체계적 관점에 따른 기술전파활동의 상호작용 수준 분석 - 지역특화작목시험장의 기술전파활동을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Level of Interaction in Extension Services through a Systems Approach - Focused on Extension Services of Experiment Station -)

  • Under awareness of the importance of interaction between local research agencies and farmers in developing local agriculture, this study attempts to analyse the level of interaction in extension services of Experiment Station. The data were collected through the interview with researchers in five Experiment Stations and farmers who have made contact with the researchers. The results of the analysis are as follow: (1) The Experiment Stations are currently providing extension services though they are originally research-oriented agencies. The extension methods of Experiment Stations are similar with those of extension agencies. (2) The more systematic the characteristic of extension service type is, the higher level of interaction is generated with several exceptions which should not be ignored. This study accentuates the efforts to improve the level of interaction as well as to construct a system as a linked set of actors.

  • In recent years, vehicle accessories substitute steel for aluminum. But, subframe play a important role of vehicle safety. Therefore, dynamic characteristic of steel subframe is understood at real vehicle. And this is able to apply dynamic characteristic of Aluminum. At this paper, we confirm dynamic load that is operated Steel subframe with experiment And result of finite element analysis which is operated dynamic load is compared with result of experiment.

하이브리드 로켓 모터에 대한 연소 실험 측정 불확도 (Combustion Experiment Measurement Uncertainty for Hybrid Rocket Motor)

  • In this study, the measurement uncertainty of combustion experimental system and experimental parameters for hybrid rocket were evaluated by B type evaluation method. The measurement uncertainty of all experimental parameters was lower than 3%. The highest value of expanded uncertainty was characteristic velocity efficiency with 2.83% and the expanded uncertainty of regression rate which is the design and performance parameter was indicated to 0.03%. These results shown that the reliability of hybrid combustion system was located within allowed limits.

  • In this paper, the intelligent landscape lighting power control and monitoring system with solar sell generator equipment is proposed. The first, the intelligent landscape lighting power controller is designed using the fuzzy logic control method. And the fuzzy logic controller is used to save power consumption for various reference intensity of the illumination. The second, the GUI monitoring system is presented. It has control and display faculty. And the practical experiment device is used to evaluate the performance criteria of the proposed intelligent landscape lighting power control system with the solar cell power generation equipment. From the experiment results, we present the property of proposed fuzzy controller such as steady state error, the tracking and power consumption characteristic for the reference intensity of illumination. And also we show the superiority of power control as well as the characteristic of GUI monitoring system in the proposed system.

  • Charge decay, thermally stimulated current (TSC), charging and discharging currents(I) are measured for corona-charged composite insulating materials. In this study, We will make an experiment in charge decay on composite material surface, TSC, polarity effect and the others in order to analysis its mechanism. Especially, Fiber glass Reinforced Plastics(FRP) is the best composite material which has been so far. Therefore, Its worthy of notice to investigate its characteristic. And then some other materials will be focused on. This experiment measured characteristic of charge decay, dependence of discharging-time and other electrostatic characteristics on FRP.

유한요소법에 의한 타원 판넬의 성형성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Formability of Ellipse Panel by Finite Element Method)

  • In this paper the forming simulations of ellipse bulge have been researched by using $PAM-STAMP_{TM}$ to estimate the sheet metal forming and the plastic deformation characteristic of ellipse bulge. Thin elliptical diaphragms of brass, copper, aluminum, and mild steel are bulged in elliptical dies having aspect ratios of 1.33 and 2. In order to compare the simulation results with the experiment and ellipse bulge's theory derived by using Johnson and Duncan's theory, the relations of hydraulic pressure and polar height, polar thickness strain and polar height, were compared. According to this study, the results of simulation and ellipse bulge's theory derived by using Johnson and Duncan's theory, and the bursting pressure and the bursting polar height are good agreement to the experiment. So, the results of simulation by using $PAM-STAMP_{TM}$ and the ellipse bulge's theory will give engineers good information to make assessment the formability and plastic deformation characteristic of hydraulic ellipse bulge test.

  • This study is investigated into the dynamic effect of the manifold configuration during the gas exchange processes using both simulation and experiment, In theoretical study on the flow analysis, the characteristic method is applied to solve the compressible unsteady flow equation, involving the several steady flow boundary conditions. In order to excute the engine experiment efficiently, a data acquisition system is configured by using A/D converter and PC. Good results which coincided experimental data with simulation output were obtained, and it shows that this simulation method can be applied to obtain the optimal design parameters in the intake and exhaust systems.

음향현미경의 V(z)곡선을 이용한 재료의 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the characteristic of material using V(z) curve of acoustic microscope)

  • 본 논문에서는 음향현미경의 V(z)곡선을 해석하고 실험결과와 비교 고찰하였으며 V(z)곡선과 재료의 탄성 특성사이의 관계를 연구분석하였다. V(z)곡선의 이론적인 해석은 angular spectrum과 ray optics 이론을 사용하였고 실험은 동작주파수가 3MHz인 음향현미경을 구성하여 행하였다. 실험결과 V(z)곡선은 재료마다 고유의 형태를 나타내며 V(z) 곡선에서 극대치 사이의 간격은 재료에서 Rayleigh 파의 음향속도를 산출하는 데 이용될 수 있음을 보였다.

  • The present study has been studied on a thermal and flow characteristic of the microchannel waterblock with flow distributions in each channels. Results of a numerical analysis using the CFX-11 are compared with results of an experiment. Numerical analysis and experiment are conducted under a heat transfer rate of 150W, inlet temperature of $20^{\circ}C$ and mass flow rates of $0.7{\sim}2.0\;kg$/min. Base temperature and pressure drop are investigated with standard deviations of mass flow rates in each channels of samples at 0.7 kg/min.

  • It is one of the most effective method for improving the performance of electric railway vehicles to make better the wheel-rail adhesion characteristics. To study adhesion characteristic is to develop the equivalent reduction machine to experiment on the adhesion system. The experiment system makes it possible to change the wheel-rail adhesion force with various adhesion parameters, and therewith to test the adhesion control system with the reduction machine in a laboratory. In this paper for improving adhesion performance show actually control methods.
