This study investigated dynamic causal relationship between CSR implementation and consumption of environmentally friendly fashion products through systems thinking. Based on literature review and empirical research, we drew causal loop diagram for CSR implementation in environmentally friendly fashion product industry. By analyzing feedback loops, we found that companies and consumers interact in the process of CSR activities. In the process of CSR implementation, companies and consumers are closely related and affect each other as stimuli and prior condition. This study suggests that companies adopt push strategy to actively create demand by developing and promoting environmentally friendly fashion products and that companies communicate with consumers in order to be recognized and rewarded by consumers for their CSR activities. In addition, this study suggests that consumers not only support companies of CSR activities but also actively boycott anti-environmental companies by collective action.

The purpose of TQM (Total Quality Management)-centered organizational culture is to enhance the efficiency of business through the proper allocation and concentration of restricted resources. In order to maximize the corporate profitability through customer satisfaction, what kind of, when and how many resources should be allocated and managed to the preventive TQM activities and corrective TQM activities have become a very important decision making factors at the point of high management. This study aims to identify the causal relationships of quality-centered organizational culture on service quality and customer satisfaction relating to service failure in food service industry. And this study is intended to discover the factors of quality-centered organizational culture which impacts on service recovery justice after service failure happens, and it can be helpful for the top managers to make a decision to how to form corporate structural culture.

2008년 세계 금융위기 이후 경기침체에 따른 은행의 저금리로 인해 금융상품의 대체재로 상가 오피스텔과 같은 임대수익형 투자 상품에 대한 관심과 투자수요가 증가했다. 이는 오피스텔 개발의 양적인 팽창에는 많은 기여를 해왔지만 과잉공급, 임대 수익률 감소, 그에 따른 개발사업의 부정적인 인식 확산 등 문제점을 야기했다. 문제점의 원인은 하나의 대표 값으로 제시하는 기존의 잘못된 사업타당성 분석에서 찾을 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템다이내믹스를 활용한 오피스텔 사업타당성 분석 모델 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 사업타당성 연구현황을 파악하고 시스템다이내믹스에 대한 문헌고찰을 수행한다. 둘째, 타당성분석에 있어 고려해야 하는 변수들을 선정하고, 인과지도를 작성한다. 셋째, 인과지도를 토대로 모델 구축을 수행한다. 넷째, 오피스텔 사례와 비교하여 적합성과 유효성을 검증하고 타당성을 비교한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모델은 오피스텔개발사업의 실행여부를 결정하는 의사결정권자 및 이해관계자에게 의사결정 도구로써 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

If a system such a port and regional economy has a large boundary and complexity, the system's substance is considered as a black box, forecast accuracy will be very low. Futhermore various components in a port and regional economy exert significant influence on each other. To copy with these problem the from of structure models were introduced by using SD model. This study has the issue of simplifying the regional economic effects of the port as contributing to raising the regional income. The regional economic effects of port have various indirect ones except for this. So, SD(System Dynamics) was presented, and applied to simulate port and regional economy.

This study suggests a Causal Loop Diagram(CLD) of causality mechanism which are integrating matters of localization, networking, embeddedness & institutional thickness and collective learning. These five factors(localization, networking, embeddedness & institutional thickness, collective learning, innovative synergy) have been studied and proofed Also this study suggest a model of industry cluster based on holistic and global system thinking rather than local and linear thinking.

This study suggests a Causal Loop Diagram(CLD) of Causality Mechanism which are intergrating matter of for-profit hospital, non-for profit hospital, healthcare development, national medical spending. To coordinate each part theory, we suggest more developed medical system in our study. Through the system thinking, development of hospital as research center in industry can lesson the rise of medical spending effectively.

In this paper, we proposed a modeling method of continuous combat simulation by using VENSIM. VENSIM is a CASE tool for developing continuous simulation. It provides a simple and flexible way of building simulation models from causal loop or influence diagram. As a case model, we developed "a prototype model of battle"incorporating infantry, artillery, air defense weapon, aircraft, and guerrilla engagement.ngagement.

저탄소 도시 실현의 대안으로써 저탄소경관을 창출하기 위해서는 다중 스케일 차원에서 디자인 요소들의 동태성을 이해해야 하며, 탄소 저장효과를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 시스템 다이내믹스를 활용하여 인공지반 교목의 탄소저장량 변화를 장기적인 측면에서 시뮬레이션하고 평가하는 것이다. 연구의 과정은 인과지도를 통해 다중 스케일 측면에서 탄소순환의 동태성을 분석하고, 강남구청 본관 옥상공원의 탄소저장량에 대하여 2008년, 2018년, 2028년, 2038년의 변화를 시뮬레이션하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인공지반 교목과 도시 탄소순환 탄소저장량의 관계에 대한 인과지도 분석결과, 다중 스케일간의 관계성이 확인되었다. 둘째, 시뮬레이션 모델의 주요변수는 '바이오매스', '탄소저장량', '고사유기물', '탄소흡수량'이 선정되어 모델에 활용되었으며, 적합도는 $R^2=0.725$(p<0.05)로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시뮬레이션 모델 결과, 인공지반 교목의 탄소저장량은 시간의 흐름에 따라 수종의 순위가 다양하게 변하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 홍단풍, 소나무, 자작나무와 같은 수종을 강남구청 본관 옥상공원의 탄소저장량 향상을 위한 수종으로 제안하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 저탄소경관 계획 시 식재계획의 기준안 또는 수종 선택에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The maintenance of school building is pivotal issue. However, it is difficult to obtain basic analysis data for LCC(Lifecycle Cost) analysis and maintenance planning of school building. Therefore, this study proposed System Dynamics(SD) techniques to make maintenance decisions for school building. The interaction between the major parameters related to the aging of a building, maintenance activities, and cost were expressed in Causal Loop Diagram. Based on this, the formula for the relationship between causal maps was defined and converted to Stock and Flow Diagram. Through the completed SD model the 50-year plan of 214 educational building were tested by considered in account budget, maintainability, and budget allocation opinions. As a result, the integrated SD model demonstrated that it can support strategic decision making by identifying the status class and LCC behavior of school buildings by scenario. According to the scenario analysis, the rehabilitation action of preventive maintenance that primarily repairs the buildings in condition grade C showed the best performance improvement effect relative to the cost. Therefore, if the proposed SD model is expanded to consider the effects of other educational policies, the crucial performance improvement budget can be estimated in the long-term perspective.

This study explores hedge fund characteristics that affect hedge fund performance, namely, fund size, fund age, and performance fee. Previous studies have examined relationships between hedge fund characteristics and fund performance using singular and static thinking to report inconsistent findings without providing full understanding of the causal relationships among variables. To identify that comprehensive causal relationships between hedge fund characteristics and hedge fund performance, this research applies the system dynamics perspective, which allowed demonstration of the interactions within the overall system beyond the singular causal relationships between hedge fund characteristics and performance found in existing traditional research. This study contributes to existing literature in the following ways. First, it overcomes the limitations of singular research methodologies by looking at the integrated system of hedge fund characteristics and fund performance from a bird's eye view based on their dynamic feedback relationships. Second, policy suggestions in terms of regulation and education are presented as growth strategies for the sustainable development of the Korean hedge fund market.
