인도의 통상환경과 상관습에 대한 소고 (A Study on the Commercial Customs and Practices in India)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze trade environment and examine a commercial practices for a successful launching of Indian market In general, Indian trade environment is composed of a natural environment, religious peculiarity, history and politic and economic prospect. In order to understand Indian commercial practices and secure business achievements, its national character, mode of living, customs related to foods and social relations such as exchange of gifts, religious taboos, tendency of product preference should be recognized. The results of the study indicate mostly that even though an excellent brand image, a good quality and an efficient sales network are a basic factor for making of a successful business, practically it is more important to understand a business customs and national character of indian people. Because business is accomplished through relationship between human beings eventually.

백화점 전면광장의 물리적 특성 유형화 및 선호도 연구 (A Study on Classification and Preference of Physical Features in Front Plaza of Department Store)

  • Recently the function of a department store has changed to the concept of a multi-functional center because of the alternative stores such as discount stores, home shopping, and internet shopping. This means that the front plaza of a department store is not a personal or private space any more, but a public space. This study focuses on the special character of public space through the classification and preference types of department store front plazas. The major results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Components of front plaza of department store are classified by three factors. The first factor, named "space limit", has 14 elements ; the second, named "space decoration" has 16 elements ; third, named "activity", has 2 elements. The first preferred element is easily- used and easily- serviced wide space. The second preferred element is the equipment that is placed linearly along the street. The third preferred element is cultural events. (2) The comparison between the frequency and preference shows that the plazas could not satisfy the user-needs. (3) Preference factors of front plazas were examined to three characters such as familiarity, peculiarity, and openness. Familiarity, peculiarity, openness have a positive correlation in all types. Peculiarity especially influences the other two space - preference factors.

여대생의 감각추구 및 쇼핑성향에 따른 패션스타일 선호도 (Sensation Seeking Tendency and Shopping Orientation affect on Preferred Fashion Style of Female College Students)

  • This study aims to investigate the relationships among sensation seeking tendency and shopping orientation and the preferences of fashion styles of female college students. The sensation seeking was found related with shopping orientation, and style preference. 'Seeking change' tendency and 'seeking unusual sensation' are related to 'hedonic shopping orientation', while 'seeking adventure/satisfying curiosity' is related to 'impulsive shopping orientation'. As 'seeking adventure/satisfying curiosity' increased, the preference of 'vivid character style' increased. The cross-effect of seeking sensation and shopping orientation affected style preference. Allowance and residential location affected the seeking sensation, shopping orientation and preference styles, while monthly spending on clothing and residential type affected shopping orientation only. The students with large allowance showed high 'seeking adventure/satisfying curiosity', high 'brand loyalty and impulsive' shopping orientation, and high preference in 'accessory and conspicuous style'. The students residing in Inchon showed high 'seeking unusual sensation', and 'practical shopping orientation', and low 'accessory and conspicuous style' than Seoul students.

  • The purpose of this study is to preview artistic presentation, factors of designing and ornamentation, to provide useful information to the wedding dress industry in developing consumer-oriented design of wedding dress. Also, this study is to investigate relativity between individual characteristics, such as demographic character and body figures, and preference of consumers, in order to learn if there is any pattern of consumers decision making, and to help consumers by giving tips for their wedding dress shopping. According to this study, I can see that when modern South-Korean adult women choose their wedding dress, they consider many factors just like silhouette, detail, fabric material and so on, then they select their own best dress by grasping their body characteristics.

  • 게임 인공지능은 플레이어에게 지능적이고 적응된 게임 환경을 제공하기 위해 주로 사용된 다. 기존에는 사용자의 게임 행위를 수집/분석하여 동반자 또는 적대적 역할을 하는 Non-player character (NPC)를 위해 사용되었다. 그러나 사용자의 행동을 모방하는 것에서 그치는 경우가 많았다. 본 논문은 사용자의 게임 행위를 분석하여 게임 환경을 변화하는 방법을 소개한다. 사용자의 게임 성향을 파악하기 위해 게임 행위 데이터를 이용하였다. 또한, 사용자의 성향은 지형, 아이템, NPC의 분포를 결정하는데 반영하여 동적인 게임 환경을 제공하기 위해 사용하였다. 제안하는 방법의 실험을 위해 실제 2D 액션 게임에 적용하였고, 사용자의 게임 플레이 행위에 대하여 적절히 변화하는 게임 환경을 확인하였다.

중국 여자 유학생의 중국·한국 간 캐주얼스타일에 대한 디자인 선호도 비교분석 (Analysis of Design Preference to Korean and Chinese Casual Style by Chinese Female Students in Korea)

  • Analysis of design preference to Korean and Chinese casual style were made targeting Chinese female students in Korea. The following conclusion was derived from the result of final 300-copy survey data, using SPSS 18.0 program. The data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, chi-squre independence test, ANOVA and Scheffe test. Firstly, when comparing change of design preference before the stay in Korea with after the stay in Korea, the biggest change in their preference was character casual style, while the least change was easy casual wear. In terms of duration of stay in Korea, the biggest change was from the group of over 3 years, and in the order of the group of 1-3years, and then lastly less than 1 year, which suggests that the longer the duration of stay, the bigger the change. When comparing preferred clothing color before the stay in Korea with after the stay in Korea, both before and after the stay in Korea had the highest preference for achromatic colors. The frequency of change was mostly from achromatic color to other colors. In the preferred clothing pattern, 'plain' was their favorite one before the stay in Korea, while it turned to 'nature pattern' after the stay in Korea, followed by 'plain' one. In the textiles, the most preferred one was 'cotton', before and after the stay in Korea. However, their preference for cotton was lower after their stay in Korea than before the stay in Korea, and instead there was more preference for 'silk', 'synthetic fiber', and 'other' sources.

국내 여성 캐릭터.커리어 브랜드의 리포지셔닝에 관한 연구 - 수입 매스티지 브랜드와의 비교 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Repositioning of Korean Character/Career Women's Wear Brands - Focused on the Comparative Analysis with Import Masstige Brands -)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest the repositioning strategy for Korean character/career women's wear brands by comparing them with masstige brands. The subjects were 240 Women in their twenties and early forties in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The data had been collected by self-administered questionnaire and analyzed by frequency and biplot. The results of the study were as follows: (1) The brand preference was 'Time'(33.3%), 'Michaa'(12.5%), and then 'Mine'(8.8%) in sequence; (2) For brand differentiation, the attributes of 'store image', 'comfortableness', 'brand reputation', and 'promotion' were found out to be important in sequence; (3) The national character/career brands were favored by theirs 'store image', 'quality', and 'design', while imported masstige brands were favored by theirs 'comfortableness', 'brand reputation', 'promotion', and 'perceived price'; (4) Among brands, 'Time' had been highly evaluated, but comparatively showed weakness on 'perceived price', 'comfortableness', and 'promotion'.

오토메 게임을 통한 남성 캐릭터 디자인의 스테레오 타입 분석 (Analysis of Male Character Design's Stereotype through Otome Game - Focusing on Ensemble Stars)

  • 본 연구는 여성게이머의 기호를 만족시킬 수 있는 남성 캐릭터 디자인의 스테레오 타입 분석에 대한 것이다. 1998년 발표된 Helen McCarthy의 남성 캐릭터 스테레오 타입 연구를 기반으로 모바일용 오토메 게임 앙상블스타즈에 등장하는 총 33명의 캐릭터를 유형별로 분석하였다. 그 결과 기존 연구의 6가지 스테레오 타입 외에 1가지 새로운 유형을 발견할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 새로운 스테레오 타입의 등장을 통해 남성 캐릭터 디자인의 발전가능성을 볼 수 있다.

도서관 주간 포스터의 표현 방식에 대한 선호도 분석 (Analysis of the Preference in Expression Style for the Library Weekly Poster)

  • 본 연구는 1964년부터 57년 동안 이어진 도서관 주간의 공식 포스터 31개의 표현 방식 중 문자 레이아웃 형식과 색채를 분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 설문조사를 실시하여 시민들이 가장 선호하는 것을 밝혀 향후 포스터 제작의 방향을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 포스터 표현 형식을 분석한 결과 문자 레이아웃은 '문자의 상단 위치'가 13개(41.9%)로 가장 많았고, 색채에서 색의 분류는 '유채색'이 30개(96.8%), 색의 온도감은 '한색'과 '후퇴색', '수축색'이 각각 18개(58.1%)로 가장 많았다. 이어서 설문조사 분석 결과 문자(표어) 레이아웃의 경우 '상단 위치'를, 색의 분류에서는 '유채색'과 '한색', '진출색'과 '팽창색'을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관 주간 포스터의 문자 레이아웃은 '문자의 중심 위치'에, 색은 '유채색'과 '난색', '진출색'과 '팽창색'을 활용해 제작할 필요가 있다.
