Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of satisfaction among convalescent hospital staff members on patient safety and quality of care after the certification of the medical institution. Methods: A survey was conducted on seven convalescent hospitals in Gwangju, South Jeolla Province, and North Jeolla Province, which were certified as medical institutions for convalescent hospitals by the end of May 2017, The study period lasted from July 24, 2017 to August 22, 2017. Results: There was a statistically significant correlation between staff member satisfaction and patient safety and quality of care (r = 0.586, p<0.001). Regression analysis showed that staff member satisfaction (${\beta}=0.531$, p<0.001) had a statistically significant effect on patient safety and quality of care and showed 46.9% explanatory power. Conclusions: The satisfaction of the convalescent hospital staff after the certification of the medical institution positively affected patient safety and quality of care.

The purpose of this study is to prepare a systematic implementation of safety management for adult's foods through recommendations and guidelines for nutrition and hygiene standards for food quality certification system preferred by adults. To achieve this goal, the study studied the current status of adult preferred foods sold near the university, elicited the risks and problems of such foods, and selected nutritional and hygiene risk factors from those foods. To provide quality certification standards and guidelines for adult food preferences, this study looked at practical examples of relevant domestic and international policies and standards. The nutritional standards for food quality certification for sugars, fats, sodium, additive microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria, which are nutrients that can impair health when consumed in large quantities, and dietary standards limited to less than 100 kcal per serving were studied. One excessive amount of caffeine is reported to cause loss of calcium and potassium in the body, suggesting that if an adult is continuously exposed to high concentrations of caffeine, it could lead to imbalance in the resolution in the body and be flavored by growth and foot moon. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare an individual banner based on feasible food types, which is coordinated with the nutritional aspects that fit the purpose of presenting right amount, safe food through the quality certification system for adult's favorite foods and practical aspects that can induce companies' response and voluntary impacting efforts.

In this paper. proposes Multi_Kerberos certification mechanism that improve certification service of based on PKINIT that made public in IETF CAT Working Group. This paper proposed to a certificate other realm because search position of outside realm through DNS and apply X.509 directory certification system, to get public key from DNS server by chain (CertPath) between realms by certification and key exchange way that provide service between realms applying X.509, DS/DNS of based on PKINIT, in order to provide regional services. This paper proposed mechanism that support efficient certification service about cross realm including key management. the path generation and construction of Certificate using Validation Server, and recovery of Session Key. A Design of Multi_Kerberos system that have effects simplify of certification formality that reduce procedures on communication.

The software installed on an aircraft is directly related to its safety. Therefore, it shall comply with the standards of the airworthiness certification to ensure safety of flight. Airborne software should be developed in accordance with the DO-178 (Software Consideration in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification) to comply with the airworthiness certification criterion. However, the military airborne software has been developed in accordance with the DAPA weapons system software development and management manual. In this paper, we completed a questionnaire survey of software experts. We also suggest a military airborne software development/certification process based on DO-178.

There are cases that revoke the certification because of disclosure of private key, deprivation of qualification and the expiration of a term of validity on PKI. So, a user has to confirm the public key whether valid or invalid in the certification. There are many methods such as CRL, Delta-CRL, OCSP for the cert-validation of certification. But these methods have many problems, which cause overload traffic on network and the CRL server because of realtime processing for cert-validation of certification. In this paper we proposed cert-validation of certification improvement method based on FM Subcarrier Broadcasting, which solved problems that are data integrity by different time between transmission and receiving for CRL, and overload traffic on network and the CRL server the realtime management.

Purpose - This study analyzed the effect of obtaining international products and qualification certification on exports according to the suitability evaluation system. Recently, non-tariff barriers have emerged as technical barriers, and the Biden administration is trying to achieve export growth and economic growth by utilizing the demand for conformity assessment following the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the free trade system from the perspective of Korea. Design/methodology - This study analyzed the effect of a manufacturer's product certification acquisition on a company's export performance using Resource-Based View-based multiple regression analysis. To this end, concentration validity was confirmed through Factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, and correlation analysis was performed to verify discriminant validity. Findings - Product certification and qualification have a positive impact on the company's export performance. In particular, technological dynamism and relationship control have had a significant impact. Originality/value - Considering that the Conformity Assessment Management Act will take effect in earnest in 2022, this study is believed to suggest that companies that have been certified to meet international standards may improve their export performance and increase their value in the future. This study examined the stakeholder cognition of the safety certification marking system by surveying manufacturers, lessors, and users. In addition, among various issues about safety certification marking systems, the improvement of safety certification marking contents was suggested in order to guarantee quality of temporary equipments. The results by statistical method show that it is necessary to increase of users' understanding about the safety certification marking system. In addition, the quality management system of temporary equipments should be introduced to control the actual condition that temporary equipments of various product companies are mixed in a site during removal and reuse processes. For detailed marking contents, it is recommended that a certification mark, an identification number, and the production year should be displayed and the manufacturer name could be selectively presented. Detail informations such as a safety certification number, a product company, a model type or name, a specification, a weight, a product number, and the location of a certification mark should be identified by the identification number.

Information technical dependence degree is coming to be high from constructive information-oriented field. The size and complexity of constructive information are increasing and consequently, the standard for a construction information resource management becomes important. Currently the certification about construction information standard is being enforced part system and information-oriented level etc. from domestic. So we have a plan which will propel the diffusion strategy for the practical application of constructive information standard with introduction of the certification system about construction information standard. For a certification system preparation, we studied a feature and definition about construction information standard and analyzed domestic and foreign case. From that, we accomplished a classification and an analysis about construction information standard becomes the object of certification. And then, we selected the object of the certification through deriving necessities of certification about each construction information standard and considering the priority at the time of introduction. Finally we suggested an certification institutional operation plan about the object which is selected. Held a consultation meeting about the fact where the professional knowledge or technique is demanded and established secured directivity about authentication institutional operation plan and professionalism.

This study basically aims to examine how the GBCC system, which has been implemented since 2005 regarding school facilities, is actually being applied to schools and to survey students' satisfaction and awareness of school facilities. Ultimately, this study is to contribute to improving environment-friendly certification indexes and promoting the system. When it comes to research methods, a school with the green building certification and a school without it were selected for comparison, the two schools were visited for the investigation of their actual conditions, and then, based on the results, a survey was conducted for the students of both schools on their satisfaction(POE) of the school facilities, and finally, the results of the two schools were compared with each other and analyzed. The results of this study shows that the facilities of the school with the green building certification are much superior to those of the school without the certification as well as the former has more various facilities then the latter Nonetheless, facilities with the green building certification were found to miss something in terms of maintenance and management. Most of the survey questions show that students of the school with green building certification have higher satisfaction and awareness levels for school facilities than those of the other school students without the certification. However, the difference was a merely relative one, with most students of the school with the certification answering "so so" for their school facilities in terms of absolute evaluation.

The purpose of this articls is to investigate the impacts of ISO 14001 certification on the compliance of environmental regulations by Korean companies. The impact of ISO 14001 certification on the industries obtained the certificates was studied through a survey with questionnaires, and the compliance of environmental regulations was investigated using governmental release data. Motivations of Korean companies' environmental management were mostly caused by customer's request and the requirement from foreign countries. Certified enterprises showed more 3 times compliance of environmental regulation than non-certified ones. Such results were accomplished by systematic environmental management such as clear implementation purpose and all employee's voluntary improving according to ISO 14001 requirement. The continuous monitoring system was possible through internal audit and biannual audit from the certification body, to be finally verified by the top management. The four steps in ISO 14001 environmental management system, which are objective, methodology, inspection and monitoring, has contributed to this achievement.
