21세기 지식정보시대 공공도서관이 사회적으로 인정받고 발전의 기반을 마련하기 위해서는 우선 도서관 측에서 사회적 역할을 명확하게 인식하고 이를 효과적으로 수행해야 한다. 본고에서는 이러한 입장에서 도서관의 바람직한 사회적 역할 수행 방안으로 도서관 권리선언 제정, 독서실 기능 폐지, 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 평가제도 개선 및 인증제도 도입, 도서관 장서의 개선을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 액체로켓엔진의 제어기구로서 많이 사용되는 유압식 레귤레이터에서의 제어 프로세스와 제어 변수의 조절에 관한 정적 및 동적 특성을 연구하였다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 8K14 "SCUD"의 9D21 엔진에 사용되는 유압식 레귤레이터를 선택하였으며, 본 유압식 레귤레이터의 수학적 모델링을 거쳐, 액체로켓엔진 내부에서의 유압식 레귤레이터의 응답속도와 자동제어시스템의 정밀도 분석을 수행함으로써, 유압식 레귤레이터의 유압조절기구인 니들밸브 유로면적의 설계값을 도출하였다.

Increasing the outsourcing of personal information treatment, the safe management and director for fiduciary is very important. In this paper, under the personal information protection management systems the current situation of fiduciary management and direction was reviewed and the certification system was analysed in terms of availability of the controled items. Under the basis of legal compliance at the time of the Privacy Act, the characteristics of outsourcing type was also analyzed and derived new controled items. As a result of the proposed research, new controled items for fiduciary could be used as a standard for the managing Director.

Automobilist in South Korea in order to provide car driving information to the insurance company uses 'car driving information device'. They provide car driving information of device to insurers for their premium discount. Currently these devices are used in Korea has inconvenience that this device Installation and the process for send this information to insurance companies. In this paper, Korean smart car driving information system designed using Smart phone and local-range network as a basis the 'Certification Regulations of Driving Information Check Device' of the Korea Insurance Development Institute.

Remanufacturing is an industrial manufacturing process. The merits of remanufacturing are to reuse old products to perform like a new product and to save energy, natural resources, landfill space and to reduce air pollution by less re-smelting. This paper proposes a systemic approach for activating the domestic remanufacturing industry. The approach is based on inside and outside regulations to apply remanufacturing companies. And, we analyzed the state and problems of remanufacturing industry for automobile parts. Also 5 essential tactics and 20 detail strategies are suggested. On the basis of the approach, the domestic remanufacturing industry will carry out the cooperation for their competitions.

This research has designed and implemented the standard conformance test system for e-Business solutions that supports the ebXML, which is currently being focused on as the leading electronic commerce framework. The adoption of standards such as ebXML is probably the best way to achieve interoperability among electronic commerce systems, and more and more e-Business solutions around the world are supporting ebXML. This research primarily discusses the concept and needs for the standard conformance tests on e-Business solutions. The standard conformance test system is developed based on the detailed specifications of the ebXML framework. This system was used to test commercial e-Business solutions supporting ebXML. The system implemented in this research will provide a significant basis for the standard conformance certification of e-Business solutions, and could also provide clear decision criteria for e-Business solutions currently in market, thus activate the overall e-Business market.

According to the current trend of single arm type pantograph for high speed trail korean pantograph designed to single arm type will be installed on each power car roof of prototype train of korean very high speed rail configured to 7 cars and have the characteristics of maximum 1% contact loss at 350 km/h speed. This study is devoted to design basically element components of pantograph for korean very high speed train on the basis of kinematic analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, followed by making the basic drawings of korean pantograph. This drawings will be complemented through certification tests of prototype pantograph and verification of analysis software.

Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) is an international pilot certification adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2006 under the recognition of the need for efficient and systematic pilot training including the education of pilots with advanced aviation technology and ability to respond to flight environment, resolution of the human factor problems of pilots, and provision of stable training tools for transport aircraft pilots for potential risk of pilot shortage in the future. South Korea also has prepared a legal basis for operating an MPL system in the Aviation Act in 2009, but there has been no domestic MPL qualifier. The biggest reason for this seems to be the insufficient domestic MPL training system. Therefore, it is necessary to benchmark the international standards of the ICAO, and to promote the development of the Korean MPL training system through revision and supplementation of laws and regulations in consideration of Korean circumstances.

The purpose of this study is to examine the academic foundation of developmental rehabilitation, and the main context and criteria of the review were based on lifelong education for individuals with disabilities. As for the research method, expert consultation was formed based on literature analysis. The contents of the study presented structuring career roadmaps for individuals with developmental disabilities, establishing subject-extracurricular standards for lifelong education curriculum, adult-centered teaching and learning evidence-based practices, job majors, and data-based ILEP document certification. As a result of the study, developmental rehabilitation was valuable as an academic basis for establishing a major foundation for lifelong education for individuals with disabilities, and could be understood as a field deeply applied by convergent nature through special education, rehabilitation science, and social welfare.

u-IT 기술의 발달로 인해 통신, 방송, 포털, 콘텐츠, 장비 및 솔루션 등 사업의 모든 분야에 u-IT Convergence 기기들이 연구 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-IT Convergence를 정의하고, u-IT Convergence 기기들과 단말에서 정보를 감지하는 온도, 압력, 자기, 광, 가스, 습도 센서들에 대한 정의와 평가 기준으로 기술성, 경제성, 경영성 등의 평가 기준을 제시한다. 또한 u-IT Convergence 기기들에 대한 평가 기준에 따르는 u-IT Convergence 네트워크 기기의 표준화 기준을 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해 유비쿼터스 정보화 사회에서 기술적인 발전과 기기들에 대한 정확한 인증 평가를 통해서 안정성과 신뢰성을 갖춘 평가 제품으로서 가치를 정립하고 표준화를 이루는데 기여하게 될 것이다.
