The purpose of this study is to develop an educational model based on the capacity analysis of college students. In order to measure the learning ability of female science and engineering students, we used various tools to derive core competencies. The competency element of human resources implementation, the element of learning achievement area in the undergraduate education actual condition survey, and the analysis of the learning achievement elements of the engineering certification program were analyzed and the development of teaching method was searched to find ways to increase the competence of female students. In addition, we developed a model that can apply the development of pedagogy in the curriculum to the liberal arts, majors, and comparative courses, and presented the internship in field experience area, the improvement of on the spot learning, and teaching method and guidance to enhance the female students' competence. Also, as a case study of the proposed teaching method, new curriculum of 'Understanding of Big Data' which is the basis of the fourth industrial revolution technology in the second semester of 2016 was developed and applied to the education model. The results of this study are very positive, and we can expect the effectiveness of the new education model to enhance the learning ability and capacity of female students.

In the modern society based on information and communication, which is exposed to the risks of a lot of information security breaches, corporate information assets may be an economical scale in a country. Most of damages derived from corporate technological information leak often occur in small and medium corporations. Although many information security managers in corporations have focused on certification systems such as information security management system, small and medium corporations are poorly aware of the information security, and their environments surrounding it should be also improved. In addition, it is difficult to expect spontaneous participations in it, since the sustainable information security management systems are often not forced to be certified. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine plans to improve small and medium corporations' technological protections by using some component of the information security management system. On the basis of this examination, it also attempts to discuss some methods for effective and efficient information security in the small and medium corporations' technological protections.

Software process (SP) authentication is a certification system designed in order to improve software process and ensure software reliability of the Korean small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It is composed of 3 grades, 17 evaluation items and 70 detailed evaluation items (software process). In order to certificate grade 2, 42 detailed evaluation items must be satisfied. In order to certificate grade 3, all 70 detailed evaluation items must be satisfied. SMEs are more vulnerable to manpower and material resources than the major company. Therefore, it is difficult for SMEs to invest in the long term to improve the software process. If we can provide the core evaluation items to SMEs, SMEs will be able to improve software quality more efficiently and effectively. It can be used as a short way to acquire SP authentication. The evaluation items of SP are defined as influencing each other. Therefore, the core evaluation items might be established using related techniques. Although we searched for previous researches and related informations, the associated study was insufficient. In this study, ANP (Analytic Network Process) technique was applied, and the core evaluation items of SP authentication were established. SMEs will be able to acquire SP authentication more easily using the core evaluation items. Finally, we expect that this study will be used as a basis material for creating the SP 2.0 version.

The purpose of this study was to create a cyber-training & education program in response to the needs of skippers and crews operating tug-barges within Korean coastal waters and the rapid changers in this industry. Skippers and crews are inclined to operate tug-barges on the basis of experience rather than information. It is not easy to provide useful information whenever they want or to drill them in safety management skills, because of their passive attitude toward education and the few opportunities that exist. In order to increase educational opportunities, efficiency and motivation, the authors have developed this program which consists of a 'tug bridge resource management module, risk perception training module, accident case module, operating module and navigation module', and are hoping that this program will enhance and strengthen all tug-barge operations. We are also putting all our energies into designing up to date animation programs and developing new scenarios concerning the method of evaluation and certification distribution.

본 연구에서는 독서관련 자격제도를 살펴보고, 독서관련 자격증의 발급 현황과 교육과정을 면밀히 조사 분석한 결과, 278개 과정의 독서관련 자격증은 모두 민간 비공인으로 운영되고 있으며, 교육내용의 질적 제고의 노력과 체계적인 관리체계가 요구되었다. 이를 토대로 민과 관이 협력하여 독서관련 자격증의 질적 제고를 위한 운영방안을 제시하고, 독서문화진흥 정책의 참고자료로서 활용할 것을 제언하였다.

국내에서는 정보보호 수준평가를 위해 정보보호 관리체계 인증제도와 정보보안 관리수준평가를 운영하고 있다. 하지만 정보보호 관리체계 인증제도와 정보보안 관리수준평가는 기존의 평가인증제도, 정보통신기반보호제도, 정보보호 안전진단제도 등과의 유기적인 연결성이 부족하여 중복 진단, 비효율적인 진단 방법 등의 문제점이 있다. 또한 기존 제도들은 주로 주요정보통신기반시설의 보호에 초점을 맞추고 있어 공공기관의 수준평가에는 적합하지 않다. 본 논문은 공공기관의 정보보호 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서 기존의 다양한 정보보호제도를 분석하여 새로운 모델을 제안한다.

This paper presents the flight test procedure and the results for the airspeed indicator calibration of a light airplane the name of ChangGong-91, which is the first type certified aircraft from Korean Ministry of Construction and Transportation, as a part of the flight test validation to get the certification. The flight tests for airspeed position error calibrations are conducted using tower fly by method in order to calibrate swivel head testboom which is attached to the right wing tip of the airplane. Also system to system method is applied in order to calibrate the airspeed indicator of the cockpit. The flight test is conducted at the basis of the 'Korean Airworthiness Standard' which is the regulation of Korean Ministry of Construction and Transportation. The airspeed error range for the testboom and the airspeed indicator are determined to $-0.75{\sim}+0.75$ knot and to $-4.0{\sim}+2.0$ knots, respectively. The calibration results are applied to ChangGong-91 Flight Operation Manual.

The purpose of the study was to develop a classification of management for the qualitative improvement of the management of multi-family housing. The date were analyzed using the Excel program in terms of frequency and, criticality analysis in order to draw items stage by stage. The process of research was as follows: The first process drew classification of types using the content analysis of the documented studies. The second process examined subcategories according to classification of types via interviews of supervisors. Further, the criticality analysis between the two items was examined. Additionally, when this study surveys and analyzes the satisfactions and importance of management on the basis of the classification, it can have an effect on management by reflecting the result. In conclusion, the classification of the management of multi-family housing will make up the improvement scheme of supplement education, certification related management and management regulations on the characteristics of multi-family housing by types of houses in the future.

Illinois issues the following standard teaching certificates : Early Childhood (birth-grade 3), Elementary (grades K-9), High School (grades 6-12) Special (grade K-12), School Service Personnel, and Administrative. Any of the preceding certificates can be issued on a provisional (maximum of two fiscal years) basis to qualifying individuals. Other certificates issued are : Substitute, Provisional Vocational, Temporary Provisional Vocational, Part-Time Provisional, and General. To obtain an Early Childhood, Elementary, High School, or Special certificate in Illinois, you must either complete an approved teacher education program or be an experienced, licensed teacher seeking a subsequent certificate through transcript evaluation. You must meet all other requirements for the particular certificate you are seeking, For school Service Personnel and Administrative certificates you must have completed a state approved program before you may apply. The Standard Elementary Certificate, High School Certificate, and Special Certificate are valid for four years for teaching. These certificates may be issued to graduates with a bachelor's degree from a recognized college who have successfully completed the required certification examinations and who present certified evidence of having earned credits. All individuals receiving certificates must be of good character and in good health, and be at least 19 years of age and a citizen of the United States or legally present and authorized for employment.

최근 바이오 정보처리의 중요성이 인식되면서 국내외 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어 시장이 급격히 증가하고 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어의 고신뢰성과 고품질 소프트웨어의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어의 품질인증을 위해서는 평가항목 및 평가기준이 마련되어 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 패키지 소프트웨어의 품질요구와 시험에 관한 표준인 ISO/IEC 12119, 소프트웨어 제품평가를 위한 표준인 ISO/IEC 9126, 평가모듈의 구성을 위한 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 14598-6을 기반으로 하여 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어 시험을 위한 평가모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 바이오 정보처리 소프트웨어의 품질평가 방법을 확립하고 품질향상을 위한 기반을 구축하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
