산업장 근로자의 스트레스에 대한 한의계 연구경향 (The Trends of Korean Medical Study on Stress in the Industrial Worker)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to explore the trends of Korean medical study on stress in the industrial worker. Methods : We received numbers of the studies about stress in the industrial worker from 6 Korean web databases, using key words such as 'Industry AND Stress', 'Oriental medicine AND Stress', 'Worker AND Stress', 'Workplace AND Stress'. We received 12 research papers and they were analyzed and the journals, the authors, the contents of 3 classification of those research papers. Results : Among them, we had 6 reviews of Dept. of preventive medicine and Dept. of third medicine, college of Korean Medicine, Won-kwang University, and the rest of them were 6 reviews. We had 4 reviews of Korean Journal of Oriental Preventive Medical Society, 2 reviews of the Journal of Traditional Korean Medicine, 2 reviews of Journal of Oriental Neuropsychiatry and so on. According to the contents of reviews, we had 7 reviews of correlation of industrial worker and stress, 4 reviews of cause on the industrial worker's stress and 1 case report. Conclusions : We reviewed the trends of Korean medical study on stress in the industrial worker. The stress in the industrial workers were related with the type of occupation, social psychology, drinking, smoking, the satisfaction of job, the harmony of organization. And we knew that the musculoskeletal pain was related to the industrial worker's stress. In the future, abundant case studies, follow-up trials and RCTs should be done about the industrial worker's stress.

성인용 아케이드게임 기술심의 제안 (Proposal for Technical Review of Adult Arcade Game)

  • 2006년 10월29일에 출범한 게임물등급위원회는 현재 7년째 맞이하며 올 11월25일을 깃점으로 역사속으로 사라진다. 과거 게임물 등급 분류의 민간이양을 목표로 임시적인 성격의 '게임위'는 2006년 8월 바다이야기 사태로 인하여 민간이양과 더 멀어질 수 밖에 없는 당위성을 갖게 되었습니다. 그 결과 영등위로 부터의 체계적인 업무인수 인계 보다는 게임물 심의의 빠른 정상화에 만 급급하다 보니 체계적이고 과학적인 등급분류 체계를 적절히 마련하지 못하고 말았다. 이는 설립 초기부터 전문성을 강조했음에도 불구하고 전혀 전문적이지 못한 외연을 보여 주었다. 특히 등급분류의 비일관적인 결과와 전혀 예측하기 어려운 심의 판정으로 필요외의 거래비용이 증가하는 결과를 초래하게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 문제도 명확한 국제표준을 따르고 과학적 심의체계가 마련된다면 얼마든지 극복해 나갈 수 있는 것이다. 그래서 국제 게임물 표준인 GLI(Gaming Laboratory Institute) 표준을 따르는 BMM Korea의 기술적 가능성은 그 동안 게임위의 존립에 치명적인 영향을 미친 걸림돌을 제거하고 그 동안 아케이드게임물에 대한 불명확했던 게임심의를 바로 세움으로서 사회적 거래 비용을 줄이고 비사행적인 건강한 게임물을 보호할 수 있는 단초를 제공 할 것으로 기대한다. 이제는 새로 출범하는 게임물관리위원회부터 일반적인 건강한 게임물과 사행성 게임물을 국제 기준으로 구분하여 최소한의 규제를 통한 게임산업의 진흥에 힘을 모아야 할 때인 것이다.

도마종목 Kasamatsu계의 Akopian 기술동작 분석 (Kinematic Analysis of Acopian in Vault)

  • The study were to assess technical factors between the high score group and the low score group, from the subjects of 16 male national gymnasts, and to analyze the kinematical characteristic and main technical cause on technique of Akopian's 3D motion analysis of the male vaulting game in 2001 classification championship. The result of this study is this. There were not so much difference between the two groups in term; of the time of board contact, pre-flight, and total performance, but it takes shorter time when the players who are in the high point group take down the board, and they take long time for post-flight(p<.01). The high point group has a longer perpendicular distance in the moment of horse taking off, 0.05m on the average, than the low point group. The high point group shows 0.16m higher on the average than the other group in term; of the height of post-flight(p<.01). In the phase of board contact, the range of horizontal velocity at board take on were $7.66m/s{\sim}7.33m/s$, but there weren't significantly statistic differences between two groups. The hight score group were 0.68m/s faster than the low point group at the horizontal velocity at board take off event(<.05). About the average horizontal velocity of deceleration, AG1(-1.95m/s) reduces the speed more than AG2(-1.57m/s)(p<.05). And the hight score group were 0.37m/s faster than the low point group at the vertical velocity at horse take off event(<.05). When board taking off, the projectile angle of com were $38.7{\sim}37.8degree$ on the average. the comparative groups show almost same results. When horse taking off, the HPVy of the high point group were 37.6 degree which were a little higher than the low point group. The angular velocities of the players who takes on the horse with a right hand and then takes off with a left hand in the high point group were 14.97rad/sec, 10.82rad/sec in the low point group. However, the angular velocity of the players who takes on the horse with a left hand and then takes off on a right hand with the high point group were 14.97rad/sec, 15.56rad/sec in the low point group.

HTTP 응용들의 식별을 위한 패턴 기반의 시그니쳐 생성 (Pattern-based Signature Generation for Identification of HTTP Applications)

  • 오늘날 인터넷의 발달과 더불어 다양한 스마트 기기들의 증가로 인하여 많은 양의 트래픽이 발생하고 있다. 특히 기존의 데스크탑 이외의 다양한 모바일 기기와 스마트 디바이스에서는 HTTP 기반의 응용 트래픽이 많이 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 증가하는 모바일 트래픽은 인터넷에 망 과부하, 웹보안과 같은 다양한 문제들을 발생시키고 있다. 인터넷 망의 과부하 및 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 우선적으로 응용의 정확한 탐지가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 전통적으로는 잘 알려진 포트 기반의 분석 방법이 사용되었다. 그러나 과도한 트래픽을 발생시켜 방화벽이나 IDS 장비에서 포트를 제한한 P2P 응용 프로그램들이 포트를 변경하여 사용하기 때문에 포트 기반의 분석은 정확성이 떨어진다. 이를 보안하기 위하여 제안된 시그니쳐 기반의 분석 방법의 경우 잘 알려진 포트 기반 분석 방법에 비해 비교적 높은 분석률과 정확성을 가지지만 분석에 필요한 시그니쳐를 생성해야 하는 오버헤드를 가지고 있다. 또한 기존의 시그니쳐에 생성에 관한 연구는 각각의 응용에 대해 분류하고 분석하지만 HTTP를 이용하는 트래픽에 대해서는 프로토콜 레벨의 분석만 가능할 뿐 HTTP를 전송 프로토콜로 사용하는 응용 프로그램의 분류와 같은 깊이 있는 분석이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 HTTP 헤더의 반정형적인 특성을 바탕으로 HTTP 기반 응용을 정확히 탐지하기 위한 시그니쳐 생성 방법에 대하여 제시하고 있다. 이를 학내망 트래픽에 실제 적용함으로써 본 논문의 타당성을 보인다.

연하곤란을 주소. 내원한 환자의 임상통계적 고찰 (The Clinico-Statistical Analysis of Dysphagia)

  • 연하곤란은 질병이나 기능장애의 출현을 나타내는 증세로서 원인 및 발생부위가 다양하다. 1977연도 1년간 서울대학병원 이비인후과 외래에 연하곤란을 주소로 내원한 133명의 환자를 임상통계적으로 고찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 연하곤란을 주소로 내원한 환자는 전체 이비인후과 외내 내원환자 9313명의 2. 1%에 해당한다. 2. 성별남여의 비는 1.3 : 1로 남자가 약간 많았고, 평균연령은 35.7세이다. 3. 자각증상의 지속기간은 평균 251일이나, 1년이상의 식도부식증 8례를 제외하면 평균 40일이다. 좀 더 자세히 분류하면 1주 이하 67례(50.4%), 1주∼1개월 24례(18.0%), 1개월∼l년 34례(25.6%), 1년 이상 8례(6.0%)로 나타났다. 4. 발생부위별로 보면 식도 27례(20.3%)보다 구강 일인두 일후두 등이 106례(79.3%)로 약 4배가 된다. 5. 원인적 요소를 보면 염증성 67례(50.4%), 종양성 28례(21.0%), 부식제의 오연사고 14례(10.5%), 이물 11례(8.3%)등의 순이다. 6. 질병별로 보면 인두염 및 편도염 42례(31.6%), 식도부식증 14례(10.5%), 구내염 14례(10.5%), 후두종양 12례(9.0%), 편도주위농양 9례(9.8%), 식도이물 7례(5.2%), 설종양 7례(5.2%), 편도종양 6례(4.5%), 인두이물 4례(3.0%)등의 순이다.

섬유로프 계류시스템의 크리프 효과가 부유체의 운동응답 및 계류선의 장력 변화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Creep Effect of Synthetic Fiber Rope Mooring System on Motion Response of Vessel and Tension of Mooring Line)

  • Growing demand and rapid development of the synthetic fiber rope in mooring system have taken place since it has been used in deep water platform lately. Unlike a chain mooring, synthetic fiber rope composed of lightweight materials such as Polyester(polyethylene terephthalate), HMPE(high modulus polyethylene) and Aramid(aromatic polyamide). Non-linear stiffness and another failure mode are distinct characteristics of synthetic fiber rope when compared to mooring chain. When these ropes are exposed to environmental load for a long time, the length of rope will be increased permanently. This is called 'the creep phenomenon'. Due to the phenomenon, The initial characteristics of mooring systems would be changed because the length and stiffness of the rope have been changed as time goes on. The changed characteristics of fiber rope cause different mooring tension and vessel offset compared to the initial design condition. Commercial mooring analysis software that widely used in industries is unable to take into account this phenomenon automatically. Even though the American Petroleum Institute (API) or other classification rules present some standard or criteria with respect to length and stiffness of a mooring line, simulation guide considers the mechanical properties that is not mentioned in such rules. In this paper, the effect of creep phenomenon in the fiber rope mooring system under specific environment condition is investigated. Desiged mooring system for a Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit(MODU) with HMPE rope which has the highest creep is analyzed in a time domain in order to investigate the effects creep phenomenon to vessel offset and mooring tension. We have developed a new procedure to an analysis of mooring system reflecting the creep phenomenon and it is validated through a time domain simulation using non-linear mooring analysis software, OrcaFlex. The result shows that the creep phenomenon should be considered in analysis procedure because it affects the length and stiffness of synthetic fiber rope in case of high water temperature and permanent mooring system.

사용자 행동을 이용한 쓰레기편지 여과의 성능 개선 (Performance Improvement of Spam Filtering Using User Actions)

  • 인터넷의 급속한 성장으로 전자편지는 정보 전달의 중요한 수단으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 수신자가 원하지 않는 전자편지(쓰레기 편지)들이 무분별하게 배달될 수 있으며, 이로 인해 사회적으로는 물론이고 경제적으로도 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 이와 같이 쓰레기 편지를 차단하거나 여과하기 위해서 많은 연구자와 회사에서 꾸준히 연구를 진행하고 있다. 일반적으로 쓰레기 편지를 결정하는 기준은 수신자에 따라서 조금씩 차이가 있다. 또한 쓰레기 편지와 정보성 편지에 따라서 수신자가 취하는 행동이 다르다. 이 논문은 이런 사용자 행동을 쓰레기 편지 여과 시스템에 반영하여 그 시스템의 성능을 개선한다. 제안된 시스템은 크게 두 단계로 구성된다. 첫 번째 단계는 사용자 행동을 추론하는 단계이고 두 번째 단계는 추론된 사용자 행동을 이용해서 쓰레기 편지를 여과하는 단계이다. 두 단계 모두에서 점진적인 기계학습 방법(TiMBL - IB2)을 이용한다. 제안된 시스템을 평가하기 위해 12명의 사용자로부터 12,000통으로 이루어진 전자편지 말뭉치를 구축하였다. 실험 결과는 사용자에 따라 $81%{\sim}93%$의 분류 정확도를 보였다. 사용자의 행동 정보를 포함하는 편지 분류 결과는 그렇지 않은 결과에 비해 평균 14%의 분류 정확도가 향상되었다.

공동주택단지 내 휘트니스 센터 시설현황 분석에 관한 연구 (The Present Status Analysis of Interior Planning in a Fitness Center Inside an Apartment Complex)

  • Lately due to the sudden growth of the construction of an apartment complex in domestic market, many construction companies are eager to provide various public facilities to increase the apartment distribution rate. An introduction of a fitness center is popularized as a part of such development. There has been a continuing development in a private fitness based on analyzing the user's data. However a public fitness is quite different from the private in terms of a user's classification, preference rate, the pattern of use, and location which requires a different facility plan. Nevertheless, all these days a public fitness in an apartment house has been developed without a specific facility plan based on relevant materials. It is worried that such development would cause the facilities not to function as appropriate resident facilities and sink to idle ones. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to make the standard considered in facility planning in future and the base to guide an applying method. In the paper the present condition of fitness centers inside apartment houses has been compared to analyze the progress of the existing facilities and the appropriateness of the organization and the structure division. The result of the research shows that public resident facilities is not the place to perform passive role for fixed activities but one to form a community through the human relationship based on the facility. Therefore a fitness center inside the apartment complex have to be designed to provide service and leisure space as one of main community facilities for residents. To obtain this purpose, when choosing facilities of an apartment complex, first of all the residents' standard of living, apartment size, residents' distinction rate of age and sex, the needs of the times should be fully considered Secondly, the size of each facility space have to be decided based on the practical data analysis in facility use such as space preference, average staying time. Also, future living culture requires the change of the function and space according to the change of social values, so continuing research and data analysis are required to related to fitness center inside an apartment complex in order to present systematic approaching method and the paper will be expected to be a little step toward it.

요로결석 위치 진단에 대한 복부자세 변화에 따른 연구 (A Study on the Diagnosis of Urinary Stone Location by Abdominal Positioning Variations)

  • Patients who visit the emergency room with urinary stones have difficulty lying down in a supine position due to severe pain when performing the KUB test. The purpose of this study was to find methods to reduce the patients' pain and image distortion, and obtain medical images with high diagnostic values. After checking the standard classification of disease and cause of death, the target group consisted of 121 patients who had clearly distinguished stones from computed tomography. Patients with stones in the ureteralvesical junction were excluded. Qualitative image evaluation was performed by confirming the location of the stone in the computed tomography images. and evaluated the rate of visual discrimination of stones possible through KUB and abdominal plain X-ray. Quantitative image evaluation was performed on the KUB, abdominal plain X-ray images. The transverse process of the first lumbar vertebrae served as the standard point, and the length from this point to the lower part of the stone was measured. Results from looking at the rate of visual discrimination of stones possible through KUB and abdominal plain X-ray showed: 94 patients (77.6%) for KUB images and 91 patients (75.2%) for computed tomography images. The standard deviation for KUB and abdominal X-ray was 3 (2.4%). Comparing and analyzing the location from KUB images and abdominal plain X-ray images, the stone position was 10.1 mm in the kidney, 10.5 mm in the ureteropelvic junction, and 9.7 mm in the ureters. It was shown that the stone moved 10 mm on average with significant statistical difference (P<0.05). In cases where the pain is so severe that it is impossible to perform the test in the supine position, an alternative may be to check the stone position by performing a modified KUB test by having the patient stand in a vertical position. In the future, this will provide convenience to both the examiner and the patient when performing the examination, and it will contribute with its reproducibility.

  • Purpose: Hemorrhagic shock is the leading cause of death in patients with pelvic bone fractures. The majority of blood loss is due to injured pelvic arteries and retroperitoneal veins and to bleeding from the fracture site itself. Pelvic angiography and embolization of injured vessels is an effective way to control continuous bleeding. However, identifying the bleeding focus in hemodynamically unstable patients before diagnostic intervention is difficult. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between fracture patterns in hemodynamically unstable patients with pelvic fractures and later pelvic angiography findings. Methods: We performed a retrospective study of 21 hemodynamically unstable patients with pelvic fractures admitted to our emergency department between April 2001 to April 2006. All 21 patients underwent pelvic angiography. Pelvic fractures were assessed according to the Tile's classification and the degree of injury was assessed using the Injury Severity Score (ISS) and Revised Trauma Score (RTS). The hemodynamic status of the patients was defined using vital signs, base excess, and blood lactate. Fracture patterns were compared with hemodynamic status and angiography findings. Results: In the 5year study period, 21 hemodynamically unstable pelvic bone fracture patients were admitted; ten were men (47.6%), and 11 were women (52.4%). The mean age was 41.1 years (range: ${\pm}20.1$). Of the 21 embolization was performed in 6 patient (28.6%): 1 patient of the 5 unstable pelvic bone fracture patients (20%), and 5 patients of 16 the stable pelvic bone fracture patients (31.3%). There were no significant differences between the RTS (p=0.587) and embolization rate (p=0.774) for either the stable patients or the unstable patients. Patients with arterial injury on angiography had a lower RTS compared with patients without arterial injury but there was no significant difference in ISS between the two groups. The angiographic injured sites were five internal femoral arteries and one external femoral artery. Conclusion: The findings in this study suggest that the pelvic fracture pattern in hemodynamically unstable patients with pelvic fractures does not correlate with pelvic angiography findings.
