As a milestone progression in China's space exploration history, Chang'e Project has attracted a lot of media attention since its first launching. This study aims to examine and compare the similarities and differences between the Chinese media and the British media in using nouns, verbs, and adjectives to report the Chang'e Project. After categorising the documents based on specific project phases, we created two diachronic corpora to explore the linguistic shifts and similarities and differences of diction employed by the Chinese and British media on the Chang'e Project ideology. This longitudinal study was performed with Lancsbox and the CLAWS web tagger through critical discourse analysis as the theoretical framework. The findings of the current study showed that the Chang'e Project coverage in both media increased on an annual basis, especially after 2019. In contrast to the objectivity and positivity in the Chinese Media, the British Media seemed to be more subjective with more appraisal adjectives in the news reports. Nonetheless, both countries were trying to be objective and formal in choosing nouns and verbs. Ideology-wise, the Chinese news media reports portrayed more positivity on domestic circumstances while the British counterpart was typically more critical. Notably, the study outcomes could catalyse future research on the Chang'e Project and facilitate diplomatic policies.

달 착륙선과 탐사 로버로 구성된 창어 3호는 2013년 12월 1일 시창 위성 발사 센터에서 장정 3B 발사체를 이용하여 발사되었다. 약 5일의 직접 전이궤적을 지나 달 궤도에 진입한 창어 3호는 달의 공전궤도에서 약 8일간 머무르다가 달 표면에 성공적으로 착륙하였다. 창어 3호의 성공적인 착륙은 한국의 달 탐사선 개발이 예정된 상황에서 향후 필요한 서브시스템의 기술 등을 분석하고, 발사에서 달 착륙까지의 궤적 및 운영 시퀀스 등을 도출하는데 많은 도움이 된다. 따라서 해외 언론에서 공지된 발사 현황을 바탕으로 창어 3호의 형상 및 전반적인 임무내용을 분석하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 그 결과 경계조건을 이용하여 제어변수를 추정 및 수렴값을 도출하여 착륙선의 전반적인 궤적을 생성하였다. 또한 이를 기반으로 교신 현황 및 식 현상을 분석하여 교신 및 전력충전이 양호함을 확인하였으며, 속도증분(${\Delta}V$)을 이용하여 비추력에 따른 착륙선의 여유 질량을 도출하였다.

In B2B e-Commerce market, many companies used in B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service. Guarantee service raised the stability of collect debts for seller, and made purchase fund for buyer. In 2001, The first year of implementation, B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Cost was just a 19 billion, but in 2008 was significantly increased a 3 trillion 982 billion. In previous studies, however, there was no research on performance management. This study focus on design of KPI weighting for measuring performance of B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service. Through analysis for 'B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service', the study selected KPI and made the KPI weighing. the process of designing a KPI weighting is 5 phase. This study suggests the standard of measuring performance and guidelines on the focus management of KPI in B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service.

Our main goal is to show that if there exist Jordan derivations D, E and G on a noncommutative 2-torsion free prime ring R such that$(G^2(x)+E(x))D(x)=0\ or\ D(x)(G^2(x)+E(x))=0\ for\ all\ x\inR$, then we have D=o or E=0, G=0.

In this study the characteristics of E-EGR valve developed by UNICK were analyzed and the feasibility of application to vehicles were evaluated. Smart car(3L/100km, cdi version) and engine which is small-displacement size, 0.8-liter, of diesel passenger car developed from Mercedes-Benz were used for this experiment. It was installed a 3-cylinder turbo-charged light duty diesel engine with an electronic EGR valve. After the analysis and comparison of E-EGR valve performance under test benchs, the estimation of vehicle application was executed through the EGR map and CVS-75 test result measured on the chassis dynamometer.

In earlier studies, the genes encoding Escherichia coli thioredoxin and Corynebacterium nephridii thioredoxin C-3 were fused via a common restriction site in the nucleotide sequence coding for the active site of the proteins to generate two chimeric thioredoxins, designated E-C3 (N to C-terminal) and C3-E. The hybrid thioredoxins were overexpressed in E. coli from the cloned chimeric thioredoxin genes by a T7 promoter/polymerase system. To investigate the structure-function relationship of thioredoxin, we purified the E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin through ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-cellulose chromatography, and Sephadex G-50 gel filtration. Its purity was examined on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the molecular weight of the purified E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin was estimated to be 12,000. On native polyacrylamide gels, the purified E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin shows a much lower mobility than E. coli thioredoxin. E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin exhibits a 40-fold lower catalytic efficiency with E. coli thioredoxin reductase than E. coli thioredoxin. It was shown to catalyze the reduction of insulin disulfide by dithiothreitol. The purified E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin was also characterized in other aspects.
