As a milestone progression in China's space exploration history, Chang'e Project has attracted a lot of media attention since its first launching. This study aims to examine and compare the similarities and differences between the Chinese media and the British media in using nouns, verbs, and adjectives to report the Chang'e Project. After categorising the documents based on specific project phases, we created two diachronic corpora to explore the linguistic shifts and similarities and differences of diction employed by the Chinese and British media on the Chang'e Project ideology. This longitudinal study was performed with Lancsbox and the CLAWS web tagger through critical discourse analysis as the theoretical framework. The findings of the current study showed that the Chang'e Project coverage in both media increased on an annual basis, especially after 2019. In contrast to the objectivity and positivity in the Chinese Media, the British Media seemed to be more subjective with more appraisal adjectives in the news reports. Nonetheless, both countries were trying to be objective and formal in choosing nouns and verbs. Ideology-wise, the Chinese news media reports portrayed more positivity on domestic circumstances while the British counterpart was typically more critical. Notably, the study outcomes could catalyse future research on the Chang'e Project and facilitate diplomatic policies.

Chang'e-3 consisting of a lunar lander and exploration rover was launched on December 1, 2013 aboard a Long March 3B rocket flying from Xichang space launch center. Chang'e-3 was inserted into the lunar orbit after about a 5-day transit to the Moon and landed on the targeted landing site after orbiting around the Moon for 8 days. The successful landing of the Chang'e-3 gives a lot of help to analyze the future needs of the subsystem technologies and to figure out the trajectory from launch to lunar landing as well as operation sequences in the development of Korean lunar exploration is scheduled. Therefore, the configuration and analysis of overall mission of Chang'e-3 is performed based on the public information from the press and website. As a result, overall mission trajectory is reconstructed by solving boundary condition and then estimating control variable. Visibility status and eclipse status also analyzes so communication and power charge condition is as good as to operate lunar lander. Mass budget of the lander is derived using ${\Delta}V$ according to specific impulse.

In B2B e-Commerce market, many companies used in B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service. Guarantee service raised the stability of collect debts for seller, and made purchase fund for buyer. In 2001, The first year of implementation, B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Cost was just a 19 billion, but in 2008 was significantly increased a 3 trillion 982 billion. In previous studies, however, there was no research on performance management. This study focus on design of KPI weighting for measuring performance of B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service. Through analysis for 'B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service', the study selected KPI and made the KPI weighing. the process of designing a KPI weighting is 5 phase. This study suggests the standard of measuring performance and guidelines on the focus management of KPI in B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service.

In this study the characteristics of E-EGR valve developed by UNICK were analyzed and the feasibility of application to vehicles were evaluated. Smart car(3L/100km, cdi version) and engine which is small-displacement size, 0.8-liter, of diesel passenger car developed from Mercedes-Benz were used for this experiment. It was installed a 3-cylinder turbo-charged light duty diesel engine with an electronic EGR valve. After the analysis and comparison of E-EGR valve performance under test benchs, the estimation of vehicle application was executed through the EGR map and CVS-75 test result measured on the chassis dynamometer.

In earlier studies, the genes encoding Escherichia coli thioredoxin and Corynebacterium nephridii thioredoxin C-3 were fused via a common restriction site in the nucleotide sequence coding for the active site of the proteins to generate two chimeric thioredoxins, designated E-C3 (N to C-terminal) and C3-E. The hybrid thioredoxins were overexpressed in E. coli from the cloned chimeric thioredoxin genes by a T7 promoter/polymerase system. To investigate the structure-function relationship of thioredoxin, we purified the E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin through ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-cellulose chromatography, and Sephadex G-50 gel filtration. Its purity was examined on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the molecular weight of the purified E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin was estimated to be 12,000. On native polyacrylamide gels, the purified E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin shows a much lower mobility than E. coli thioredoxin. E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin exhibits a 40-fold lower catalytic efficiency with E. coli thioredoxin reductase than E. coli thioredoxin. It was shown to catalyze the reduction of insulin disulfide by dithiothreitol. The purified E-C3 hybrid thioredoxin was also characterized in other aspects.
