The paper proposes an algorithm which finds a nonlinear cut path for a printed grayscale touching character image. The conventional algorithms were observed to fail in situations of complicated touching. We analyzed those situations, and based on the analysis results we identified problematic issues of the conventional algorithms. We modified the conventional algorithms in two aspects. First we propose a new penalizing term which is probable to guide correctly the cut path for touching situations difficult to separate. Second the preposed algorithm adopts a strategy of producing both the downward and upward paths and selecting better one. The experimental results on actual touching character images showed that the proposed algorithm was superior th conventional algorithms by 3~4% in terms of success ratio of separation.

This thesis introduced that character of a treatment technique for a mading synthetic resin Hifiow-Ring. The material system of packings make an experiment air$NH_{3}$/air$H_{2}SO_{4}$, $SO_{2}$-air/NaOH, $NH_{3}$-air/$/H_{2}SO_{4}$ under general conditions. Lattices packing compared with conventional packings was proved low pressure loss and high separation efficiency for high loading per trans unit. And an inflow materal tested for absorption and rectification, it made an experiment under a range regular temperature, low energy and small amount of money. That made possible in simple equation, volume material tranfer coefficient$\beta_{L}$ . a by absorption or $\beta_{V}$ .a calculated in all range loading. The peculiarity pressure loss $\Delta\;P/NUT_{ov}$ for Hiflow-ring contributed to a fall cost of energy, a grade number of a vacuum rectification and absorption calculation.

This study does try to proceed on the assumption that complex buildings can vitalize urban life of contemporary society from contemporary complexity and cases of past failure. The scope of investigation on complex buildings in Sangju built in 1990s' and 2000s' on this thesis is that site size is 400 square meter, total area 1500 square meter, and the number of stories on the ground below 5 floor. Method of investigation on twenty one buildings which have been built on new C.B.D. between the Namwon avenue and the Joongang 1th street in Sangju is through field investigation, field photographs, recordings and drawings on these buildings. Investigative contents have been divided and analysized into physical and functional elements in urban and architectural dimension. On the basis of these results, the future planning approach of complex buildings in medium and small cities has been considered into planning principles of convenience of building use and efficiency of site size, physical plans reflected on the traffic and pedestrian movings and the face of buildings, pedestrian resting space-creation like plazas and central gardens, regional character reflected with urban context, and separation and union of approached movings interrelated among the components.

In this paper, we have developed the Auto Lip-Sync Maya plug-in for extracting Korean phonemes from voice data and text information based on Korean and produce high quality 3D lip-sync animation using divided phonemes. In the developed system, phoneme separation was classified into 8 vowels and 13 consonants used in Korean, referring to 49 phonemes provided by Microsoft Speech API engine SAPI. In addition, the pronunciation of vowels and consonants has variety Mouth Shapes, but the same Viseme can be applied to some identical ones. Based on this, we have developed Auto Lip-sync Maya Plug-in based on Python to enable lip-sync animation to be implemented automatically at once.

This paper presents an application of the extended DP matching method to the on-line recognition of cursive Hangeul (Korean characters). We decrease the number of matching's objects by performing rough classification matching which makes the best use of features in the first and the last segment of Hangeul. By adding the extraction function of the basic character patterns to DP matching method, we try to calculate precisely the difference among Hangeul. The extraction of the basic character patterns is done by examining the features of segments in character. Applying the extended DP matching method to the on-line recognition of cursive Hangeul, absorption of writing motion and stable separation of strokes can be performed with flexibility.

The purpose of this research paper is to study the characteristics of Huang Yunseok's sijo and it's implications for his poetic intentions. Huang Yunseok's sijo is didactic in its presentation of facts and ethical lessons. The two main facts it presents are royal favors and his clan's pride. Royal favors concern. for example, encouragement of the king, the king's birthday and deathday, and securing a government position by the king's order. His clan's pride concerns, for example, the geographically wonderful place of Huang Yunseok's ancestor's tomb, his ancestor's great conduct, his clan's beautiful tradition, his birth place, and his birth dream. The main content of the ethical lessons concerns cultivation of the human mind and practicing Confucian ethics. Examples of the former describe the purpose of Confucian study, the ethical doctrine that human being's inborn nature is good, the character of the human mind, and the method of cultivating the human mind. Examples of the latter describe the moral rules to govern the Five Human Relations, separation between husband and wife, and discrimination between males and females. The poetic intention of Huang Yunseok's sip consists of political and economic self-promotion and theoretical devotion to Confucian ideology. Proud of his educated, high Confucian clan, he tries to get self-promotion politically and economically by vowing loyalty to the king. He implies devotion to the Confucian ideology through his description of the practice of the Confucian moral rules, the clinging to traditional Neo-Confucianism, and his insistence on the Neo-Confucian theory that all human beings and animals are the same in their original nature. In conclusion, the didactic character of Huang Yunseok's sip stems from his intention to promote himself politically and economically and his theoretical devotion to Confucian ideology. The way of indicative expression originates from the didactic character of Huang Yunseok's sijo.

The nuclear 18S ribosomal RNA genes of seven corticioid species were sequenced. These sequences were analyzed and compared with those of 24 other species of the order Aphyllophorales and phylogenetic trees were constructed using parsimonious methods. Phylogenetic analyses showed that two species among examined members of the Corticiaceae, Resinicium bicolor and Thanatephorus praticola, are located distantly from the remaining six species. The separation of R. bicolor seems to be kphylogenetically significant because it has very unique cystidia. The independent lineage of T. practicola suggests that it is also phylogenetically distinct because it has unusual features like the homobasidium producing secondary spores and the spetal ultrastructure of pore cap. Furthermore, Auriscalpium vulgare, Bondarzewia berkeleyi, and Heterobasidion annosum from different families of the Aphyllophorales proved to be closely related to the species of the Corticiaceae. They all have amyloid spores and grouped with Aleyrodiscus amorphus, which is a member of the Corticiaceae. The amyloidity of spores seems to be an improtant character throughout the order of the Aphyllophorales.

The U.S. Supreme Court delivered a decision on the case between AT&T and Concepcion, which confirmed the contractuality of a defense as a threshold to distinguish between what is a viable defense for invalidation of consumer arbitration agreement and what is not. In this paper, the adhesiveness of arbitration clause, which is a unique character for consumer arbitration, is investigated in the U.S. as a legal defense to invalidate the consumer arbitration agreements, and its contractuality and related legal doctrines are analyzed. The legal issues of consumer arbitration have been analysed in several legal perspectives including the voluntary, knowing and intelligent doctrine, doctrine of separation, contract of adhesion and the contractuality of defenses. Among all of these, the first three issues are related with arbitration clause, and the last one, the contractuality of defenses, reflects the nature of defenses invalidating the consumer arbitration agreement.

다양한 생물체의 행동 원리를 이용하여 모델링한 알고리즘을 생체모방 알고리즘(Biologically Inspired Algorithm)이라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 생체모방 알고리즘 중 동물 집단의 행동을 모델링한 플로킹 알고리즘(Flocking Algorithm)을 이용한 집단 게임 캐릭터의 길찾기 방법을 제안한다. 플로킹 알고리즘의 조타행동은 크게 분리(Separation), 정렬(Alignment), 응집(Cohesion), 회피(Avoidance)로 구성되어 있다. 게임에서의 기존 플로킹 알고리즘은 주로 여러 개의 몬스터나 NPC 들로 구성된 몇 개의 그룹 단위로 독자적인 집단 행동을 하는 경우에 적합하다. 그러나, 게임플레이어가 제어하는 캐릭터가 많은 경우, 기존 알고리즘은 플레이어가 선택한 캐릭터 그룹을 목표지점으로 이동하는 방법으로 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 게임 플레이어가 제어하는 집단 게임캐릭터의 목표 지점까지의 길찾기를 위한 수정된 정렬 조타행동 알고리즘을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to stand assembly the meaning and function of entry space with analysing their social and cultural characteristic. The entry space is the linkable place between inner space and out space, and that is the transition place to be experienced two opposing characteristic. Till now the entry space has not taken effect as symbol needed to the resident and observer, and that has been a tendency to shrink as the minimal sign of entrance. So thus, it is in need of studying the entry space's specific and characterizing structurally as expanded function. For the purpose, this study define newly the meaning, function and composition of entry space in an apartment building, and try to find how to reinforce a resident identity. This study propose justification that the entry space isn't boxing space minimally but enforcing symbol presented clearness of composition and vital character.
