Joining Motive of Eating Out Franchise Management System and the Relation between a Rate of Satisfaction and Renewal of a Contract Intent (외식 프랜차이즈 운영시스템의 가맹동기 및 만족도와 재계약의도)

  • The study demonstrably begins with the franchise system that found management of member store for office, the satisfaction that the relation between main office and member store and the difference with renewal of the contract. According to the result of the study that analyzed the difference in the rate of satisfaction that depended on individual peculiarities, the study found the statistical difference in a part of a category of business, a school career, a business career, a floor area, a selling level and presence of experience. The floor area and the selling level are distributed into 3 groups and the category of business, the school career, the business career and presence of experience are distributed into 2 groups. In addition, the result that analyzed the difference in the rate of satisfaction that depended on the motive found that improvements were distributed into 2 groups and there was the difference between the rate of satisfaction that depended on renewal of the contract intent.

Practical Evaluation of Intellectual Capital (IC) Measurement Tool for Contract Foodservice Management Company (위탁급식전문업체 지적자본 측정도구의 운용시험 평가)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the IC identified of CFMC (contract foodservice management company) ,b) examine IC circumstance of CFMC, c) evaluate practically IC measurement tool of CFMC, and d) present information for selecting an adequate CFMC to clients. The questionnaires of IC measurement were handed out to 108 CFMCs, there composing of main office employees, foodservice managers, customers, and clients of 207 school,38 hospital, and 86 husiness/industry foodservices. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win (ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test. First, CFMCs had operational experience for an average of 8 years and 8 months, and served an average of 38,540 meals a day. Most of the respondent companies specialized in the school foodservice field and managed an average of 66 clients for the contract period of 2 years and 3 months. Second, the respondent companies had gotten a score of 77.78 points for the total average, 77.7 points in the large enterprise group and 78.1 points in the small and medium-sized enterprise group. Therefore, the minimum number of points for the accrediting license on Qualification is suggested to be over 70 out of a 100 point scale; this study would be serve as reference for the certification license on qualification. On the level of evaluation category, the scores were 14.15 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$finance$\urcorner$, 19.24 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$, 19.33 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$, 14.31 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$human resource$\urcorner$, and 8.6 to 10 point on $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ . $\ulcorner$Renewal and development$\urcorner$ and $\ulcorner$customer focus$\urcorner$ received better grades than other evaluation categories. Third, $\ulcorner$Finance$\urcorner$ indicated similar distribution overall. Small and medium-sized companies had lower grades than large companies on 'market ability' of $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$ , but, clients of small and medium-sized companies had higher grade for 'client satisfaction' than large companies. Most of the companies supported 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation' of $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$ by the main office of CFMCs, but, the branch chain offices of CFMCs were not applied efficiently. Large companies made more effort to improve the 'employee ability' of $\ulcorner$human focus$\urcorner$ than small and medium-sized CFMC. The 'research and development cost' of $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ was increased compared to the previous year. In conclusion, if CFMCs were to perform self-evaluation and a routine checkups by utilizing CFMC's IC measuring tool, improvements in CFMC operational capacities as well as foodservice quality can be noted.   • The purpose of this paper is a study of the next generation innovation to deal with changing business environment in which the competition is getting fierce. The ultimate goal of a company is to sustain and grow by creating value or profit continuously. As the social or business environment changes, the way of creating profits also changes. Therefore, business management or innovation should be evolved in accordance with the value change, and this gives basis to the question "What would the next generation innovation be like?". This paper is not to give the definite answer to the next generation innovation, but to get discussion started. We hope that many ideas, critiques and opinions to this paper will make the next generation innovation clear.

Current Drug Classification System in Korea and Its Improvement (우리나라의 현행 의약품분류체계에 대한 고찰 및 개선 방안)

  • Appropriate drug classification is important fur rational drug consumption. This study was conducted to evaluate the appropriateness of current drug classification system and suggest possible ways for improving the system. Nonprescription drug market has been decreased. Since total 27,962 products had been classified (prescription 17,187 vs. nonprescription 10,775 products, 61.5% vs. 38.5%) in July 2000 for implementing separation of drug prescribing and dispensing system, there are no classification changes. Reclassification is not motivated by product holder and regulatory system did not lead classification change either. Consumers' ease access to some nonprescription drugs is demanded. But point of public awareness and cultural and health environmental views, saff drug use rather than advantages from broad supply of nonprescription drugs is more critical. We concluded that current 2-categorized (prescription and nonprescription) drug classification system is appropriate, and addition of general sale category should be approached carefully with long term Preparations such as establishment of better nonprescription drug consuming infrastructure by public information provision and education for improving public medicinal knowledge and strengthening self medication guidance, and review of current classification status of marketed drugs and switching possibilities. For systemizing and encouraging reclassification, introduction of regulatory renewal system as a continuous reevaluation program which is the best way to review appropriateness of drug classification as well as provision of detailed guidance for industry including policy, requirement and process fer reclassification application, are necessary.

Adaptation to Motherhood in Central Asian-Korean Immigrants to Korea: A Grounded Theory Study (한국으로 이주한 고려인 여성의 모성 적응과정: 근거이론연구)

  • Purpose: This qualitative study aimed to develop a substantive theory of the process of adaptation to motherhood in Central Asian-Korean immigrants to Korea. Methods: Individual, in-depth interviews were conducted from July to September 2017, with 18 women who emigrated of Korean ethnicity from Central Asia to Korea, and took care of their baby for at least a year after their first delivery in Korea. The interviews were audio-recorded and transcribed verbatim. Data from the transcriptions were analyzed through Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory method, and data analysis was conducted simultaneously with data collection. Results: As a result of categorizing the interview data through the process of open coding, 10 categories, with 31 subcategories and 102 concepts were drawn, and "growth as a Central Asian-Korean mother in an unfamiliar, historical hometown" was found to be the core category of the process of adaptation to motherhood in Central Asian-Korean immigrants to Korea. Conclusion: A characteristic of the process of adaptation to motherhood in Central Asian-Korean immigrants to Korea, drawn from this study, is that it differs according to the level of initiative to carry out interaction strategies, and the use of various supportive social resources. The findings indicate the need for Medicare eligibility adjustment for antenatal care, the extension of the visa renewal period during childbirth, the development of web- or mobile application-based educational programs in Russian language, and the establishment of integrated visiting healthcare services, community service resources, and policy support to enable these women to utilize various supportive social resources.

  • Strategic partnerships of alliances and large shipping companies have been steadily launched in shipping market. Converting these alliances into customers and maintaining them important hub port status. The cases of container terminals to establish a political strategy based on. On the other hand, bulk terminals are relatively unexplored container terminal and bulk terminal are included in the same category of port empirical research from the overall perspective. Therefore, analysis of structural equations was utilized in this study. Analysis of the entire measurement model showed that all items except "Results - Intention of renewal" on bulk terminals were significant. This study is expected to contribute to promotion of empirical studies in various levels by compare container terminals and bulk terminals.
