This study explores factors to facilitate web-based collaborative learning and the effect of learning, based on the PBL(Problem Based Learning) from the constructivist approach in e-learning. A research model, using the key variables such as situations, interactions, and systems, was developed. In order to test this proposed model, experimental design and post-survey was conducted to the learners who took on-line and off-line course with team project. In the research model, situation category was divided into instructor's support, unstructured problem, and self-directed learning. Interaction category was divided into three factors; 'interaction between learners', 'interaction between learner and instructor', and 'interaction between learner and technology'. System category was divided into.monitoring and incentives. As a result, it was found that collaborative learning can be improved by situations, interactions, and systems, and the effectiveness of learning can be improved by situations and interactions in PBL.

Objectives : This study aims to diachronically examine the classification systems of all materia medica, followed by categorization and analysis of each category to deduce each category's characteristic. This will provide foundation for further examining classifications of bencao in contemporary herbology. Methods : Classification systems from a total of 93 bencao related texts were collected and categorized. Each category's classification system was analyzed to determine its meaning. The classification systems were compared from a diachronic perspective, to further deduce each system's problem from a historical context. Results : The classification systems of materia medica could be summarized as following three standards: quality, origin, and medical application. In reality, bencao could be generally classified according to origin and medical application. The origin-based classification system provided a stable and flexible classification outline in the expansion process of bencao. The medical application-based classification strengthened the relationship between bencao and illness pattern, improving clinical applicability. Conclusions : In the history of herbology, the two classification systems created the current of herbology through mutual contribution and conflict. We hope that further discussion on the direction towards which classification system of bencao in contemporary herbology should head will proceed based on this study.

한국의 현행 지목 분류 체계로는 복잡하고 다양하게 사용하는 토지의 이용 현황을 정확하게 지적공부에 등록할 수 없다. 따라서 우리나라 지목 분류 체계 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출하기 위하여 2013년에 신승우 외 4인이 '국내외 지목체계 운영 실태 연구'라는 논문을 발표하였다. 이 논문은 6개국의 '지목'과 '토지이용' 및 '토지피복'을 동일선 상에서 비교하고, 일부 사실이 아닌 내용이 서술되어 있어, 이에 관한 새로운 시각을 제시하였다. 앞으로 독일·일본·대만의 지목 분류 체계에 관한 이해를 바탕으로 합리적인 대안이 제시되길 기대하며, 향후 연구 과제로 독일과 대만의 지목 분류 체계의 변천연혁을 연구하여 한국의 지목 분류 체계 개선에 참고할 것을 제안한다.

In this paper, we propose a meta-search engine which provides distributed product information through a unified access to multiple e-commerce. The meta-search engine proposed in this paper performs the following functions: (I) The user is able to create a category-based user query, (2) by using the WordNet, the query is semantical refined fined for increasing search accuracy, and (3) the meta-search engine recommends an e-commerce site which has the closest product information to the user's search intention, by matching the user query with the product catalogs in the e-commerce sites linked to the meta-search engine. An experiment shows that the performance of our model is better than that of general keyword-based search.

본 논문에서는 형태소 unigram과 한국어 어절을 형성하는 형태소 범주 패턴에 기반하여 어절을 인식하는 한국어 띄어쓰기 시스템을 구현하였다. 기존에 많이 연구된 통계 정보를 이용한 띄어쓰기 모델은 비교적 짧은 시간에 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 장점이 있지만, 한국어의 형태 유형론적 특성 때문에 발생하는 (ㄱ) 자료부족 문제와 (ㄴ) 메모리 크기 문제에 효과적으로 대처하지 못한다. 본 논문은 이 두 문제를 동시에 해결하기 위해 어절을 구성하고 있는 개별 형태소의 통계 정보와 그 형태소의 범주의 통계 정보를 기반으로 하여 띄어쓰기 후보 어절들을 추천한다. 임의의 후보 어절이 최종의 띄어쓰기 단위인 어절이 될 수 있는 확률은 (ㄱ) 해당 후보 어절 내의 각 형태소 확률과 (ㄴ) 해당 후보 어절을 구성하기 위해 그 형태소의 범주가 다른 형태소 범주와 함께 형성하는 패턴 내에서 차지하는 '범주가중치'를 고려하여 구한다. 해당 '범주가중치'는 (ㄱ) 말뭉치로부터 실제로 관찰된 어절의 확률과 (ㄴ) 후보 어절 내의 개별 형태소의 확률과 (ㄷ) 그 범주 가중치에 의해 추정된 어절 확률 사이의 평균 에러(error mean)가 최저가 되는 방향으로 학습하여 얻어진다.

여러 오픈마켓에서 판매자가 동일한 상품을 등록할 시에 각 오픈마켓마다 다른 기준으로 제공되는 카테고리로 인하여 카테고리 선정에 어려움이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 판매자가 오픈마켓에서 상품 등록 시 다른 오픈마켓에서 기 판매하고 있는 상품의 카테고리와 의미적으로 가장 연관성이 높은 카테고리를 추천하는 방법을 제안한다. 이때 입력받은 카테고리를 의미 분석하는 방법으로 형태소 분석, Wiki 낱말사전, WordNet, Google 번역 서비스를 사용하여 추출된 색인어로 카테고리를 검색한 후, 의미적 연관성 측정을 통하여 가장 의미가 비슷한 카테고리를 추천하는 방법이다. 실험 결과로 색인어 기반의 검색방법 보다 제안하는 의미분석 검색방법이 정확한 검색결과를 보여주어 시스템의 신뢰도를 향상시켰으며, 카테고리를 선택하는데 드는 시간비용을 절감해주는 것을 보인다.

One of organization's generic functions is the interpretation of events to carry out decision-making activities. In intelligent Data Interpretation System(IDIS), Interpreting is computationally modeled as classification of new data into categories having similar features. We define the Extensional Object Model(ExOM) as a formalism for IDIS. In ExOM, objects and categories are loosely coupled to provide flexibility for both object description and category definition in data gathering and interpretation process. Objects are classified inductively based on exemplars of categories as well as deductively based on category structures.

Ground-Based Augmentation System (GBAS) is providing precision approach and landing service with aircraft around airport. FAA granted System Design Approval (SDA) of SLS-4000 to Honeywell as the first GBAS category I system on September 2009. Since then, according to their own kind of approval process including System Design Approval, Facility Approval and Operational Approval, USA, Germany, Spain and Australia have approved GBAS category I system which are installed in some airports in order to provide commercial GBAS service. Recently, KARI has also installed GBAS category I system into Gimpo international airport to establish operational technology of GBAS domestically and to validate effectiveness of GBAS system in Korea. This paper introduces overseas trends and activities regarding approval process of GBAS system and presents approval process and criteria appropriate for future commercial operation of GBAS in Korea.

For university facility and space management to be public, and to increase the administrational efficiency, this research suggests an efficient as well as an objective evaluation system/index to allow national and university finances to contribute towards higher education. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into two categories; quality and space management. First, quality management is subdivided into three groups in order for quantitative management, school site and building area, secured building, and financial affairs and expense management. In order for an effective and appropriate space management, the second category of space management proposes seven subdivisions. Based on these subdivisions, quality management on university facility contains 10 evaluation items with marking system which allows perfect score of 50 points. The space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. Therefore, this study developed total of 29 evaluation items for university facility management with marking system that allows perfect score of 150 points. The suggested evaluation system and items will be used as a valuable foundation for efficient and objective university facility management.

본 논문에서는 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 한 정보 필터링을 사용하여 개개인의 학생들에게 맞는 효율적인 웹 기반 비디오 학습 평가 시스템을 제시한다. 비디오 기반 문제들이 주어지면, 키 프레임들은 위치, 크기, 그리고 컬러 정보를 기반으로 추출되고, 문제 출제 구간은 시간 윈도우와 그레이-레벨 히스토그램의 차이에 의해 추출된다 게다가, 카테고리-기반 시스템과 키워드 기반 시스템을 합성하여 문제 출제가 효율적인 평가를 확실해 하도록 주어진다. 따라서 학생들은 관심 영역을 유지하면서 부족한 영역을 보충함으로서 학업 성취도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
