2D pollutant transport model was applied to the simulation of contaminant transport in the channel. At first, two kinds of virtual channels having different slopes were designed. The distribution of contaminant, which flows from one of the three drainages to the main channel, was simulated by each 2D model. Concentrations of 745 nodes were converted to input data of neural network model (Multi-perceptron) for training and verification using matrix. The first three cases (Case A-1, A-2, A-3) were used for training Multi-perceptron, the other three cases (Case B-1, B-2, B-3) were used for verification. As a result, Multi-perceptron reasonably divided the cases into the three characteristics which have different contaminant distributions due to the different input point of water pollution source. It can be a useful methodology for the water quality monitoring and backtracking.

In this paper, The stress induced leakage currents of thin silicon oxides is investigated in the nano scale structure implementation for Soc. The stress and transient currents associated with the on and off time of applied voltage were used to measure the distribution of high voltage stress induced traps in thin silicon oxide films. The stress and transient currents were due to the charging and discharging of traps generated by high stress voltage in the silicon oxides. The channel current for the thickness dependence of stress current, transient current, and stress induced leakage currents has been measured in oxides with thicknesses between $41\square\;and\;113.4\square,$ which have the channel width x length 10x1um, respectively. The stress induced leakage currents will affect data retention and the stress current, transient current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses. The weight value of synapse transistor was caused by the bias conditions. Excitatory state and inhitory state according to weighted values affected the channel current. The stress induced leakage currents affected excitatory state and inhitory state.

In this study, focusing on workers wholesale optical frame, analyze the distribution of the optical frame, we studied the improvement of distribution. Has a work in the distribution industry and education in the various age groups, size of the company was small-scale. For the inventory management of the optical frame, systematic management is not performed, expectations for a better distribution system also was not large. In order to ensure better sales, wholesale optical frame company role intermediate of the spectacle manufacturers optical frame consumer deemed it is necessary to ensure the activation of internet sales and joint sale.

Tree network consisting of communicating processors is considered. The objective is to minimize the computation time by distributing the processing load to other nodes. The effect of the order of load distribution on the processing time is addressed. An algorithm which optimally determines the order of load distribution is developed. It is shown that the order depends only on the channel capacity between nodes but not on the computing capability of each node.

The problem of optimally allocating available communication channels in a cellular mobile system with nonuniform traffic distribution is considered. This problem is to minimize the weighted average blocking probability subject to cochannel interference constraints. We use the concept of pattern to deal with the problem more conveniently. Using Lagrangian relaxation and subgradient optimization techniques, we obtain high-quality solutions with information about their deviations from true optimal solutions. Computational experiments show that our method works very well.

Signal Attenuation in the design of satellite channel is due mostly to rain. In this paper, the rain rate characteristics based on the recent year(1994-1996) data for Changwon-Masan were approximated to Moupfouma distribution, and the parameters of distribution were calculated from a simple conversion method of 1-h rate to 1-min rain rate data. From rain rate characteristics, the rain attenuation was estimated and compared with CCR model, Global model and SAM model.

In this paper, we present the analytical models for substrate current and gate current of stressed SC-PMOSFET using the change of the lateral electric field distribution due to the trapped electron. Calculated Isub and Ig of stressed SC-PMOSFET agree with experimental data. Our model can be very useful explaining the logarithmic time dependence of Isub and Ig. and also the trapped electron distribution.

The establishment of EDI system significantly transforms the relationship among channel members. This study investigates the relationship between buying and selling companies who use the EDI system. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the establishment of the EDI system has a positive effect on the task effectiveness, cost and competitiveness regardless of buying and selling companies. Second, the establishment of EDI system does not affects direct and indirect trust in both companies. Third, the effects of task effectiveness and cost are not related with the perceived or behavioral trust.

In this paper, we analyze the queueing performance of cumulative distribution function (CDF)-based opportunistic scheduling over Nakagami-m Markov fading channels. We derive the formula for the average queueing delay and the queue length distribution by constructing a two-dimensional Markov chain. Using our formula, we investigate the queueing performance for various fading parameters.

We analyze the fast changing Chinese electronic consumer goods market based on the Korean manufacturer's case. We suggest the Korean manufacturer to implement the systematic management of integrated marketing in China with segmenting and focusing strategies. Also, we suggest two layer marketing channel strategy in China.
