This paper discuss some results of observed changes of meteorological elements as temperature, precipitation and some extreme indexes in Mongolia. Mongolia is one of the largest landlocked countries in the world. The climate is characterized by a long lasting cold winter, dry and hot summer, low precipitation, high temperature fluctuation and relatively high number of sunny days per year. During last 60 years the annual mean air temperature has risen $1.66^{\circ}C$. Intensive warming of > $2^{\circ}C$ was observed at higher altitudes of high mountains when warming of < $1^{\circ}C$ was observed the Domod steppe and the Gobi Desert. Heat Wave Duration have statistically significant risen trend with increaded number of days by 8-18 at significance level of 95-99.9% depending on geography and Cold Wave Duration have shortened by 13.3 days significance level of 95-99%. In general, by the amount of precipitation, Mongolia falls in semi-arid and arid region. It is 300-350 mm in the high mountain regions while it is only 50-150 mm in Gobi Desert regions. The changes of annual precipitation have very localized character i.e.decreasing at one site and increasing at a sit nearby. Annual precipitation decreased by 30-90 mm in the northern-central region and increased by 2-60 mm in the western and eastern region. The magnitude of alteration changes in precipitation regardless increasing or decreasing is 5-25%. A trends, significant at the level of 90%, found where changes are more than 40 mm or more than 15% of annual mean value. Moreover, the soil moisture resources was decreased in the last 40 years. Specially, moisture contents of the top soil have decreased 2 times(N. Natsagsuren, 2002). Months of June and July in Mongolia is the year that moisture is not inhibiting vegetation growth. Unfortunately, its also found that moisture in this time tends to decrease. Increased temperature, decreased precipitation and soil moisture are most likely resulted in occurences of more intense drought spells that have taken place during the recent years. Intimately, these changes have considerable impact on livestock in Mongolia.

This study investigates the effect of the motivation to use webtoon and the convenience of use(the character of the webtoon service) on the interactivity, and then examines how the interactivity affect the webtoon user's satisfaction and willingness to pay. Using factor analysis, this study found two motivations to use webtoon including 'information acquisition', 'entertainment and easiness of access'. These motivations have an influence on the interaction of the content and Webtoon's user and of Webtoon's users. The motivation of the entertainment and easiness of access is more influential to user's interactivity. The convenience of use is divided two types that are the convenience of the searching information and service. The convenience of webtoon service has positive influence of two types of interaction. The last results find that webtoon user's satisfaction is influenced by gender, the convenience of the searching information and using service. The satisfaction of the female user is higher than man. The more convenience of use is, the more satisfaction of users will be. Willingness to pay is influenced by age, the convenience of webtoon service, and the user's interactivity. The older users are, the more convenience of webtoon service is, and the more the user's interactivity, the higher willing to pay will get. The implications of the findings are discussed in terms of the way to change the profit structure of webtoon service and suggest to increase the interactivity in webtoon service.

Among many open libraries under the rule of the Japanese imperialism, only the railroad library as the character of special library under the control of the Japanese Government General is remarkable for having opened its facilities to outsiders as well as the interior users. This study tries a) To look into what were the colonial background, aim and motive of the establishment of the railroad library under the Japanese rule, b) To analyze its activities and the change of its organization, c) And to find out its vestiges an the effects which it has on our country's library circles. The following are the result: A. The railroad library under the rule of the Japanese imperialism functioned as a public library by the outside book's circulation rather than the interior using. B. The outsiders were qualified to use it only when they got the joint guarantee for the city resident, which means that the o n.0, pportunity of the circulation was not free for the Koreans rather than the Japanese. C. From the aspect of collections, technical books such as natural science, and reference ones tended to be collected, and their whole composition was focused on the materials for the Japan-Korea identification scheme and development of the national spirit as the Japanese empire's subjects. D. In the respect of its organization, all the clerical employees, as well as the chief librarian were composed of the Japanese. Although the Koreans were in principle prohibited from working there, a few of them were employed as guard or servant as the China-Japan War was close to the end. E. The area of the outside book's, circulation service was expanded throughout the whole region along the railroad connecting Pusan with Manchuria. Such a service activity which contained several meanings, was tried by means of culture's books, circuit's books, train's books, hotel's books, mind's development books and reader's reading books etc. F. Such matters as the limitation on book circulating and the quantity of circulation book, the paid circulation and the partial restriction on free circulation mean the wartime system under the rule of the Japanese imperialism and also a n.0, ppeared as a factor of hampering the Koreans from getting accustomed to using library, which has affected them until now. G. The noticeable thing in the service activity is shown in attempting the diversified and positive way of service like free circulation in order to solidify the attitude of the Koreans toward war by organizing mind's development books as well as culture's books with the China-Japan War. H. On the other hand, it can not be passed over that the diversified service activity of the railroad library played a role of bridge in turning of today's library circles of ours to the modernization.

Analyzing the shortcomings and shortcomings of the film based on the Webtoon and the artistry as a popular artwork at the time when the filming of the webtoon is becoming the main trend of the Korean film, it is an analysis of the present state of the Korean film industry, Will be an indicator for. In this study, we will examine the methodology of the ideal webtoon filmization process by analyzing the structure and industry analysis of Webtoons, and analyzing the weaknesses in the transition process to the movie format. The essence of communicating with audiences will be unchanged even in the rapid change of media and technology. In the setting and expression of its essence, it is based on the humanistic authenticity mentioned above, the avant garde internal necessity of the artist seeking ideal, And the reflection of the original character of high-class culture that creates newness can be considered as a proposition that can include artistry in popular culture.

This study is attempt to submit a basic material to help the efficient nursing management which supports and to understand the alienation which they percieve social-psychologically and physical aging bringing about the phf·sical powerlessness, to understand the old people in hospitals and in community and should build up their health. The data collection of the study which has been done on Sept. 7 to Sept. 20, 1986 is objected to 300 people of 65 years old of age or more of male and female who are staying at home. Analysis of the Data was done by use of percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The results of study are summerized as follows: 1. According to each age group of old people(p= .0008), family living together concreteness (p=.0000), the level of education (p=.0020), how much they are participating in leisure activity (p=.0001), whether they have mate or not (p=.0000), whether they have religion or not (p=.0000), the level of alienation showed difference statistically. Also, according to sex (p=.4315), whether they have income or not (p=.1197), the level of alienation did not show any difference statistically. 2. According to each age group of old people (p=.0000), family living together concreteness (p=.0060), the level of education (p=.0000), sex (p=.0000), whether they have mate or not (p=.0000), whether they have religion or not (p=.0067), whether they have income or not (p=.0000), the level of physical aging showed difference statistically. Also, according to how much they are participating in leisure activity, the level of physical aging did not show any difference statistically (p=4879). 3. The level of alienation and physical aging in old people had positive correlation (r=.5436, p<.001). From the above result, the level of social, psychological alienation and physical aging showed high for the old who had no mate, no religion, low in their educational level, living separately' with the family and for those who do not participate much in the leisure activities, The old people who feel the social, psychological alienation can expedite the physical aging and physical aging can be result from social psychological loneliness and alienation. Therefore, for the successful aging of the old people in the community with these weak points, we should provide them with physical and emotional, psycho-logical support and care in the basis of understanding in socialization process and the character of the physical functional change.

In Pingyu, China, 2003, murders caused by the game occurred. The perpetrator murdered 17 people under 20 years old by imitating the character of warrior of the game in the real world. This event was to draw the public's attention to a change of mentality and morality of the youth from the game. People have pointed to the problem of emotional design in the process of designing online games. Game designers have not considered making the game in the most ethical component. The moral element of the game design is a very important factor in forming the psychological changes and outlook on life and values of gamers. Therefore, to understand the rational moral standards is an important part of the online game design. This paper aims the design of a "moral system" role, contents and tasks settings and community game design elements of the game by using a systematic process of the moral element in online gaming. Hence the result is the formation of moral attitudes and values to the user of the online game allows the gamers to introduce a moral system in online games.

Sea urchin S. intermedius occurring in the Korean east coast is a cold water species that belongs to the family Strongylocentrotidae of Echinoidea. Although it is known that there are nine species in the family, species identification criteria, phylogenetic relationships, time and process of evolution of the family members have not been uncovered clearly. In the present study, I tried to find some clues to such problems for S. intermedius by means of DNA sequences. For this, cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI), one of the mitochondrial genes that evolve fast and follow maternal inheritance was analyzed. DNA was extracted from the female gonad of S. intermedius, a segment of COI gene amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and finally a total of 1077 base pair sequence of COI obtained by cloning and sequencing the PCR product. The sequence was compared with homologous genes of other sea urchins and echinoderm species. Phylogenetic trees of the COI gene segment revealed that S. intenedius is a sister species of S. purpuratus which lives along the east coast of the Paciflc. With reference to the fossil records of sea urchins and genetic distances in the molecular phylogenies, it is estimated that the two species were separated about 0.89 million years ago when the earth temperature fluctuated significantly. The current disjunct distribution patterns of the two species and the climate change of the earth at the time of separation suggest that speciation might have occurred by vicariance. The COI gene sequence obtained here now can be used as a molecular character which discerns S. intermedius from the other sea urchin species of Strongylocentrotidae.

A theme park is not just a recreational space for leisure activities, but also a place of storytelling as collected around abstract boundaries called themes. These stories are 'a space that tells the meaning' that the visitor is looking for and the Robot Land space offers robots, humans, and nature. This study is a description of the design strategy and content of the work which was elected as a subject of the subsequent rank negotiation of the Masan Robot Land design contest for the selection of a private contractor. The focus of the plan is, first, the organizational power of each space and the delivery power of a theme for the history of revisits, which might be considered depending on whether or not the theme park has been successful in the visitor's mind. Second, it is to actively use the potential of Masan, which is not only the key hub of the mechanical industry but also has beautiful coastal resources. First, they created a space that can flexibly react depending on the user's desire and the change of form, minimizing environmental damage by using a linear metabolism that can provide an amalgam of the elemental characteristics of robots, humans, and nature as motifs. They introduced a planting plan for the admissions square, an existing forest, slope, vacation spot, the inside of a complex, and Eco Island, etc. by utilizing symbolic meaning and adjusting to the spatial characteristics of each space. In addition, they sought a detailed space by setting up zones tailored to the use and character of the subject area, having exhibitions and education about robots, vacation facilities for lodgers, various recreational and commercial facilities, and space for utopian gardens as themes. They planned Masan Robot Land to be a true cultural space that creates mental richness on the basis of not only the economical effects but also local emotion.

The definition of 'critical cancer' in critical insurance(CI) is more insurance meanings than medical meanings. The difference between critical cancer of insurance and critical cancer of medical cancer is made difficult problem to the underwriting of insurer, contractor and medical doctor. The limited factors of underwriting in critical cancer of critical insurance as follows: (1) the limitation factors in the definition of 1st item critical cancer in CI 1) the definition differences of meanings in insurer, contractor, and medical doctor 2) the meanings of "the table of malignance" 3) the definition difference between 'critical cancer' and 'a large of medical expense cancer' (2) the limitation factors in the definition of second item critical cancer in CI 1) The limitation in the change of cancer character 2) The missing malignancy in pathological result due to localized cancer 3) The differences in the test result of hospital (3) the limitation factors in the definition of third item critical cancer in CI. 1) the lower items disobey the higher items 2) clinical malignancy of benign cancer pathologically 3) others: (1) low grade of malignant melanoma (2) early prostate cancer. (3) malignancy related HIV (4) all skin cancer excepted malignant melanoma (5) accepted clinically and a medical certificate by medical doctor as critical cancer of premalignant lesion, carcinoma-in-situ, and borderline cancer.

The purpose of this study is to observe clinically the effects of red onion prescription on type 2 diabetes. The subject of this study were middle-aged people. We measured clinically physiological index, body composition, radial arterial pulse wave before taking medicine and after taking medicine for 4 month (the prescription of red onion). The study results were as follows. In physiological Index, diastolic blood pressure(mmHg)(p<0.001), Fasting blood glucose(mg/dL)(p=0.001), and HbA1c(%)(p<0.001) were decreased significantly after taking medicine. In body Composition, waist-hip ratio(p=0.031), body fat percentage(p=0.006), fat mass(kg)(p=0.005), and muscle mass(kg)(p=0.001) were decreased significantly after taking medicine. Blood Circulation Index, ECO(L/min)(p=0.038) and ECI($L/min/m^2$)(p=0.007) were increased significantly after taking medicine, ECR($dyne^*sec^*cm^{-5}$)(p=0.002), and ECRI($dyne^*sec/cm$)(p=0.001) were decreased significantly after taking medicine for 4 month. The prescription of red onion was showed significant change in physiological index, character of body composition, blood circulation index. Based on this result, it is considered that red onion prescription has the positive effects on type 2 diabetes and blood circulation clinically. In the future, diversified studies on the effects of red onion prescription are needed.
