빅블러 관점으로 바라본 패션 시장의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Changes in the Fashion Market Viewed from the Perspective of Big Blur)

  • Today, the development of innovative technologies is accompanied by changes in the industrial structure and the Big Blur phenomenon, where the boundaries in various fields are blurred. The purpose of this study was to view the Big Blur phenomenon as a big paradigm shift in the 21st century and derive environmental changes and characteristics of the Korean fashion market. The research method included an analysis of the fashion brands after 2015. Through this study, we intended to establish a framework for understanding the changes in the fashion market from the perspective of Big Blur and discuss the direction of brand marketing. The research results showed the hyperlinks, connectivity, openness, homeostasis, synchronicity, mobility, interactivity, and brand experience of online and offline spaces beyond the boundaries of virtual space and offline physical spaces such as online physical and spatial viewpoints. It also showed the characteristics. The characteristics from the socio-cultural point of view were characteristic of diversity, mixture, coexistence, composability, and pluralism beyond the traditional socio-cultural and regulatory scopes. Hip hop fashion, street fashion, unisex, genderless, androgynous fashion, and kid fashion are the backbone of the Big Blur and are becoming important factors in fashion. The characteristics of the market and economic viewpoint are prosumers that play roles both as producers and consumers. It shows the extensibility of consumers as producers, the cohesiveness of producers and consumers, the cooperation, and the interconnectivity.

상전환 공정에 의한 폴리설폰막의 제조에 있어 제막용액에 첨가된 톨루엔의 영향 (Effect of Toluene Added to Casting Solution on Characteristic of Phase Inversion Polysulfone Membrane)

  • 상전환법을 이용하여 폴리설폰, n-메틸피롤리돈과 톨루엔으로 이루어진 제막용액으로부터 고분자 분리막이 제조되었다. 톨루엔은 폴리설폰에 대한 비용매로서 제막용액에 첨가되었으며, 침지용 비용매로는 이소프로필알코올이 사용되었다. 제조된 모든 분리막은 밀집 형상의 표면층과 스폰지 형상의 하부층으로 구성된 이중구조 형태의 비대칭성 구조를 보였다. 첨가된 톨루엔은 제막용액의 열역학적 성질을 변화시켜 열역학적 상분리를 촉진하는 역할을 할 수 있음을 보였으며, 제조된 분리막은 톨루엔을 첨가에 의해 막의 표면층 두께가 증가하는 특성을 보였다. 분리막의 투과 특성을 측정한 결과, 톨루엔이 첨가되었을 때 밀집 표면층의 두께 증가에도 불구하고 거의 동일한 배제율을 유지하면서 투과플럭스는 5배 이상 증대하는 효과를 보였다.

분쇄된 Kenyaite를 이용한 Kenyaite/epoxy 나노복합체 제조 (Preparation of Kenyaite/epoxy Nanocomposite from Pulverization of Kenyaite)

  • 진동 밀을 이용한 kenyaite의 분쇄특성과 에폭시에 대한 분산특성을 SEM, XRD, TEM, 입도분석을 통하여 조사하였다. 분쇄는 0.5~5 h 동안 진행되었으며, SEM 분석 결과 1 h 분쇄할 경우 다발을 이루던 판상입자가 거의 깨어져 흩어짐을 알 수 있었으며, 그 이상 분쇄하게 되면 판상형태가 거의 사라졌다. 또한, XRD 분석결과, 1 h 이하로 분쇄한 입자의 경우 H-kenyaite 고유의 피크가 유지되었고, 3 h 이상 분쇄된 입자의 경우 H-kenyaite 고유의 피크가 사라지면서 결정구조가 파괴되어 거의 무정형으로 변환되었다. 에폭시 수지와 나노복합체를 만들 경우, 분쇄를 하지 않은 시료는 단지 3~5 nm의 층간거리 확장을 나타내지만, 1 h 분쇄한 경우엔 5~10 nm로 층간거리가 크게 확장됨을 TEM 분석을 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 상기의 결과는 넓은 판들이 다발을 이루는 kenayite 입자의 적절한 분쇄가 박리형 kenyaite-polymer 나노복합체 제조에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

타워크레인 작업 근로자의 작업환경과 사고 노출 실태에 관한 연구 (A study on the work environment and accident exposure status of Tower Crane workers)

  • The study conducted statistical analysis of survey on the 239 workers participating in national Tower Crane installation/dismantlement in order to identify work environment and health hazard exposure of Tower Crane workers. Consequently for work related safety status of Tower Crane workers, the number of installation/dismantlement work was the highest at 15-20 times per month, and safety equipments were not arranged at work and they felt highly anxious when boarding on the Tower Crane. Furthermore, it is found that they feel anxious working in the influence of the weather, noise, vibration, wind, the sun ray, and structure characteristic. They have very low satisfaction in the insecureness of workplace and the work environment, and recognizes that their work affect highly on the health. 81.6% of workers have experienced accident at work, the cause of accidents were mainly due to poor work environment, and the health abnormality they have experienced were mostly fatigue and concentration reduction. For job stress, job demand and conflict in relationship were the highest sections. Total 66.5% of workers complained of musculoskeletal disorder related subjective symptom, and back pain patients were the highest of all groups.

  • Because a robot actuator is directly affected by the external force of the robot and accounts for the largest portion of the robot system weight, developing an optimized actuator suitable for each characteristic of the robot system is essential. Although there have been many developments and studies related to robot actuators in various industrial fields, lightweight and compact actuator designs that can control force are still lacking. In this study, a novel actuator module was developed, and its performance was verified experimentally. The structure and control of various robot systems can be optimized by utilizing the proposed actuator. It can be used for various tasks by sensing external force and through feedback control.

  • This study classifies the types of spatio-functional differentiation in Korean island areas and analyses typical characters and suggests the development directions by each type. Eup/Myeon-level island areas are classified as six types by the factor analysis and the cluster analysis. First type is the traditional rural center. This type puts emphasis on maintaining phase as the central space and has to maximize development potential of the whole of settlement zone. Second type is the specialized region in manufacturing industry and the qualitative mutual growth of regional industries is able to be suggested. Third type is the specialized region in the neighborhood service provision. This type needs to devise the plan for utilizing potential customers actively and developing into the region specialized in tourism industry. Fourth type is the specialized region in tourism-support service functions. This type has to promote differentiated policies for maintaining amenity infra or value of countryside capital and preservation and utilization of resources by regional features. Fifth type is the fishing industry-dominated region. This type has to promote sustainable fishery development through the policy reflecting regional features and condition. Finally, sixth type is the sluggish region dominated with the traditional agriculture and fishery. This type is needed to aim at developing into the new food production base having the advantage of clean environment by strengthening support in specialized agro-fishery products. The existing researches on spatio-functional differentiation were mostly discussed with respect to land development, but this study highlights the difference in deal with the island areas distinguished from the condition of industry.

  • Among various types of harmful gases, hydrogen sulfide is a strong toxic gas that is mainly generated during spillage and wastewater treatment at industrial sites. Hydrogen sulfide can irritate the conjunctiva even at low concentrations of less than 10 ppm, cause coughing, paralysis of smell and respiratory failure at a concentration of 100 ppm, and coma and permanent brain loss at concentrations above 1000 ppm. Therefore, rapid detection of hydrogen sulfide among harmful gases is extremely important for our safety, health, and comfortable living environment. Most hydrogen sulfide gas sensors that have been reported are electrical resistive metal oxide-based semiconductor gas sensors that are easy to manufacture and mass-produce and have the advantage of high sensitivity; however, they have low gas selectivity. In contrast, the electrochemical sensor measures the concentration of hydrogen sulfide using an electrochemical reaction between hydrogen sulfide, an electrode, and an electrolyte. Electrochemical sensors have various advantages, including sensitivity, selectivity, fast response time, and the ability to measure room temperature. However, most electrochemical hydrogen sulfide gas sensors depend on imports. Although domestic technologies and products exist, more research is required on their long-term stability and reliability. Therefore, this study includes the processes from electrode material synthesis to sensor fabrication and characteristic evaluation, and introduces the sensor structure design and material selection to improve the sensitivity and selectivity of the sensor. A sensor case was fabricated using a 3D printer, and an Ag reference electrode, and a Pt counter electrode were deposited and applied to a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter using PVD. The working electrode was also deposited on a PTFE filter using vacuum filtration, and an electrochemical hydrogen sulfide gas sensor capable of measuring concentrations as low as 0.6 ppm was developed.

  • 일방향의 탄소/탄소 복합재료는 탄화 매트릭스의 전구체인 페놀수지를 사용하여 단일 공정을 통하여 제조하였으며, 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 밀도와 기계적 물성을 향상시키기 위하여 페놀수지에 산화몰리브덴($MoO_3$)과 바인더 피치를 첨가하였다. 본 연구에서는 $MoO_3$와 바인더 피치 첨가로 인한 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향에 대해 굴곡강도와 층간전단강도 측정을 통하여 고찰하였다. 결과적으로 $MoO_3$와 바인더 피치가 첨가된 탄소/탄소 복합재료들은 탄소섬유와 매트릭스간의 계면결합력 증가로 인하여 기계적 물성이 향상됨을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이는 $MoO_3$와 바인더 피치를 첨가함으로써 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 흑연구조가 발달함과 동시에 밀도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 나타낸다.

  • 본 연구에서는 벤젠고리의 ${\alpha}$${\beta}$-위치에 phenoxy, 2-naphthoxy 또는 4-trityl phenoxy 치환기가 도입된 프탈로니트릴 유도체들을 합성하였고, 이들 중간체들을 이용하여 전자 주게 특성을 가지는 치환기가 도입된 oxovanadium phthalocyanine (VOPc) 유도체들을 성공적으로 합성하였다. 시료들의 구조 특성 및 분자량은 $^1H$-NMR, FT-IR 및 MALDI-TOF형 질량분석기를 이용하여 측정 분석하였고, 광학적 및 화학적 특성은 UV-Vis 분광기, X-ray 회절기 및 열분석기를 이용하여 측정 분석하였다. 합성된 VOPc 유도체들의 최대흡수파장 값은 약 684~726 nm이었으며, 치환기의 도입으로 말미암아 용해도가 향상되거나 Q 밴드가 이동하였다.
