This study is concerned with the introduction and operation of smart factories. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we made a standard system of smart factory and investigated the recognition system. This study was conducted as a grounded theory methodology among qualitative research methodologies. The results of the study are the necessity of a tool to appropriately evaluate the new manufacturing process management system and related management activities to achieve the successful introduction of smart factories and the management performance of the organization. In order to successfully implement the Smart Factory Certification System, it is necessary to establish a certification organization system, enact relevant laws and amendments, operate government-led pilot projects, train professional workers, and establish incentive policies.

This study analyzed the impact of information security service company certification on financial performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the "Information Security Service Certification Company" system from a financial point of view for information security service certified & non-certified companies, and listed & unlisted companies. From a financial point of view, performance analysis was conducted using two-way ANOVA on sales, operating profit, and profit rate. This study verified whether there is a difference in management performance between an information security service certified company and an uncertified company. In the financial performance indicators of sales, operating profit, and profit rate, the information security service certification system showed an impact on financial performance because the information security service certification company showed better management performance than the uncertified company. The implications of this study are that the empirical performance analysis from the financial point of view of the information security service certified company system can be used as a basis for negative regulatory policies to revitalize the information security industry in the future, contributing to the growth of information security companies with excellent growth potential.

In 1995, 100PPM Quality Certification System(QCS) has been established by the Industrial Advancement Administration. This study shows the tangible and intangible effects of 100PPM QCS in Korea. 100PPM QCS has been introduced to observe the substantial objects and to solve problems. To achieve this goal, problems of certification system were classified by certification inspection items, certification inspection, post management and inspection methods. This set of problems are also found when enterprise carrying out 100PPM. It is suggested to utilize the proposed problems and improvements which are to upgrade and correct the 100PPM QCS in the beginning stage.

Currently, the Korean railway safety law (RSL) and its ordinances have been enforced for the guarantee of the safety of railway. In RSL, the quality certification is required to guarantee the safety and performance of railway components or systems. However, not much attention has been focused on the quality certification scheme for railway components or systems since the scheme is relatively new. Therefore, in this investigation, the detailed guidelines and main contents for the enforcement of quality certification for railway components will be suggested, and the detailed items including the procedures, subjects, management, etc., will be addressed. Moreover, a better understanding on quality certification for railway components will be provided.

The Hydrogen Economy Promotion and Hydrogen Safety Management Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Hydrogen Economy Act") stipulates matters related to certification and cancellation of clean hydrogen by grade, and requires those who produce, import, or sell clean hydrogen to report to the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy. In order for this system to operate smoothly, the clean hydrogen Certification system must be designed to meet international standards, and the institution operating the System must have appropriate capabilities and foundations. The clean hydrogen certification system should serve as an opportunity for Korea's domestic energy industry to take a leap forward.

In this paper, a design process is established by integrating aviation safety requirements for the development of general aviation aircraft. An Airworthiness-Design Integration System, which integrates certification requirements with the entire design/analysis process, is developed and presented. For the proposed system, KAS 23/FAR 23/AC 23/CS 23 certification regulations are analyzed to determine design constraints and system compliance checks and to construct an ER&G (Engineering Requirement and Guide) and a Design-Certification Related Table (DCRT). Furthermore, through building a DB (Data Base), the management of design and certification related resources for developing a FAR 23 class aircraft are made. Certification tools and resources are also efficiently managed by the DB. The connection between the certification requirements and the detailed design process is proposed in this system. Tracking of this proposed method is validated by configuring a USE CASE and a system. The Airworthiness-Design Integration system will be constructed based on the system's design plan, certification system, and usage scenarios.

In EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) certification, the facilities and equipments have been considered as important qualification for registration of EMC certification business. In future, the certification environment is also supposed to be restricted Strictly. Many organizations have made on attempt to establish, certification environment as a international standard. Therefore, in order to enhance the competitive powers of domestic certification industry, a real-time system which can be measure automatically and remotely the temperature, humidity, illumination, CO/CO2, magnetic field, and human sensing is proposed in this paper. This system can also maintain the appropriate measurement environment by using USN (ubiquitous sensor network). The availabilities are confirmed through the experiment.

This study was conducted to grasp problems of the present and investigate the real condition of organizations by making how an organizational ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has a positive effect on process improvement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the relationship between ISO/TS 16949 requirements and process improvement, process improvement has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance research projects. For doing them, it tris to suggest an effective application plan of ISO/TS 16949 certification through improvements about corporate quality management systems of the automobile field by investigating and analyzing literature of the precedent studies and ISO/TS 16949 certification effects actually, conducting and analyzing an survey on effects on customer satisfaction and organizational performance, and drawing the problems.

Considering the results of the 3.20 Cyber Attack, leaks of personal information by card companies, and so on, convenience and efficiency cannot be guaranteed without security as a prerequisite. In addition, it is more likely that customers' interests seem to be interfered with in financial institutions than in any other industry. Therefore, when a security accident occurs, users may suffer mental damage and monetary loss, leading to class action, customer defection, loss of reputation, and falloff in international credibility, which all may have a significant effect on the business continuity of corporations. This study integrates the representative information security certification systems in order to improve the efficiency of information security management and demonstrate the necessity of information security management system certification for the financial sector. If the certification is needed, we would like to recommend the desirable development direction.
