인산형 연료전지(PAFC)용 전해질 매트릭스의 제조방법이 전극/매트릭스 계면특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Preparation Methods of a Matrix Retaining Electrolyte on the Characteristics of a Phosphoric Acid Fuel Cell)

  • The matrices which consisted of SiC whisker, PES(polyesterasulfone) as a binder, span 80(sorbitan monooleate) as a surfactant, TPP(triphenyl phosphate) as a plasticizer and dichloromethane as a solvent, have been prepared by the various methods such as tape casting, rolling, tape cast-coating and roll-coating method. The fuel cells of single stack type using these matrices are characterized by ac impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry technique. A fuel cell using a matrix prepared by the tape cast-coating method shows the best performance of 466.34 mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at 0.6V because it has the lowest polarization resistance at the interface between electrodes and a matrix due to the largest three phase contact region of gases, catalyst and electrolyte.

골 생체조직공학을 위한 복합 세라믹 골 지지체의 제조와 생체역학적 특성 (Fabrication and Biomechanical Characteristics of Composite Ceramic Bone Scaffolds for Bone Tissue Engineering)

  • Novel porous composite ceramic bone scaffolds composed of biodegradable PHBV(polyhydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) and TA(toothapatite) have been fabricated for bone tissue engineering by a modified solvent casting and particulate leach-ing method with salt-contained heat compression technique. The results of this study suggest that the PHBV-TA composite scaffold, especially the scaffold containing 30 weight$\%$ of TA may be a good candidate far bone tissue engineering of non-load bearing area in oral and maxillofacial region.

  • 팝음악이 국내에 들어오면서 우리와는 체격조건이 다른 그들의 노래를 부르기 위해 가수들은 부단히애를 써야 했으며, 많은 시행착오를 겪었다. 때론 무리한 발성으로 인해 성대가 손상되는 경우도 비일비재 하였다. 가수 조용필은 자신의 신체적인 한계를 극복하여 가창력을 최대화 시킬 수 있는 해법을 우리의 국악에서 찾았다. 그 대표적인곡이 바로 "창밖의 여자"인데 이 노래는 조용필의 최고의 히트곡이자 가요발성에 있어 새로운 전환점을 만들어준 곡이다. 본 연구에서는 당시의 시대적, 음악적인 배경 등을 통해 가요계의 전반적인 상황이 어떠했는지를 파악하여 왜 그 노래가 당시엔 획기적인 창법이었는지 그 이유를 제시해 보고자 한다. 또한 "창밖의 여자"의 곡의 흐름과 감정처리 방법, 테크닉 등을 분석해 봄으로써 호흡과 발성이 어떻게 이루어지고 표현되었는지를 연구해 보도록 하겠다.

일체화된 Aperture 구조의 한계전류형 산소센서의 제작 및 특성 (Fabrication and characteristics of limit-current type oxygen sensor with monolith aperture structure)

  • Monolith aperture-type oxygen sensors with simple structure of YSZ(pin-hole)/Pt/ YSZ(solid electrolyte)/Pt were fabricated by co-firing technique. To enhance the yield of productivity, a couple of YSZ green sheets for diffused barrier and solid electrolyte were prepared by tape-casting and co-firing method. The limit current characteristics of the oxygen sensors were measured between 500 and $650^{\circ}C$ The heating temperature of $600^{\circ}C$ was optimum as a portable oxygen sensor in the range of oxygen concentration from 0 to 75 vol%. Linear proficiency of limit current behavior as a function of oxygen concentration was controlled by the variation of aperture dimension. The fabricated oxygen sensors showed the stable sensing output for 30 days. Gas leakage in bonding area due to warping, cracking and thermal cycling was not found in the period.

열처리에 따른 급냉 Fe-6.5%Si 스트립의 미세구조 및 자기특성 변화 (Effects of Thermal Treatments on Microstructural Features and Magnetic Properties of Rapidly Quenched Fe-6.5%Si Strip)

  • The objectives of this study are first, to expand our understanding of relationship between magnetic properties and microstructural features such as grain size and texture, and second to reduce core loss of Fe-6.5%Si strip through optimizing heat treatment conditions. A rapid solidification technique, planar flow casting(PFC), was adopted to produce Fe-6.5%Si strips. The strips were heat treated under various conditions. The results show that heat treatment conditions can change not only grain size but also (200) texture formation on the strip surface. Variation in magnetic properties of Fe-6.5%Si strip is analyzed in terms of the change in grain size as well as (200) texture on the strip surface. The heat treatment conditions of $1100^{\circ}C$ over 2 hr or $1150^{\circ}C$ $1{\sim}2hr$ in $N_2+5%H_2$ appear to minimize core loss of Fe-6.5%Si strips.

  • 본 논문은 향상된 곡률기반 GPU 등가면 레이캐스팅 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 등가면을 계산할 때 Sigg et al. [1]이 제안한 고속연산 기법을 사용하고 미분값을 계산할 때는 드 부어 알고리즘을 사용한다. 이렇게 함으로써 추가적인 텍스쳐 읽기연산의 수를 84번에서 27번으로 줄일 수 있어, 플랫폼에 따라 편차는 있으나 결과적으로 최고 약 30%가량 성능이 향상된다.

  • 이 논문에서는 실제 옹벽 건설현장에서 FBG온도센서와 변형률센서를 이용하여 타설초기의 수축률과 온도를 모니터링 하였다. 실험결과, FBG센서를 이용한 모니터링 기법은 극초기재령의 콘크리트를 모니터링 하기에 매우 실용적인 방법임이 입증되었다. 또한 이 연구에서 사용된 모니터링 기술은 매스콘크리트 구조물의 변형률과 온도 모니터링에 확장하여 적용할 수 있다.

  • We have fabricated vertical type organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) using organic semiconductor materials such as F16CuPc, NTCDA, PTCDI C-8 and C60. The layers of OTFT were fabricated by vacuum evaporation technique and spin casting method onto the Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) coated glass. I-V characteristics and on-off ratios of the fabricated OTFTs were investigated. In addition, we have fabricated light emitting transistor using MEH-PPV and then investigated EL electroluminescent properties.

  • 3D medical image reconstruction techniques are useful to figure out complex 3D structure from the set of 2D sections but their implementations are difficult due to processor's limitation and their computational complexity. In this paper, we propose a new speed optimization technique or accelerating the volume rendering algorithm. In addition, the whole procedure or reconstructing the medical images are constructed by using Visual C++ 5.0 under PC environment. They include classification, shading and ray-casting.

하회마을을 모티브로 한 문화상품 디자인 개발 (Cultural Goods Development with Hahoe Village Motif)

  • This article is to develop test product as adopting motifs from Andong Hahoe Village registered in the UNESCO World Heritage. This study associates physiographic features and images of Hahoe Village with test product. In the research result of this study, the value of product and possibility of success of test product was found as follows. Firstly, Making the puzzle-oriented Desk Service Hahoe Village views by using 22 different styles & functional artworks. Secondly, Producing the tangible forms such as a tree, thatched cottage, arbor, tile-roofed house and ferryboat by casting technique. Thirdly, Designing the shape of the terrain by utilizing computer programing softwares such as CAD drawings and ARTCAM. Finally, Developing the mass-produce goods reflecting region historical and cultural characteristics. I expect this study may increase of interest of our country's culture and play several roles of the bridgehead for product development. Also I reconsider sensitivity recovery of users and our cultural value increase.
