlations among organizational commitment, job characteristics, knowledge sharing, and organizational culture ware higher (r=.38~.57) among OHNs as compared to those among CNs. Further, the organizational commitment of OHNs was significantly influenced by knowledge sharing, organizational culture, working hours, and salary ($R^2=.32$), while that of CNs was influenced by organizational culture and life event stress ($R^2=.11$). Conclusion: There is a need to develop measures to enable nurses to contribute to the improvement of knowledge management in health care organizations as major human resources, by including interventions for the major factors leading to between-group differences in organizational performance.

여가활동에 참가하는 대학생들의 개인적 특성과 여가참가경력이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Personal characteristics of university students participating in leisure activities and the impact of their leisure experience on job-seeking Stress)

  • 본 연구는 여가활동에 참가하는 대학생들의 개인적 특성과 여가참가경력이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 2019년 9월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 설문지를 이용하여 C시의 대학생 총 264명을 대상으로 집락무선표집법(stratified clusterrandom sampling)을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 성별을 살펴보면, 남성보다 여성이 학업스트레스를 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학년에 따른 결과를 살펴보면 2학년, 3학년보다 1학년, 4학년이 성격스트레스를 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공계열에 따른 결과를 살펴보면 사회계열보다 자연계열 학생이 성격스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자연계열보다 인문계열 학생이 가족환경스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 용돈에 따른 결과를 살펴보면 40만원~50만원을 받는 학생과 50만원이상을 받는 학생보다 10만원이하, 10만원~20만원을 받는 학생이 가족환경스트레스를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 여가활동 참가경력에 따른 결과를 살펴보면 여가활동 참가경력이 많을수록 전반적으로 취업스트레스가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들은 취업스트레스를 낮추기 위해서 다양한 여가활동을 통해 자기조절을 할 수 있는 토대를 마련해야 할 것이다.

건설용 강재개발 및 용접기술동향 (Development of Structural Steel and Trend of Welding Technology)

  • A brief overview is given of the development of various structural steels and their welding application technology. Firstly, the general characteristics and welding performance of structural steels used in architecture and bridge are introduced. For safety against earthquakes or strong wind, and for highly efficient welding in high-rise building constructions, ultra high strength steel with tensile strength over 800 MPa or high HAZ toughness steel plates under high heat input welding have been developed. In particular, efficient welding technology ensuring high resistance to cold and hot cracking of ultra high strength steel is reviewed in the present paper. Secondly, various coated steels used mainly for outer part in construction are briefly discussed. Moreover, a major drawback of coated steel during welding operation, and several solutions to overcome such technical problem are proposed. It is hoped that this review paper can lead to significant academic contributions and provide readers interested in the structural steels with useful welding technology.

소프트웨어와 하드웨어 전공자들의 취업률 제고 방안 (An improvement for the employment rate of the S/W and H/W majors)

  • 본 연구에서는 S/W와 H/W 전공자들의 취업률 향상을 목적으로, 첫째, S/W와 H/W 전공자들이 선호하지 않는 전공분야에 취업 관심도를 높이고 학습자의 역량을 발전시켜 다양한 전공분야로 취업을 도모하기 위한 교육사례를 제시하였고, 둘째, 향후 S/W와 H/W 분야에서 학과차원의 특수성과 실정을 반영한 취업률 향상 추진 방안에 관하여 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 S/W와 H/W의 학과별 4학년 40명씩을 대상으로 비선호 전공분야에서 도구로서 활용하는 확률/통계 교육내용의 이해도를 설문조사를 통하여 파악하였고, 취업률 제고를 위하여 취업선호도 사전설문조사, 확률/통계를 연계한 전공수업, 취업선호도 사후설문조사 총 3단계를 거쳐 취업인식이 변화됨을 살펴보았다. 또한 이 전공수업은 학습자의 학업성취도에 미치는 효과에 대해 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 검증하였다.

생활 주변 자료 활용 수업이 학업성취도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Instructional Use of Materials Around Everyday Life on Science Academic Achievement: Focused on the Third and Sixth - Grade Level)

  • The purpose of this study is to guide and apply gettable and accessible materials around everyday life into classroom instruction, and to find out their effects on student academic achievement. In order to achieve it, this study was tried to develop and guide available materials around life in teaming activities, to provide a preliminary assignment that could apply the available materials, and to compare its academic achievement to one from field trip loaming. For the hypothesis testing, first, the experimental and comparing classes were selected based on the results of basic learning diagnostic evaluation, which conducted by the researcher being served as a full-time science teacher of the third and sixth grade of K elementary school in Kwangju for 2 years. Secondly, the instructional use of the available materials around life was applied to the experimental class. Also, the instructional use of the existing materials was applied to the comparing class. Finally, for the testing of the effects on academic achievement, the posterio test was implemented after conducting the experimental instruction in knowledge·understanding, inquiry process, and attitude domains classified by the unit characteristics. Using SPSS/WIN program the t-test was performed in order to compare the differences between the two groups. Major findings were as follows: 1) In the achievement test of knowledge·understanding domain, there were no significant differences at the 5% level between the experimental and comparing classes. It could be difficult to say, therefore, that the instructional use of the available materials around life was more effective than the instructional use of the existing materials. However, it had some effects on differences between the third grade final achievement test and sixth grade experimental class. 2) In the achievement test of inquiry process domain, there were some significant differences in that the sixth grade experimental class was higher than the third grade out-of classroom experience unit. It was indicated that the instructional use of the available materials around life had some effects on improving the students' inquiry ability 3) In achievement test of attitude domain, there were some significant differences. It was shown that the self-evaluation test of the sixth grade experimental class unit was higher than that of the third grade out-of classroom experience unit; Especially, the learning activities in the experimental class were more active, and the experimental practice ability was improved. It was presented that the instructional use of the available materials around life had some effects on the students' academic achievement in attitude domain. It was concluded from this study that the instructional use of the available materials around life was less effective on Knowledge understanding domain, but was effective on improving their scientific inquiry ability and interest on science education.

대만의 티베트사(史) 연구 동향과 쟁점 (Trends and Issues of Tibetan History in Taiwan)

  • 본 연구의 논점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근대이후 전반적인 대만의 티베트 연구상황과 변천동향을 검토하고 그 속에서 대만의 티베트사 연구의 발전과 흐름을 파악하고자 했다. 두 번째, 위의 내용을 충족시키기 위해서 대만의 주요 티베트 연구기관과 학자들, 그리고 그 연구경향을 분석하여 그 동향과 궤적을 추적하였다. 세 번째, 대만의 티베트 연구동향은 포괄적으로 우리에게 대만 학자들의 연구방법과 경향 그리고 변천의 흐름을 분석하는 데 유효한 지표가 될 수도 있다. 특징과 변천의 흐름이 있다면 본문을 통하여 그 이유를 탐색할 수 있을 것이다. 네 번째, 본 연구가 가지는 의미 중의 하나는 중앙 대 지방, 한족 대 소수민족, 소유와 배분의 학술적 사유를 가지는 구조 속에서 로컬리티(locality)에 관한 이해를 촉발할 수 있다는 점이다. 즉 같은 티베트 연구를 진행해도 중국은 기득권자의 입장인 반면, 대만은 이와 같은 시선과 태도에서 벗어난 수평구조를 가지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 즉 대만은 국가나 중앙의 입장에서 티베트를 바라보는 수직적 구조가 아니라는 점인데, 이런 학술적 풍토가 우리에게 어떤 학문적 방향의 시사점을 줄 수 있다면 국내 학계의 중국 소수민족 문제를 좀 더 구체적인 학문연구의 독립적 대상으로 바라볼 수 있는 방향점을 제시할 수도 있을 것이다.

간호대학생의 내현적 자기애, 자기주도학습능력, 학업성취도가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Covert Narcissism, Self-directed learning Ability, Academic Achievement on Self-leadership of Nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 내현적 자기애, 자기주도학습능력, 학업성취도가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 B, Y시의 간호대학생 247명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 셀프리더십은 평균 3.14±0.62점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 셀프리더십의 차이는 전공만족도(F=11.111, p<.001)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 셀프리더십은 자기주도학습능력(r=.630, p<.001), 학업성취도(r=.532, p<.001)와 정적상관관계를 나타냈고, 내현적 자기애(r=-.206, p=.001)와 부적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인은 내현적 자기애(β=-.147, p=.002), 자기주도학습능력(β=.468, p<.001), 학업성취도(β=.282, p<.001)로 확인되었고, 설명력은 46.9%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 셀프리더십을 향상시키기 위해 내현적 자기애를 조절하고 자기주도학습능력과 학업성취도를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

제주도 지역 냉난방 설비.보조기구 사용실태와 거주자의 평가 (Survey on the Uses of Heating-Cooling Facilitis.Accessory Devices and Residents' Evaluation in Cheju Province)

  • to design nature-affinitive, reasonable and effcient thermal environment plannings and facilities, the holding patterns of heating-cooling facilities·accessory devices and residents' evaluation in Cheju Province were surveyed as well as residents' understanding for them. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1) In the cooling system, the percentage of air-conditioner possessor was 19.4%, which was lower possessive rate than mainland's. The location of air-conditioner was mainly public area. That is, 55.3% of the location is livingroom, and the rest was Anbang. the general cooling accessory device was a fan. It was frequently used at the children's room and the dining room. The possessive patterns of air-conditioner depend on the characteristics of residents, such as the academic carrier and the average monthly income. Characteristics of house for air-conditioner possess depend on the location, house type, the size of floor space. 2) In the heating system, individual heating system reached to 57.3%. Heating accessory devices were oil stove and electric heating blanket. Only 32.2% of survey population were holders. 3) Residents preferred better ventilated room arrangement, which was characteristic of subtropical areas. 4) The preferred condition for heating-cooling facilities and accessory devices were strong solidity, less air pollution, and less noise.
