Purpose - This study is regarding customer service environment in casino marketing under a study on the factors affecting casino tourist satisfaction based on casino tourists' various needs. Research design and methodology - The study of casino tourism policy factors is proceeded by interviewing tourists of Macao casino. A total of 220 copies were distributed and 193 copies were collected, but 13 copies were not conceded due to insincere responses, and a total of 180 cases were analyzed for this study. Based on the analysis results, the casino tourism policy factors were derived through satisfaction level of casino tourist service as follows. Results - Firstly, the casino tourist satisfaction is a positive influence on casino visits, so efforts should be made to enhance tourist satisfaction when establishing cultural experience programs and casino marketing strategies. Casino culture for tourist should be matured to develop casino tour. In order to increase the satisfaction level of revisiting casino resorts, various cultural products such as clean environment should be developed to enhance the satisfaction level of casino visitors in the future. Secondly, a positive impact of cultural, experiential visits and psychological motivations affect to tourists' psychological stability through cultural experiences as well as casino games. Thirdly, casino tourist satisfaction has been shown to provide a positive impact on behavior intention. Conclusions - Based on the results of this research, the marketing of casino tour is to identify tourists' needs and increase satisfaction.

국내 카지노 산업은 기존의 단일 카지노 형태에서 벗어나 선진형 복합 카지노 리조트로 변화를 시도하고 있다. 이와 함께 카지노 기업 차원에서 도박의 부정적인 영향으로 인한 사건사고를 예방하고 대응하는 보안관리 시스템의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 관련 문헌 분석과 사례연구를 통하여 바람직한 국내 외국인 전용 카지노의 보안관리 운영시스템의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 국내의 외국인 전용 카지노 보안관리 시스템이 카지노 산업 변화에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 첫째, 카지노 보안요원의 보호규정 결여, 둘째, 카지노 보안관리 시스템 이원화로 인한 운영체계 비효율, 셋째, 카지노 보안요원의 체계적인 교육 시스템 부재의 세 가지 영역에서 개선이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 개선 방안으로 본 연구에서는 첫째, 카지노 보안요원의 신변 보호를 위한 관계법 개정 검토, 둘째, 카지노 보안요원의 전문성 강화, 셋째, 카지노 보안관리 운영시스템의 단일 운영체계 구축을 제시하였다.

This study is intended to present the direction for the wholesome development and support of the hotel casino industry in korea through the menu analysis of hotel casino restaurant. Miller's menu analysis was made of a lower food cost percentage in consideration of the quantity sold of each menu item and food cost percentage. As a result, it was shown that the proportion belonging to the upper category in the menu items intended for research in korean casino restaurant, it raises a problem in the menu management of korean casino restaurants.

This study aimed to explore residents' perceptions towards Kangwon Land Casino. An on-site survey was conducted for residents in the casino communities using self-administered questionnaires. Completed questionnaires were obtained from 191 residents in the study area. A factor-clustering method identified four distinct segments: positive perceived impact residents (52.8%), negative perceived impact residents (11.3%), unconcerned residents (28.9%), and selectively perceived impact residents (6.9%). Results showed that women and younger residents are more likely to perceive positive impact with casino development. Men, middle-aged residents and farmers are more likely to perceive negative impact with casino development. White-collar business-class residents are more likely to perceive the impact selectively with casino development. We suggest that the stakeholders including public bodies on casino industry development boards share with local residents information on the economic benefits and other topics related to the casino business.

The improvement of the life standard of the public by the economical growth leads their interests to the leisure activities, so that the demand for resort facilities has been increased. Especially, casino resort facilities in Kangwon-Do has been developed continuously without exact concept of casino resort design. This resort facilities has been planned by indiscreet imitation of foreign examples and non-organized developments and etc. One of the reasons for these problems may be from the lack of the knowledges and researches related to the architectural approaching of these facilities. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic informations for better understanding and improvement of planning and design direction for these facilities through a survey the famous casino resort facilities in Las Vegas. As a result of this research, Las Vegas has been changed tremendously from the casino resort to the resort complex for families with special theme and various facilities.

아직까지 내국인 카지노는 강원랜드 한 곳 밖에 없어, 조직간 이동 현상은 두드러지지 않고 있지만, 향후 더 많은 내국인 카지노가 생긴다면 더 좋은 근무조건과 업무환경으로 종사원들의 이동은 막을 수 없을 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 기존의 고객 유지는 물론 신규고객을 창출하기 위해 고객만족을 유도하는 종사원 중요성에 대한 조치가 필요하다. 이를 위해 종사원의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 종사원의 능력을 최대화 시키고, 종사원의 만족을 서비스로 전환 할 수 있는 노력이 요구된다. 특히 카지노 딜러는 고객을 일선에서 직접 접촉하며 원활한 게임 진행이라는 중요한 부분을 담당한다. 이 같은 카지노 종사원의 중요성에도 불구하고, 카지노 산업에 관한 기존연구들은 경제적인 효과에만 중점을 두었으며, 현장에서 고객에게 서비스를 제공하는 업무 특성을 고려한 카지노 종사원에 관한 체계적인 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 카지노 딜러를 대상으로 직무만족 영향요인을 파악하고 만족도를 분석하여 이를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

세계 카지노 산업은 단순한 겜블링만을 하는 카지노에서 리조트의 기능, 테마파크의 기능, 컨벤션의 기능 등을 도입하여 토탈 엔터테인먼트(Total Entertainment) 산업으로 변모하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 카지노산업은 아직 까지 사행성산업으로 많은 정부의 규제가 있어 관광산업의 발전에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 국내외적인 여러 문제점을 극복하고 우리나라 카지노산업의 발전을 위해서는 첫째, 외부 환경 변화에 대한 인식의 전환이 필요하다. 카지노만을 위한 시설이 아닌 관광산업으로서 복합적인 카지노산업으로의 변화가 필요하다. 둘째, 카지노산업의 경쟁력을 확보해야 한다. 외국의 선진 카지노 경영기법의 도입, 카지노 개발에 대한 투자자본 도입과 함께 외국인 카지노시장 개척의 용이성 등 경쟁력 확보를 통한 카지노 경영활성화를 도모해야 한다. 셋째, 카지노 관광객 유치를 위한 정부, 업계의 노력이다. 정부의 카지노 관광객 유치를 위한 정책적인 노력과 업계의 상황에 맞는 상황적합적 마케팅의 대응으로 거대한 아시아지역의 카지노 관광객을 유치하기 위한 노력이 절실한 때이다.

카지노는 도박, 음악, 쇼 등 여러 분야의 오락시설을 갖춘 연회장 의미의 단어인 '카자(Casa)'에서 나왔다. 카지노(Casino)의 사전적 의미로는 '춤, 음악 따위의 오락 시설을 갖춘 공인 도박장. 룰렛이나 카드놀이 따위를 한다.'로 정의하고 있다. 이러한 카지노는 유럽 귀족들의 사교 목적으로 17 ~ 18세기부터 시작되었다가, 1930년대 미국에서 본격적인 카지노 산업의 틀을 갖추게 되었는데, 이런 카지노 사업의 흥행은 매출 증대로 이어지고, 지방 정부 및 국가의 세입에도 큰 도움이 될 뿐 아니라, 부수 관련 업무에 큰 도움이 된다. 카지노 업무는 통상 고객관리, 딜러 게임 관리, 안전, 출납 관리, 환전, 재환전 관리, 마케팅 관리, 콤프 관리, 알선 관리 등의 다양한 분야를 포함하는데, 이 업무들은 그룹웨어, ERP 및 고객관리(CRM) 등과 같은 정보시스템으로 서로 유기적으로 연결되어야만 한다. 여기에 숙박, 관광을 포함한 종합 엔터테인먼트 서비스까지 효과적으로 관리하려면 카지노 업무와 부수적인 엔터테인먼트 서비스를 지원하며, 경영 전반에 걸쳐 발생하는 데이터를 수집하고, 경영 상태에 관한 정보를 제공해 주는 정보 시스템이 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 내용을 고려하여 설계, 구현한 카지노 정보시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

리눅스는 처음에는 공개용 운영체제였으나 점차 그 사용이 늘어나고 있어 현재는 서버 및 개인용 컴퓨터로도 사용되고 있는 효율적인 운영체제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내의 카지노 업체의 외국인 카지노 관광객 유치 및 효율적인 영업 관리를 위해서 리눅스 서버 기반의 호텔 카지노 정보 시스템을 설계 구현 하고자 한다.

카지노장에서 직원에 의한 횡령사건이 발생하였다. 일부 카지노 직원들은 직무 만족도가 낮으며, 도덕적인 괴리감으로 이직을 심각하게 고려하고 있다. 또한 대량의 현금 유혹과 자금관리시스템의 부족은 횡령사건을 발생시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 카지노 산업의 특수성과 직원직무만족도를 조사한다. 카지노 횡령사건의 발생내용을 분석하고, 계좌추적과 수표에 대한 조회 및 혐의자에 대한 휴대폰 통화내역 등의 디지털 포렌식 수사기술을 연구한다. 문제점과 해결방안은 손실예방 프로그램 실시, 디지털 포렌식 기술과 수사관 도입에 대한 제안을 한다. 본 연구를 통해 카지노 업무를 전산화하여 횡령사고를 예방하며, 수익금에 대한 사회 환원과 포렌식 수사기술 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.
