사회연결망 분석을 통한 인증 포트폴리오 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on Strategy of Certification Portfolio Using Social Network Analysis)

  • Purpose: This paper provides a method to identify cost-effective standards by analyzing the relationships between certified company and standards. It also aims to provide a evaluation model to establish a certification portfolio strategy of institutions. Methods: By analysing the networks of certified company and certification standards, this paper developed an evaluation model of standards. The evaluation model uses an index(Certificated Standard Evaluation Index; CSEI) to assess the value of standards. Results: To verify the applicability of the evaluation model, the proposed model and the CSEL index have been applied to certification standards of Korean Standard Association. The results show that the evaluation model can effectively identify potential customers and thereby establish a certification portfolio strategy. Conclusion: The main contribution of this study is a provision of a new approach to certification portfolio strategy by evaluating the value of standards. The proposed model is expected to provide implications for the certification portfolio strategy.

데이터 리포지터리 인증 체계 분석 및 인증 전략에 관한 연구 - Coretrustseal을 중심으로 - (A Study on Data Repository Certification Scheme Analysis and Certification Strategy: Focused on Coretrustseal)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 데이터 리포지터리 인증 체계를 분석하고 Coretrustseal 인증을 추진 전략을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 대상 인증 체계에는 Coretrustseal, RatSWD, CLARIN certificate B, DIN 31644, ISO 16363, TDR 그리고 nestor 등이 포함된다. 그 중에서 Coretrustseal 인증은 타 인증의 기준 및 요구사항을 충족하고 있는 핵심 인증 체계이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Coretrustseal 인증 추진 전략을 단계별로 제안하였다. 제안된 인증 추진 전략에는 국내 데이터 리포지터리를 운영 하는 기관에서 활용할 수 있도록 연구데이터 정책 및 가이드라인 관련 목록과 인증 신청서 예시가 포함되어 있다. 이러한 CTS 인증 추진 과정을 통해 각 기관에서는 연구데이터 정책 및 가이드라인을 확보할 수 있으며 CTS 인증을 획득하게 되면 해당 데이터 리포지터리에 대한 국제적인 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Probit 회귀분석을 통한 ISMS 인증 취득 전략 탐색: 조직 특성을 중심으로 (Exploring the Strategy for Acquiring ISMS Certification through Probit Regression: Focusing on Organizational Characteristics)

  • In the field of information security management systems, one of the representative certifications in Korea is ISMS-P certification, and internationally, ISO/IEC 27001 certification is recognized. When companies acquire both ISMS-P (or ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, budget and manpower are duplicated in similar areas. Therefore, it is necessary for the company to choose and invest in a certification that is suitable for its conditions. This paper proposes a strategy for obtaining information security management system certification that is suitable for the characteristics of the company, allowing for effective information security management based on the company's conditions. To achieve this, data were collected from the Ministry of Science and ICT's Information Security Disclosure System (ISDS), the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and the Financial Supervisory Service's Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), and Probit regression analysis was conducted. During the Probit regression analysis, the relationships between seven independent variables and five cases of ISMS-P (or ISMS) acquisition, ISMS-P acquisition, ISMS acquisition, ISO/IEC 27001 acquisition, and both ISMS-P (or ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27001 acquisition were analyzed. The analysis results revealed the relationship between company characteristics, including industry, and certification acquisition in the ISMS field. Through this, strategies for certification acquisition based on company types could be suggested.

원격 조종 항공기 시스템의 인증 표준화 전략 (A Strategy on Standardization of RPAS Airworthiness Certification)

  • 현재 국내의 무인항공기 기술은 첨단성과 산업 경쟁력 측면에서 모두 항공 선진국에 비해 뒤쳐져 있지만 무인항공기를 기존의 유인 항공 체계에 편입하고 산업에 응용하고자 하는 세계적 노력을 방관만 할 수 없는 실정이다. 무인항공기는 기존의 항공 체계에 비교적 새로운 시스템이지만, ICAO는 체약국들과 항공업계가 무인항공시스템을 좀 더 이해하고 활용을 촉진할 수 있도록 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 무인항공기시스템을 원격조종항공기시스템(RPAS)과 기타의 무인항공기시스템으로 분류하고, 가까운 장래에 RPAS를 유인항공기 영역에 통합해서 운용하기 위한 표준화 작업을 선도하고 있다. 이러한 취지에서 ICAO는 RPAS의 글로벌 운용을 위한 표준화를 추진하게 되었고, 본 연구에서는 ICAO 표준화 활동을 포함한 국내 RPAS 인증체계 구축 전략 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RPAS 안전에 대한 국내외 규제 프레임워크를 분석하고 국내 RPAS 인증 체계 구축을 위한 전략을 제시하였다.

  • To gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government. Korean Government had published Northeast Asian Logistics Hub Roadmap including the upbringing of total logistics providers to solve the high logistics cost which weakens the competitive advantage of Korean companies. To solve the high logistics cost, the Government had revised the Korean Physical Distribution Promotion Law for the introduction of certification system of the total logistics provider and enacted the Rules on the Certification of Total Logistics Provider and is going to introduce the certification system of total logistics provider. In this certification system, third party logistics related point is very high, the success in this certification system depends on the strategic alliances of the small and medium size logistics companies. The purpose of this paper is to study certification system of the total logistics provider and contribute to gain the competitive advantage of total logistics provider as global logistics provider.

  • Recently, production-consumption quantity and market size of environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAP) have been increased. Consumers have demanded food safety and nutrition of EFAP, but in the near future they will need many kinds of item, relatively low price and high quality. So producers have to make an effort for down-cost, increasing items and developing technical know-how, which can be attained by producer/region organization. Correlation coefficient between the recognition degree for certification system and purchasing amounts at a time is higher than other ones. Therefore public information works using the TV and newspaper must be promoted all the more about certification system. And if the consumer’s satisfaction level of EFAP purchased gets higher, the quantity demanded will be increased more. And consumer’s trust on EFAP is derived from certification system or close relation between producers and consumers. Thus the most important thing of marketing strategies for EFAP is continuously to focus on explanation and information works on certification system by region in metropolitan area. Also, it necessary to introduce green marketing principles and apply to strategies item type. Namely those need to establish target market segmentation And marketing strategy stages according to the green degrees of market And commodity.

  • With developments of architectural and information technologies at the knowledge-information oriented society in the 21st century, there are the needs on intelligent buildings equipped with advanced systems to integrate both technologies. The intelligent building means a smart building which provides comfortable environments, realizes fast and speed information and telecommunication network services, and maximizes work productivities by adopting various systems suitable to uses, sizes, and functions of buildings. In order to meet these needs of the times, the domestic intelligent building certification system has been enforced in 2006. Recently, the intelligent building certification system was newly revised for revitalizing the spread of intelligent buildings. Thus, this paper investigates rating criteria and assessment standards of the new certification system focused on office building projects and suggests strategies for obtaining certifications by analyzing cases which were certified on the previous version of the system.

소비자의 저탄소 인증 농산물 구매행태 및 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Consumers' Purchasing Behavior and Perception of the Low-carbon Certificated Agricultural Products)

  • This study investigates consumers' purchasing behavior and perception of the low-carbon certificated agricultural product. To this end, we surveyed 1,000 consumers and the main findings are as follows. First, Even after six years of national certification, it is important to promote the low-carbon certification system due to insufficient awareness and purchase experience. Second, the certificated area is small at around 5% of the area of environment-friendly agricultural products and GAP certification, and certification is concentrated on fruit trees. Third, an appropriate level of high-priced strategy can be useful considering the cost of low-carbon certification, image management of low-carbon certificated agricultural products, and quality is the most important factor for consumers to consider when purchasing fresh agricultural products. Fourth, consumers recognized that the contribution of low carbon certification in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and preserving the environment was higher than that of environment-friendly agricultural products or GAP certification. Considering that, promotional activities linked to environment-friendly agricultural products and GAP certification may be effective when promoting low-carbon certification. Finally, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs is implementing a carbon point system linked to Green Card to revitalize low carbon certification, but 25.7% of consumers are aware of it, and 8.4% have little experience in issuing it.
