동아시아 공급망 경제를 분석하여 공급망의 효율적인 운영방안과 새로운 동아시아 공급망경제의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 동아시아는 육로를 이용한 동아시아의 공급망이 구축될 경우에 시너지와 커다란 동아시아 국가별 이익지대가 존재한다. 본 연구는 시나리오 방법을 이용하여 동아시아 경제의 이익지대를 분석하여 새로운 동아시아 시대를 준비하고, 동아시아 국가들의 공동의 번영을 도모하는 데 있다.

본 연구는 공급자(supplier), 중간분배자(retailer/distributor) 그리고 고객(customer)으로 구성된 2 단계 공급사슬을 대상으로 공급자가 수요 증대를 목적으로 중간분배자에게 일정기간 동안 제품대금에 대한 지불 연기를 허용한다는 가정 하에 중간분배자의 최적 재고정책 결정을 위한 재고 모형을 다루었다. 소비성 상품의 경우, 고객의 수요는 일반적으로 상품 진열대에 진열되어있는 상품의 재고량에 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 상황을 고려하여 고객의 수요가 중간분배자의 재고량에 영향을 받는다는 가정 하에 재고 모형을 설계하였고, 모형 분석을 통하여 이익을 최대화하는 경제적 주문량 결정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 예제를 통하여 제시된 해법을 적용하고, 그 타당성을 보였다.

Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customers' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And aIso cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the Profit as much as they can. This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR for more production, and supply Inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.

SCM은 원자재를 공급받아 이를 완제품으로 만들고, 최종소비자에게 판매하는 일련의 사업단위를 관리하는 기법이다 즉, 주문창출, 주문접수, 주문이행 그리고 상품, 서비스 및 정보의 유통, 협력을 포함한 총괄적인 개념의 용어이다. 또한 원자재의 공급자에서부터 최종소비자까지 연결하는 생산의 흐름을 최적으로 운영하고 조율하는 것이 SCM의 목적이다. Supply Chain상에는 여러 개의 다른 조직체와 활동에 필요한 많은 기능(설계, 생산, 조달, 운송 등)이 존재하며, 전체 Supply Chain의 효율성을 증가시키기 위하여 실물, 정보, 자금을 최적으로 관리하는 것이 SCM의 역할이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SCM의 근간이 되고 있는 EDI의 조달시스템에 초점을 맞추어 가상 시나리오를 세우고, 업무를 분석하여, 데이터베이스를 설계하고, 마지막으로 웹상에서의 페이지들을 개발하고 이들을 연결하여서 최종적인 시스템을 구현하였다.

Recently, many business and government organizations have benefitted by executing projects using TOC-CCPM(Theory of Constraints-Critical Chain Project Management). In parallel, Earned Value Management(EVM) metrics have also become popular. Many organizations like US government requires that all large projects measure and report project progress status using EVM. Thus, project management in business fields such as plant construction, IT development, ship building need to integrate TOC-CCPM and EVM in oder to keep and reduce the delivery date of projects for improvement of customer satisfaction and enlargement of business opportunity. This paper proposes the scheme and case of developing the Synchro-EVM system which TOC-CCPM and EVM are connected.

This research analyzes bucket elevator roller chain pins by finite element (FE) analysis and static structural analysis for a lightweight pin design. The stress distribution of light weight roller chain pins under static load is analyzed for safety factors and damping effect. The results show that the stress distribution is higher on the plate than on the bush pin. In order to compare experimental and FE analysis results, a light weight design approach was used to produce a prototype base pin. Because the inner diameter of the pin was different, the impact damping effect was most appropriate when the inner diameter was 34.05 mm, and it is used as basic research data on the impact of the roller chain and sprocket.

Purpose: This research aims to study the internal and external social practices of supply chain management along with economic and social performance of eight Portuguese companies from different industrial sectors. Through empirical data derived from eight case studies, five research propositions are suggested and tested. Research, design, data and methodology: The data was collected through 22 semi-structured interviews with general, procurement, and environmental/safety managers from eight companies from different industrial sectors. Secondary data was collected from reports, websites, and companies' internal documentation. Results: The analysis identifies the most important social practices considered by managers, as well as the performance measures that are most appropriate and most widely used to evaluate the influence of social practices on corporate economic and social performance. The results support four of the five propositions of this research. Companies' economic and social performance are affected by the implementation of social practices into the supply chain, namely the internal social practices. Conclusions: The findings confirmed that there is a positive relationship between internal social practices and economic performance. Internal social supply chain practices contribute to improve social performance. It also identifies the social practices which have negative effects on focal company performance.

This study intends to surveyrequirements for port and logistics supply chain management with RFID {Radio Frequency IDentification)technology. Port and logistics supply chain management has become a critical issue due to the necessity of efficiency, visibility, trace-ability, etc. Since the introduction of RFID technology, its performance, reliability, validity, and safety have been a concern in most industries. Particularly, in port and logistics supply chain management, RFID has the potential to track the movement of containers and to provide in-transit visibility toward customers. In thispaper we consider some critical issues related to port and logistics supply chain management, which previously adopted RFID technology. In order to successfully design and adopt RFID technology and utilize it as optimally as is possible in the port and logistics industry, it is necessary to understand the potential of shipping companies and their requirements in adopting RFID technology in port and logistics.

Urban subways are one of the main parts of urban transportation networks in every city that always requires much attention in order to improve its efficiency in aspects of safety, reliability speed and costs. As the viewpoint of costs, an accurate design, especially design of vertical alignment, can have a dominant role to reduce the costs of urban railway projects. This paper seeks to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of designing chain vertical alignment for urban subways in compare to flat vertical alignment. To achieve this goal, line A of Qom subway in Iran was selected as a case study in this research. Five parameters considered in the technical-economical evaluation: (1) energy consumption, (2) rolling stock, (3) operation, (4) civil works and geotechnical and (5) hydrological, drainage and pumping. According to the results, a power saving of about 40% have been estimated in the chain vertical alignment for the train without regenerative braking in compare with the flat vertical alignment, although the power saving was calculated less than 10% for the train with regenerative braking. Finally it was found that due to the modern rolling stock technology, the chain vertical alignment represents fewer advantages in compare to the past years.

A safe working environment is an important and crucial factor in the operation of a firm, and is also essential for logistics companies in supply chain management. This study confirmed that the safety climate and safety prevention activities have a positive relationship with safety behavior from the perspective of domestic small and medium-sized logistics companies that continue their business relationships by signing contracts with large logistics companies. In addition, the moderating role of regulatory uncertainty and competition uncertainty in the previous positive relationship was empirically examined.
