오버행 구조를 갖는 단상 유도동기 전동기의 특성해석 (A study on characteristic analysis using overhang structure in Line Start Permanent Magnet Motor)

  • The characteristic of line start permanent magnet(LSPM) motor with overhang structure is analyzed using 3dimensional finite element method(3D FEM). We propose the appropriate overhang length by considering the magnetic flux distribution according to changing overhang length and manufacturing process. 3D FEM analysis is inevitable because the increase of the total flux cannot be appropriately considered in 2D FEM. In equal model specification total flux is recalculated at 3D FEM, because of considering lamination length. This paper compares the characteristic of Back-emf with and without overhang by permanent magnet that has identical volume.

전원외란 시뮬레이터를 이용한 고속전철 이선현상과도 특성 연구 (Transient Characteristic Study on Contact Loss of High Speed Electric Railway Using a Power Line Disturbance Simulator)

  • In this study, the dynamic characteristic of a contact wire and pantograph suppling electrical power to high-speed trains are investigated from an electrical response point of view. To analysis power line disturbance by induced contact loss phenomenon for high speed operation, a hardware Simulator which considered contact loss between contact wire and the pantograph as well as contact wire deviation is developed. It is confirmed that a contact wire and pantograph model are necessary for studying the dynamic behavior of the pantograph system. One of the most important needs accompanied by increasing the speed of high-speed train is reduced that an arc phenomenon by loss of contact brings out EMI. In case of a high-speed train using electrical power, as comparison with diesel rolling stock, PLD(Power Line Disturbance) such as harmonic, transient voltage and current, EMI(Electromagnetic Interference), dummy signal injection etc usually occurs. Throughout experiment, it is verified that an arc phenomenon is brought out for simulator operation and consequently conducted noise is flowed in electric circuit by power line disturbance.

  • 가입자 Loop 대다수를 차지하는 동선케이블을 이용한 고속데이터서비스가 증가 발전하고 있는데 가입자선로에서 전송속도에 영향을 미치는 요소는 여러 종류가 있지만 전송로상에서 낙뢰, 전력유도 등 외부 전자기적 환경에 의해 통신회선에 잡음이 발생하고 이리한 잡음은 고속데이터서비스의 전송속도 및 전송품질에 영향을 미치게 된다. 된 연구에서는 가입자 통신회선에서 나타나는 잡음특성을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 ADSL서비스의 전송품질에 가장 광범위하게 영향을 미치는 잡음을 가입자선로에 주입하여 케이블 거리별 전송속도를 측정하고 전송속도와의 관계를 분석하였다.

Compact Branch-line Power Divider Using Connected Coupled-line Structure

  • In order to improve performance for the size of the BLPD, the CCL is used for the realization as the delay line. As realizing lower coupling coefficient and lower characteristic impedance, the CCL has good performance of the phase delay. The CCL is applied as the compact BLPD with optimized coupling factor and matched impedance because the lower coupling coefficient and lower characteristic impedance are increased the size and the loss, respectively. Designed BLPD using the CCL has the size of $0.13{\lambda}_g{\times}0.13{\lambda}_g$ and the size-reduction ratio of fabricated BLPD using the CCL has 58.5% ($21.08{\times}21.40mm^2$). Also, fabricated BLPD is measured the insertion loss of 3.16dB at the center frequency of 1.78GHz and the 20dB bandwidth is 9.58%. Differenced magnitude and phase between threw port and coupled port are measured 0.1dB and $89.9^{\circ}$, respectively. These performances are almost same compared with the conventional BLPD. Suggested application of the CCL can be used various devices and circuits for the size-reduction.

공간 및 시간준위 보간 특성곡선법의 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Spatial and Temporal Line Interpolation of Characteristic Method)

  • 특성곡선이 통과하는 인접 시간준위에서의 3개 격자점을 이용한 시간준위 Lagrange 보간기법을 개발하여, 기존의 시간준위 보간기법인 Reachback 기법과 두가지 공간 보간기법, 즉 Upwind 기법과 3개의 공간 격자점을 이용한 공간 2차 보간기법과 함께 두가지 형태의 오염원 이송문제에 각각 적용 하므로써 공간 및 시간준위 보간기법에 의한 수치해의 정확도를 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 동일한 차수의 보간기법을 비교할 경우, 공간보간 기법보다 시간 보간기법을 이용하면 수치분산 또는 수치진동이 적은 보다 정확한 수치해를 구할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 본 연구에서 제시한 기법은 기존 시간준위 보간기법에 의한 해의 장점을 포함하면서 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This paper introduces an active power dependent standard characteristic curve, Q(P) to compensate for voltage variations due to the output of distributed generation. This paper presents an efficient control method of grid-connected inverters by comparing and analyzing voltage variation magnitude and line loss according to the compensation method. Voltage variations are caused not only by active power, but also by the change of reactive power flowing in the line. In particular, the system is in a relatively remote place in a coastal area compared with existing power plants, so it is relatively weak and may not be suitable for voltage control. So, since it is very important to keep the voltage below the normal voltage limit within the specified inverter capacity and to minimize line loss due to the reactive power. we describe the active power dependent standard characteristic curve, Q(P) method and verify the magnitude of voltage variation by simulation. Finally, the characteristics of each control method and line loss are compared and analyzed.

온라인 구매자 집단과 비 구매자 집단의 쇼핑성향의 차이 (Shopping Orientation's Differentiation between On-line Consumer Group and Off-line Consumer Group)

  • 온라인 시장이 급격하게 성장하는 환경 하에서 온라인 소비자와 오프라인 소비자에 대한 차이점을 밝히기 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 온라인 소비자와 오프라인 소비자 두 집단의 차이점을 밝히는 것은 각 소매업자들에게 마케팅전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수있다. 본 연구는 온라인 소비자와 오프라인 소비자 두 집단의 쇼핑성향의 차이점을 나타내는 변수를 찾고자 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 쇼핑성향을 쇼핑즐거움, 위험지각, 가격의식, 그리고 펀리성으로 구분하여 분석 하였다. 분석결과 쇼핑즐거움은 기각되었으며, 위험에 대한 지각과 가격의식 그리고 편리성은 두 집단을 구분하는 유의적인 변수로 나타났다. 즉 온라인 소비자는 위험에 대한 지각을 낮게 하였으며, 가격에 민감하였고, 펀리성을 추구하는 것으로 나타났다.

A Method for Fault detecting on Power Transmission Network by use of M-sequence Correlation

  • Monitoring a power transmission line is significant for power electric companies. In this paper, we propose a new method for detecting an fault point of power transmission line by use of M-sequence correlation technique. In this method, detecting signal is used as one or plural M-sequences ( same characteristic polynomial, including normal and reverse mark, synchronized ). In receiving point, we make same sequence with the input one and take crosscorrelation function between M-sequence and the received signal. We can see transfer fanctions of plural paths between inputs and a output taps separated from different of delay times on the crosscorrelation function, and from these transfer fanctions, so we compare them when fault occurred with in usual.

  • A novel, two-inductor, interleaved power-factor-corrected (PFC) boost converter that exhibits voltage-doubler characteristic when it operates with a duty cycle greater than 0.5 is introduced. The voltage-doubler characteristic of the proposed converter makes it quite suitable for universal-line (90~265VRMS) PFC applications. Because the proposed PFC boost rectifier operates as a voltage doubler at low line, its low-line range efficiency is greatly improved compared to that of its conventional counterpart. The performance of the proposed PFC rectifier was evaluated on an experimental 300W PFC prototype.

선로과부하해소를 고려한 최적부하간단에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Load Shedding Considering Alleviation of the Line Overload)

  • This paper presents a method for optimal load shedding in preserving a system security following abnormal condition as well as a sudden major supply outage. The method takes account of static characteristic of generators control and voltage and system frequency characteristic of loads. The optimization problem is solved by a gradient technique to get the maximal effect by the least quantity of load shedding considering line overloads as well as voltage disturbances and system frequency. The method is illustrated on a 8-bus system. It has been found that the use of the proposed algorithm for model systems alleviate the line overload more efficiently than the former method. It is believed that this method will be useful in security studies and operational planning.
