KTX 차량은 수많은 기계, 전기 장치 및 부품들로 구성되어 있는 하나의 시스템으로 차량의 유지보수에는 상당히 많은 전문성과 유지보수 작업자들의 경험을 필요로 한다. 차량 고장발생 시 유지보수자의 지식과 경험에 따라 문제 해결의 시간과 작업의 질적 차이가 발생하며 그에 따른 차량의 가용율이 달라진다. 일반적으로 문제해결은 고장 매뉴얼을 기반으로 하지만 경험이 많고 능숙한 전문가의 경우는 이와 더불어 개인의 노하우를 접목하여 신속하게 진단하고 조치를 취한다. 이러한 지식은 암묵지 형태로 존재하기 때문에 후임자에게 완전히 전수되기 어려우며, 이를 위해 사례기반의 철도차량 전문가시스템을 개발하여 데이터화된 지식으로 바꾸려고 하는 연구들이 있어왔다. 하지만, 간선에 가장 많이 투입되고 있는 KTX 차량에 대한 연구나 텍스트의 특징을 추출하여 유사사례를 검색하는 시스템 개발은 아직 미비하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 차량 유지보수 전문가들의 노하우를 통해 수행된 고장들에 대한 진단과 조치 이력을 문제 해결의 사례로 활용하여 새롭게 발생하는 고장에 대한 조치가이드를 제공하는 지능형 조치지원시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 2015년부터 2017년동안 생성된 차량고장 데이터를 수집하여 사례베이스를 구축하였고, 차원축소 기법인 비음수 행렬 인수분해(NMF), 잠재의미분석(LSA), Doc2Vec을 통해 고장의 특징을 추출하여 벡터 간의 코사인 거리를 측정하는 방식으로 유사 사례를 검색하였으며, 위의 알고리즘에 의해 제안된 조치내역들 간 성능을 비교하였다. 분석결과, 고장 내역의 키워드가 적은 경우의 유사 사례 검색과 조치 제안은 코사인 유사도를 직접 적용하는 경우에도 좋은 성능을 낸다는 것을 알 수 있었고 차원 축소 기법들의 성능 비교를 통해 문맥적 의미를 보존하는 차원 축소 방식 중 Doc2Vec을 적용하는 것이 가장 좋은 성능을 나타낸다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 텍스트 마이닝 기술은 여러 분야에서 활용을 위한 연구들이 이루어지고 있는 추세이나, 본 연구에서 활용하고자 하는 분야처럼 전문적인 용어들이 다수이고 데이터에 대한 접근이 제한적인 환경에서 이러한 텍스트 데이터를 활용한 연구는 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 키워드 기반의 사례 검색을 보완하고자 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 접목하여 고장의 특징을 추출하는 방식으로 사례를 검색해 조치를 제안하는 지능형 진단시스템을 제시하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 현장에서 바로 사용 가능한 진단시스템을 단계적으로 개발하는데 기초자료로써 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

현재가지 개발된 화재진압통제 지능시스템들은 대부분 규칙기반 시스템이다. 실제로 화재를 탐지하는데 필요한 지식은 정형화된 규칙만으로 표현하기 어렵다. 또한 시스템의 성능 향상을 위해서 지속적인 규칙들의 수정 및 추가가 이루어져야 하며, 특히 예외적인 상황에서의 화재 발생 탐지시 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 규칙 및 사례기반 추론을 이용한 하이브리드 화재진압통제 지능시스템 (H-FFIS)은 규칙기반 시스템보다 화재탐지율은 향상시켰으나, 수행시간이 증가되었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 H-FFIS의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 규칙 및 클러스터링에 의한 사례기반 추론을 이용한 개선된 선박 화재진압통제 지능시스템(A-FFIS)을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 H-FFIS와 비교해 볼 때, 수행시간을 감소시키면서 정확성을 향상시키는 결과를 얻었다.

The objective of this case study is to describe ins and outs of a production and information management system developed for footwear industry (based on MRP system). First, basic structure of the total system, configuration of sub-system modules, specification and configuration of software/hardware used in this system are presented. Second, design of the total system flow, configuration of code system, file description used in this system are explained. Third, function of software modules and principal algorithms and basic data structuring technigues are discussed. Finally, inplementation plan and output reports are presented.

This paper presents a case study of PSD(Platform Screen Door) system assurance based on EN50126 life-cycle stage. By applying this system assurance, the accidents related to urban light transit railway especially that caused casualties could be reduced tremendously. This case study contributes significantly to the reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the PSD system. Request For Proposal (RFP) of a rail road operator in which required by RAMS is prepared in which to ensure all system assurance activity and safety assessment are compulsory. The step-by-step activities and related deliverables are used which include functional analysis, FMECA, hazard identification analysis, system hazard analysis, maintainability analysis, FRACAS, and finally verification and validation of the system.

전자상거래시스템의 효율적인 운영과 관리를 위해서 더욱 많은 노력이 요구되고 있으며 고객의 요구에 대해서 가장 적절한 상품 정보를 제공함으로서 만족을 극대화할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 많은 지능형 에이전트기술을 사용한 전자상거래시스템이 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래시스템에서 개인 상품 추천 지원을 위한 사례기반추론기법과 다중크로스 셀링기법(Multi-Crossselling)을 기반으로 한 상품 추천시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템은 다중크로스셀링 기법을 통해 고객패턴의 유사값에 가까운 여러 상품을 추출하고 사례기반추론기법을 통해 특정 조건에서 고객의 요구에 대해 적절한 상품 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

This paper presents the development of an Intelligent Cavity Layout Design System (ICLDS) for multiple cavity injection moulds. The system is intended to assist mould designers in cavity layout design at concept design stage. The complexities and principles of cavity layout design as well as various dependencies in injection mould design are introduced. The knowledge in cavity layout design is summarized and classified. The functionality, the overall structure and general process of ICLDS are explained. The paper also discusses such issues as knowledge representation and case-based reasoning used in the development of the system. The functionality of the system is illustrated with an example of cavity layout design problem.

In recent years, the case to install small water treatment facility to every local area has increased. A key issue in the successful implementation of the control systems for the water treatment plants is the choice of control architecture. Within the framework of distributed control system(DCS), this paper presents a new development of intelligent control module and its novel application to open control architecture for water treatment plants. This control system so called NCS(Network Based Control System) with standard networks system with LonTalks protocol of ANSI/EIA 709.1, regulatory control function and information dispatch function has suitable functionality to operate these distributed water treatment facility effectively. This paper describes the case where NCS is applied for the filters system in water treatment facility of Heong Sung area.

This study addresses the question of how to design the research system for national R&D programs that aim to promote creative innovation. This paper attempts to analyze the case of Creative Research Initiatives(CRI), a new national R&D program recently launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea. CRI is a strategic program intended to shift the national R&D paradigm from imitative innovation to creative innovation. The key features of the research system of the program include: a research-centered system, long-term research funding, the sunset approach, a dynamic and flexible research organization, and a centralized research system. This paper suggests theoretical rational of these key features based on the literature review on creative innovation. Based on an analysis of the results of implementing the CRI in 1997, this paper also examines how the research system design is reflected and embodied in the program implementation process. Finally, policy implications and future research directions are also discussed.

전자상거래시스템의 효율적인 운영과 관리를 위해 더욱 많은 노력이 요구되고 있으며 고객의 요구에 대해 가장 적절한 정보를 제공함으로서 만족을 극대화할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 많은 지능형 에이전트 기술을 사용한 전자상거래 시스템이 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래시스템에서 CRM 지원을 위한 사례기반 추론과 웹 로그 분석을 기반으로 한 다중 에이전트 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 로그분석을 통해 트래픽과 시스템 정보의 분석과 사례기반 추론을 통해 특정 조건에서 고객의 요구에 대해 적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

Objectives: A case report is a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of case reports from the Journal of Korean Medicine by the CARE (CAse REport) Guideline. Methods: Case reports published in the Journal of Korean Medicine from January 2016 to March 2020 were searched from Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). We assessed the quality of reporting based on CARE (CAse REport) guideline as 'Sufficient', 'Not-Sufficient' and 'Not-Report'. Results: A total of 22 case reports were finally included for the assessment. The reporting items were reported as of reporting quality. After checking the result, there was a deviation in the sub-item reporting rate by a maximum 89.29%, a minimum 66.67% and a median 82.14% in case reports. Also after checking the quality in case reports by 28 detailed items in CARE guidelines, there were not reported 77% or more in the 5 sub-items 'Intervention adherence and tolerability', 'Informed consent', 'Adverse and unanticipated events', 'Diagnostic challenges', 'Patient perspective'. Conclusion: There is a need to improve the quality of case reports in the journal of Korean Medicine based on various studies using CARE guideline.
