흡입력 조절 기법을 이용한 함수특성곡선 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Measuring Soil-Water Characteristic Curve Using a Suction Control Technique)

  • 불포화토 역학에 있어 흐름특성에 대한 규명은 지반공학적 문제들을 해결하는데 있어 매우 중요하다. 특히, 불포화토의 흐름특성을 모사하기 위한 첫 걸음이 되는 함수특성곡선의 측정을 위해서는 측정자의 오류를 최소화할 수 있는 신뢰성있고 편리한 기법이 필수적으로 요구되어진다. 플로우 펌프 시스템을 포함하여 현재까지 많은 연구자들은 함수특성곡선을 측정할 수 있는 다양한 기법들을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 제안되어진 플로우 펌프시스템을 활용한 흡입력 조절 기법을 이용하여 건조과정과 습윤과정에서 정확하게 실험 공시체의 함수특성곡선을 측정하였다. 플로우 펌프 시스템을 활용한 흡입력 조절 기법을 통하여 두 가지 시료의 함수특성곡선을 산정하였으며, 실험 결과를 바탕으로 흡입력 조절 기법은 현장 조건에 맞는 조건들을 실내에서 구현할 수 있으며 또한 건조과정과 습윤과정에서 발생하는 함수특성곡선의 이력현상을 규명하는데 적절한 장비인 것을 확인하였다. 특히, 플로우 펌프시스템을 활용한 흡입력 조절 기법은 자동화된 장비와 정밀도로 인하여 높은 정확도를 이끌어낼 수 있어 측정오차를 줄임과 동시에 측정시간을 절약하여 함수특성곡선을 측정할 수 있다.

  • Studying unsaturated soil mechanics, determination of soil water characteristic curve and permeability equation is an essential factor but it is not easy. In this research a new testing apparatus was developed to determine soil water characteristic curve and permeability equation. The testing to get saturated permeability coefficients and soil water characteristic curves for two soils was performed by using the developed testing apparatus. First, a saturated permeability testing was performed and then the testing to get soil water characteristic curve of a drying process was performed. Next, the testing to get soil water characteristic curve of a wetting process was performed. Testing results showed hysteresis phenomena between soil water characteristic curve of a drying process and soil water characteristic curve of a wetting process. The permeability equations were determined by a theoretical method where a saturated permeability coefficient and a soil water characteristic curve were used.

  • This paper descrives the computational algorithm for determination of system characteristic constants using diakoptic method. When the system charateristic contants of large scale power system are calculated by using sensitivity matrix method which requires the inversion of Jacobian matrix, the necessary computing time and memory requirements increase very largely. Diakoptic mothods is benefit to get around these problems, and it is applied to a model system compared with the integrated method to discuss the efficiency of the algorithm.

  • Geotechnical limit state design methods; LRFD of North America is an approach that estimates resistance using design model and then multiplies resistance factor by calculated resistance to reflect the uncertainty of geomaterials and design models; whereas, Eurocode of the Europe employs the partial resistance factor applied directly to each variable in the resistance equation that individual soil properties such as cohesion and angle of internal friction are applied. This discussion paper is a study on characteristic value which has globally been argued through processing of development of Eurocode 7 for geotechnical design even to the present. Estimating the characteristic value of soil properties affects not only determination of design value applied directly to design of geotechnical structures, but also economic feasibility and stability of the structures.

소상공인의 자기결정성 특성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Self-Determination Characteristic of Small Business Start-Up on Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • Micro small business start-ups are receiving financial and marketing support from government or public authority, but business closure rate is very high and it causes a hugh burden to households and national economy. This study aims to verify the causal relationship between the self-determination characteristic of small business start-ups and entrepreneurial intention through learning orientation and innovation ability. The man's intrinsic motivation of self-determination theory is expected to have an impact on the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups. The self-determination theory includes perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relationship as independent variables. This study presented a research model for explaining the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups, and collected 260 survey responses from the small business start-ups In order to validate the proposed research model, PLS analysis is performed with valid 246 questionnaires. By PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis test. Path analysis shows that perceived autonomy does not significantly affect the learning orientation and innovation ability. On the other hand, perceived competence significantly influences learning orientation and innovation ability. Perceived relationships had significant influence on learning orientation. It is found that the parameters of learning orientation and innovation ability significantly influence the dependent variable of entrepreneurial intention. Based on the results, a policy and strategy for supporting small business start-up are presented.

Covariance Analysis Study for KOMPSAT Attitude Determination System

  • The attitude knowledge error model is formulated for specifically KOMPSAT attitude determination system using the Lefferts/Markley/Shuster method, and the attitude determination(AD) error analysis is performed so as to investgate the on-board attitude determination capability of KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite(KOMPSAT) using the covariance analysis method. Analysis results show there is almost no initial value effect on Attitude Determination (AD) error and the sensor noise effects on AD error are drastically decreased as is predicted because of the inherent characteristic of Kalman filter structure. However, it shows that the earth radiance effect of IR-sensor(earth sensor) and the bias effects of both IR-sensor and fine sun sensor are the dominant factors degrading AD error and gyro rate bias estimate error in AD system. Analysis results show that the attitude determination errors of roll, pitch and yaw axes are 0.056, 0.092 and 0.093 degrees, respectively. These numbers are smaller than the required values for the normal mission of KOMPSAT. Also, the selected on-orbit data of KOMPSAT is presented to demonstrate the designed AD system.

  • 불포화토를 연구하는데 있어 함수특성곡선과 투수계수방정식을 결정하는 것은 필수요소이나 이는 쉬운 일이 아니다. 본 연구에서는 함수특성곡선과 투수계수방정식을 얻기 위한 새로운 시험장치가 개발되었다. 개발된 시험장치를 사용하여 두 종류의 토사에 대해 포화투수계수시험과 함수특성곡선을 결정하기 위한 시험을 실시하였다. 시험진행순서는 먼저 포화투수계수시험을 실시한 후, 함수특성곡선의 건조과정에 대한 시험을 실시하고 다음으로 함수특성곡선의 습윤과정에 대한 시험순으로 진행하였다. 시험결과에 의하면 건조과정의 함수특성곡선과 습윤과정의 함수특성곡선 간에는 이력현상이 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 투수계수방정식의 결정은 시험으로부터 얻어진 포화투수계수와 함수특성곡선 이용하여 구하는 이론적인 방법을 사용하였다.

블록체인을 이용한 뉴스 미디어 플랫폼 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analyses of Factors Affecting the Use of News Media Platforms with Blockchain Technology)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the intention of using a news media platform using block chain through media company workers in a situation where various platform services using block chain are being newly released in the media industry. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to explore the development direction of the news media platform service using the block chain in the future by deriving implications through the characteristics of the block chain, user characteristics, and self-determination factors. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted a survey on the main characteristics of blockchain, user characteristics, self-determination, resistance to innovation, etc., and designed a research model by integrating factors on the continuity of intention to use the news media platform. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, in this study, it was confirmed that the intention to use the blockchain news media platform is significantly related to decentralization, which is a characteristic variable of the blockchain, perceived risk, which is a user characteristic variable, and competence and relationship, which is a self-determination variable. In addition, it was confirmed that it affects the perceived ease of use with respect to the intention to use. In addition, in this study, news writers write more careful articles as they cannot edit articles once written, which can contribute to improving the quality of news content.

불포화 투수계수함수에 대한 연구 (Determination of the Unsaturated Hydraulic Conductivity Function)

  • 불포화 투수계수함수는 흙수분 특성곡선과 함께 불포화토를 이해 연구하는데 있어서 없어서는 안 될 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로 불포화 투수계수함수를 직접 측정하기에는 많은 어려움이 있기에, 흙수분 특성곡선에 근거한 예측함수를 사용하여 불포화 투수계수함수를 구하곤 했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 예측함수를 사용하지 않고, 피스톤 펌프기법과 역해석 기법을 이용한 불포화 투수계수함수를 구하는 방법을 제시한다. 이렇게 구해진 불포화 투수계수함수는 예측함수를 사용하지 많았기 때문에, 흙수분 특성곡선으로부터 독립적이며 예측함수를 사용한 경우보다 보다 정확한 불포화토의 특성을 보여준다.
