국내 건설산업의 기술자격제도는 노동부주관 $\ulcorner$국가기술자격법$\lrcorner$ 에 의하여 운영되며, 대표적인 국가자격은 건축사, 기술사 및 기사 등을 들 수 있다. 1990년 중반에 도입된 건설사업관리(CM)는 건설산업을 활성화하기 위한 필수불가결의 조건이 되고 있으나 국가자격으로 공인되지 못하고 있으며, 현안문제로서 가장 시급하다고 판단되는 전문인력 양성은 민간 CM교육기관들의 "공인민간자격"으로서 각각의 교육프로그램과 별도의 인증자격을 가지고 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 문제는 국제공인자격으로서 신뢰성을 확보하고 있는 유일한 미국CM협회(CMAA)의 "CCM"인증자격과 미국VE협회(SAVE)의 "CVS"인증자격의 사례로 볼 때, 외국에 비하여 CM인증자격이 과다하며, 신뢰성과 효율성을 확보하지 못한 상태로 인증자격자득에게 혼란을 주면서 양산되고 있다는 점이다. 본 고에서는 국내CM인증자격의 문제점을 살펴보고 인증자격의 통합 및 체계화를 통하여 국가공인자격으로 발전하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study researched the status and prospect of a natural dye program in Gyeongsang region that focused on private centers with sufficient infrastructure and abundant human resources were available for natural dyes. The entire site for metropolitan cities that have difficulty in securing the land are limited (as well as smaller) because they are closer to the city; in addition, they do not own the drying house and the agricultural land for natural dyes. It is understood that the one-time program of all centers researched help to promote and maintain the centers rather than generating profit; in addition, it is shown that Jun - Aug (summer) is preferred over Dec - Feb (winter). This program uses natural indigo; consequently, natural dye program for hobby and education is operated when it is required because the number of participants are low in most cases, Persimmon Juice is used for the dyeing raw materials. Programs in operation are often outsourced with other institutes registered under private certification system; therefore, many cases of starting business are found in the institutes operating programs directly after obtaining the certification. Their plans do not allow for investment in facility such as enlargement of experience center and prospect of program; in addition, business value is generally bright for business strategies that include an exhibition shop for natural dye products and program development.

본 연구의 목적은 디지털 융복합 환경에서 WBI를 활용한 AT자격 프로그램의 만족도와 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 변수를 기대일치, 유용성 기대, 프로그램 인터페이스로 확장하여 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 실증분석에 활용된 도구는 AMOS 21.0과 SPSS 21.0 프로그램이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유용성기대 및 프로그램 인터페이스가 기대일치에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 유용성기대가 프로그램 인터페이스보다 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기대일치는 만족도, 지속적 사용의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 기대일치는 만족도보다 지속적 사용의도에 더 많은 영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족도는 지속적 사용의도에 대해 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 가설에서 제시한 경로를 토대로 기대일치가 유용성기대와 프로그램 인터페이스에 따라 영향을 받으며, 만족도와 지속적 사용의도에도 중요한 요인이라는 증거를 제시하였다고 생각한다.

본 연구는 코로나19와 같은 언택트(untact) 시대에 유튜브 교육 증가로 활성화되고 있는 메이크업 국가자격 교육 유튜브에 관해 연구하기 위하여 메이크업 국가자격 교육 유튜브에 관한 인식, 특성, 선택 기준, 지속 및 추천 의사, 및 보완점을 설문 조사한 결과 인식은 매우 긍정적(75.5%)이었으며 특성은 정보성(M=3.54), 장점은 재생속도 조절(M=4.07), 단점은 피드백의 한계(M=3.64), 선택 기준은 전문성(44.5%), 향후 지속 의사 82.0%, 추천 의사 82.6%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 보완점은 위생교육 추가((M=4.20), 최신 규정 업데이트(M=4.13), 피드백(M=4.07) 등의 필요성이 대두되어 이러한 요구 사항과 피드백이 가능한 쌍방향 교육 시스템이 보완된다면 메이크업 발전을 위한 유용한 교육자료로 더욱더 활성화되리라 사료된다.

The purpose of this paper are to evaluate the program outcome(PO) for mechanical engineering program at Chosun University, In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyze the evaluation system on measuring and analyzed methods of PO. We expect that the evaluation system of PO will help program members to efficiently manage the engineering program accreditation evaluations. This paper were to improve PO evaluation system throughout assessment tools, measurements and analysis of PO between current students and faculty. This study would be confined measurements, analysis and improvement of PO for current students, and faculty in this program.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to develop the qualification system for training of Quality improvement professionals who work for improving patients' safety and healthcare quality. Methods : Based on the various laws and regulations, and the operational status of other professionals' qualification systems, a basic plan of professional qualification system of QI was drawn. And through meetings with QI experts, the final scheme of the concrete qualification system was developed. Results : For management of professionals's certification or qualification, fairness and reliability are important. To do this, setting the official standard, providing a standardized training program and having appropriate qualification test are required. In order to operate the qualification system strategically, 1) the introduction step, 2) dissemination and expansion step, and 3) fusing step should be considered. As a governing body for QI specialists' qualification, 'QI professionals' qualification Center (tentative)' must have the committee to assure fairness, professionalism, and reliability. In addition, 'QI Experts Certification Department (tentative)" to develop standards for the qualification tests and conduct the tests program,' QI experts Education Department (tentative name)" must be able to operate and maintain the QI training for professional qualifications. QI professional qualification exam must be taken by everyone regardless of age, gender, race, occupation, education, and work experience. The examination should include management, leadership, strategic planning and design, quality management, health care information, patient safety culture. Practical training courses can have three step programs; beginning, intermediate and special level. Conclusion : The QI qualification system need strategic approaches for the experts working for healthcare quality improvement and patient safety. It should include the program of standardized contents and test, and operating protocol of the qualificaton system.

본 연구에서는 음식점 위생등급제의 인식도를 조사하여 위생등급제 활성화 방안을 마련하고자 성인남녀 총 315명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사대상자의 성별은 남자가 43.8%, 여자가 56.2%였고, 가족과 동거하는 경우가 73.3%, 1인 가구가 26.7%였다. 조사대상자중 주 1회 이상 외식하는 경우는 전체의 84.5%였으며, 외식 시간대는 '주말저녁' (66.8%)이 가장 많았다. 또한 가장 선호하는 외식업소 유형은 '한식당' (37.5%), '배달음식점' (14.6%), '양식당' (8.9%) 순이었고, '인터넷 검색' (54.0%)을 통해 외식업소 정보를 얻는 경우가 가장 많았다. 그리고 1인 1회 평균 외식비용은 15,483원이었고, 외식에 대한 전체적인 만족도는 평균 3.58점/5점이었다. 음식점 선택속성에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석 결과 우선적으로 개선이 필요한 항목은 '음식의 적정 가격'과 '화장실의 청결'이었다. 또한 음식점 위생등급제를 알고 있는 경우는 전체의 30.5%였고, 향후 위생등급제 인증 음식점 이용 의향은 5점 척도로 평가한 결과 평균 4.02점이었으며, 인증업체 음식에 대한 추가 지불 의향이 있는 경우는 전체의 56.8%였고, 추가로 지불하겠다는 가격은 음식가격의 6.02%였다. 따라서 음식점 위생등급제의 빠른 정착을 위해서는 고객 대상 교육·홍보, 업체 전 직원의 개선 노력과 함께 인증업체에 대한 정부기관의 정책적 지원이 필요하다고 생각된다.

An engineering educational servery for graduating seniors had been conducted in Songwon University to improve engineering program objectives. The analysis results show that the current engineering educational objectives need to be modified to satisfy the ABEEK accredited criteria and engineering curriculum returning is necessary to include more design courses.

ALQ-X ECM 포드를 KF-16D와 RF-4C 항공기에 장착하기 위한 비행적합성 인증을 수행하였다. MIL-HDBK-1763에 부합하는 외부장착 스토어 인증 절차를 계획한 후 유사성 분석, 기존 스토어 질량 및 관성모멘트 분석, 구조해석 및 시험, 지상진동시험 및 플러터해석을 수행하여 비행시험 수행에 대한 안전성을 확인하였다. ALQ-X 장착 형상을 대표하는 비행 형상으로 MIL-HDBK-1763 Test 250 비행시험을 하였다. ALQ-X 장착 전, 후의 비행특성 차이를 분석하여 조종성을 평가 하고 구조건전성과 내구성은 계측데이터를 함께 분석하여 ALQ-X가 KF-16D 및 RF-4C와 적합성이 있음을 확인하였다. 그 결과로서 ALQ-X를 기존에 인증된 ALQ-88 및 ALQ-119와 동일하게 운용할 수 있음을 인증하였다. ALQ-X 비행인증 결과로서 도입 전투기에 대한 TYPE III 비행적합성 인증, 시험데이터를 사용한 플러터 해석 프로그램을 개발, MIL-STD-1553B 데이터버스를 사용한 비행시험 데이터를 획득할 수 있는 기법과 같은 기술적 성과를 거두었다. 본 비행인증 결과는 향후 국내에서 수행할 Type III 형식의 외부장착 스토어 비행인증의 모델케이스가 될 것으로 기대한다.
