실시간 환경에서 변화관리의 영향에 관한 연구: 공급사슬망상의 정보역량관점에서 (Effect of Change Management Capability in Real-Time Environment: An Information Orientation Perspective in Supply Chain Management)

  • SCM은 기업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 공급사슬 전체를 유기적으로 통합한 전략적 협업체이다. SCM의 활동을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 상호 장기적 관계수립을 위한 변화관리가 강조되고 있다. SCM 시스템의 구현은 공급사슬 내의 기업 및 구성원들의 광범위한 변화를 가져오고, 이러한 변화는 기업 및 구성원의 저항에 부딪칠 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서, 효과적인 변화관리 없이는 SCM 시스템의 성공을 보장 할 수 없다. 또한 본 연구에서는 정보특성 (정보품질, 정보공유)를 통한 SCM 시스템성과를 측정하기 위해 정보역량을 개념을 채택하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 변화관리가 정보품질과 정보공유를 통해 정보역량에 미치는 상호호혜적인 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변화관리는 정보품질, 정보공유, 정보역량에 모두 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 정보품질 역시 정보공유 및 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 마지막으로, 정보공유 또한 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다.

LSTM과 Bi-LSTM을 사용한 비주기성 시계열 데이터 예측 성능 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Prediction Performance of Aperiodic Time Series Data using LSTM and Bi-LSTM)

  • 온라인 쇼핑의 대중화로 인해 많은 의류 상품이 온라인 쇼핑을 통해 소비된다. 의류 상품은 다른 상품과 달리 판매량이 일정하지 않고 날씨의 변화에 따라 판매량이 변화하는 특징이 있다. 따라서 의류 상품의 머신 러닝을 적용한 효율적인 재고 관리 시스템에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 의류 업체 'A'로부터 실제 의류 상품 판매량 데이터를 수집하고 판매량 데이터와 같은 시계열 데이터의 예측에 많이 활용되는 LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory)과 Bidirectional-LSTM(Bi-LSTM)의 학습에 사용하여 LSTM과 Bi-LSTM의 판매량 예측 효율을 비교 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 LSTM 기술 대비 Bi-LSTM은 시뮬레이션 시간은 더 많이 소요되지만 의류 상품 판매량 데이터와 같은 비주기성 시계열 데이터의 예측 정확도가 동일하다는 것을 확인하였다.

NutriSonic web expert system for meal management and nutrition counseling with nutrient time-series analysis, e-food exchange and easy data transition

  • This study was conducted to develop the NutriSonic Web Expert System for Meal Management and Nutrition Counseling with Analysis of User's Nutritive Changes of selected days and food exchange information with easy data transition. This program manipulates a food, menu and meal and search database that has been developed. Also, the system provides a function to check the user's nutritive change of selected days. Users can select a recommended general and therapeutic menu using this system. NutriSonic can analyze nutrients and e-food exchange ("e" means the food exchange data base calculated by a computer program) in menus and meals. The expert can insert and store a meal database and generate the synthetic information of age, sex and therapeutic purpose of disease. With investigation and analysis of the user's needs, the meal planning program on the internet has been continuously developed. Users are able to follow up their nutritive changes with nutrient information and ratio of 3 major energy nutrients. Also, users can download another data format like Excel files (.xls) for analysis and verify their nutrient time-series analysis. The results of analysis are presented quickly and accurately. Therefore it can be used by not only usual people, but also by dietitians and nutritionists who take charge of making a menu and experts in the field of food and nutrition. It is expected that the NutriSonic Web Expert System can be useful for nutrition education, nutrition counseling and expert meal management.

활성탄집진시설의 시간변화에 따른 총탄화수소의 집진효율성 및 경제성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Collection Efficiency And Economy of Total Hydrocarbons in Accordance with Time Changes at Activated Carbon Collection Facility)

  • In this study, the changes in collection efficiencies due to the time changes of activated carbons were ascertained, and in order to identify the magnitude of adsorption, the before-use and after-use iodine adsorption values were analyzed. In addition, as a result of examining the characteristics of continuous process and non-continuous process and as a result of investigating whether the emission standards would be maintained, the continuous process and printing facilities were seen as not being able to maintain the emission standards. Also were found, in the case of non-continuous process,-taking into consideration the special nature of the job -for 4${\o}$ palletized charcoal, a collection efficiency near 50% was shown even after 96 hours. Also, when the inlet concentration was about 300ppm, it is thought that the emission standards would be maintained if the activated carbons are replaced within at least 96 hours in the case of 4${\o}$ palletized charcoal and the use was deemed pointless in the case of carbon. The results of this study are expected to provide assistance in selecting replacement periods for activated carbons and in selecting absorbents at the project sites, and are expected to be of significant help in the selection of precipitators that can collect total hydrocarbons for compliance of the emission standards.

뇌신경절단법(MSK법)으로 치사한 활어복의 숙성시 숙성수 침지시간에 따른 어육의 품질변화 (Changes in Puffer Fish Quality Induced by Soak Time in Maturing Water during Maturation of Puffer Fish Prepared via the Cutting Cranial Nerve Method (MSK Method))

  • The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between quality of puffer fish and soak time in maturing water. This research used the cutting cranial nerve method, which is called the MSK method. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program. Based on salinity analysis result, both moisture content and pH were measured after 20 min of soaking. As the salinity of the maturing water increased, the moisture content initially decreased then increased once the salinity was greater than 3%. However, the concentration of the maturing water did not influence the pH level. The texture properties were measured to assess the effect of soak time in the maturing water. Hardness of the sample was highest (3.99) at 20 min, and cohesiveness also showed a maximum value (0.26) at 20 min. Gumminess and chewiness were highest 1.04 and 4.09, respectively, when the fish was matured for 20 min. Sensory properties were evaluated, and springiness, umami flavor, texture, and overall preference were highest at 20 min of soak time. The results showed that maturing the puffer fish for 20 min provided the best quality of texture and sensory characteristics for the fish.

Effects of System Reliability Improvements on Future Risks

  • In order to build a model to predict accidents in a complicated man-machine sytem, human errors and mechanical reliability can be viewed as the most important factors. Such factors are explicitly included in a generic model. Another point to keep in mind is that the model should be constructed so that the data in a type of accident can be utilized to predict other types of accidents. Based on such a generic prediction model, we analyze the effects of system reliability. When we improve the system reliability, in other words, when there are changes in model parameters, the predicted time to next accidents should be modified influencing the effects of system reliability improvements. We apply Bayesian approach and finds the formula to explain how a change on the machine reliability or human error probability influences the time to next accident.

기후변화에 따른 한국 연근해 어업생산량 변화 분석 (An Analysis of Changes in Catch Amount of Offshore and Coastal Fisheries by Climate Change in Korea)

  • This study aimed to analyze the relationship between sea surface temperature as a climatic element and catch amount of offshore and coastal fisheries in Korea using annual time series data from 1970 to 2013. It also tried to predict the future changes in catch amount of fisheries by climate change. Time series data on variables were estimated to be non-stationary from unit root tests, but one long-term equilibrium relation between variables was found from a cointegration test. The result of Granger causality test indicated that the sea surface temperature would cause directly changes in catch amount of offshore and coastal fisheries. The result of regression analysis on sea surface temperature and catch amount showed that the sea surface temperature would have negative impacts on the catch amount of offshore and coastal fisheries. Therefore, if the sea surface temperature would increase, all other things including the current level of fishing effort being equal, the catch amount of offshore and coastal fisheries was predicted to decrease.

  • The successful transfer of technology, needs to recognize the industrial purposes, resources, technology, innovation and the mode of transmission, methods of transmission, influential factors, it's how to recruit and how to develop, and each of these cognitive relies on special expertise. One of the important technologies is automotive technology, and s technology is important for the transition and its development in recent years. Hence, in this paper, after studying Iran and the world's automotive and emerging technologies situation, the status of commercial vehicles and s technology model are studied based on external models, technical specifications, and cost. In this way, we examine the incidence and the applicability of the technology used in the production of heavy-duty vehicles, in recent years, with the passage of time, and we examine the technology lifecycle, from the perspective of physical characteristics and technical features. The results show that the technology of the studied heavy-duty vehicles (Titan) is close to the time of his fall, because spending puberty, so, according to the investigation of new technologies, we should strive to create changes in vehicle technology.

공적분 검정을 이용한 도루묵 어획량과 시장가격 간의 관계분석 (An analysis on the relationship between prices and catch amounts of sandfish using a cointegration test)

  • This study aimed to analyze the relationship between catch amount and market price of sandfish for improvement of fishing revenues and effective fisheries management. By estimating the sandfish price function by fishery, the study tried to investigate changes of prices by catch amount as well as changes of fishing revenues by catch amount and price. Results showed that time series data on catch and price were estimated to be non-stationary from unit root tests, but long-term equilibrium relations between catch amount and price were found from a cointegration analysis. Results of regression analyses indicated that the catch amount would have negative impacts on prices of sandfish in both coastal gillnet and danish seine fisheries.

BODY COMPOSITION CHANGES IN CROSSBRED COWS AND MURRAH BUFFALOES DURING LACTATION

  • Six lactating crossbred cows and six Murrah buffaloes, maintained under similar conditions of feeding and management were studied for body composition by the antipyrine dilution technique. Measurements were made at the start of the experiment when the animals had completed about 50 days in lactation and thereafter at monthly intervals up to 90 days of the experimental period. The percent body water estimates in both species at different time intervals did not change significantly. Percent body fat and protein content also remained unchanged. The correlation coefficient between body composition parameters and various hormones (growth hormone, insulin, $T_3$ and $T_4$) were generally low and non-significant. It was concluded that body composition studies using body water are not sufficiently sensitive to predict changes in body composition of lactating cows and buffaloes and/or the changes in body composition during lactation are not very drastic.
