본 연구의 목적은, 한국인의 의사소통과 자기표현에서 한국인의 정서를 고찰하여, 그에 따른 감정을 이해하고 자기표현의 중요성을 밝히는데 있다. 연구 방법은 한국인의 정서는 정(情)이라고 보고, 우리가 통상적으로 사용하고 있는 정(情)의 개념과 상담 및 심리학에서 사용하고 있는 감정(感情) 개념에 대한 차이점을 규명하는 것이다. 아울러 한국인의 정(情) 문화가 의사소통에서 온전한 감정 이해와 자기표현을 어렵게 한다고 보고, 어떻게 감정이해를 하고 자기표현을 할 것인지를 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 소통에 있어서의 감정이해와 자기표현에 대하여 서양의 경우는, 칼 융 심리학을 통하여, 한국사상에서는 퇴계 심성론을 통하여 어떻게 보고 있는지 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝히고자 한 것은, 의사소통과 자기표현에서 가장 중요한 것은 칼 융의 심리학에서는 큰 자기(Self)에서 나오는 감정이며, 퇴계 심성론에서는 성(性)에서 나오는 올바른 정(情)에 의한 감정이라는 것이다. 결론적으로 동 서양을 막론하고 우리의 행위의 주체는 이성이 아닌, 감정이라는 것과 마음이 통해야 행동으로 움직인다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This study is to analyze a case of US Bravo TV program, Interior therapy with Jeff Lewies, based on analytical psychology by Carl Jung, to understand characteristics of interior therapy in psycho-therapeutic viewpoint. Case study among descriptive observation approaches was chosen as a study method while the study range was set as 8 episodes in 2012 and 8 episodes in 2013. As a result of study, future application of therapy to domestic interior design was suggested as 3 types the following; a) Paranoid and storage disorder type that pursues space design by horizontal elements with a sense of comfortable, starting from throwing things away, and suggests whiteness based on desire to be cleaned; b) Individual taste type starting from give and take between members and recognizing one another. e.g., aligning the U-shaped sofa and giving a sense of comfort by using the achromatic colors; and c) Workroom type involved with the face-to-face type of space design and arrangement of mild grey and brown colors. Finally, this study has its significance in suggesting the direction for new occupational clusters in the field of domestic space design (interior, architecture, environment design, etc.), which could be utilized as a basic data for training program development to foster interior therapy professionals.

In this dissertation I have interest in the personality classification in order to recognize the personlity classification in order to recognize the tenfency of the mentality and the action. This paper compare the temperament of Sasangin(四象人) by Lee Je Ma(李濟馬) and The Psychological Types of C. G. Jung. As a result I get the following conclusions:1. Sasang understood that Sassangin have original tendency of the mentality. But C. G. Jung understood man has all of the four psychological type though they have discrepancy among them.2. In the function of the mentality, the both are similar.3. The mentality of So-Eum-In(少陰人) is similar to The Type of Thinking. The mentality of So-Yang-In(少陽人) is simliar to The Type of Feeling. The mentality of Tae-Eum-In(太陰人) is similar to The Type of Sensation. The mentality of Tae-Yang-In(太陽人) is similar to The Type of Intuition.4. The tendency of the mentality by the personality classification is of some use in the oriental medical therapy.5. For using the tendency of the mentality in oriental medical psychotherapy, they require more studies.

칼 융의 심리학은 "종교의 시녀"(제임스 하이직)라고 불리기도 하는데, 이는 인간의 무의식을 종교적인 것으로 이해하는 융의 접근을 잘 나타내는 말일 것이다. 융에 의하면 인간의 의식과 무의식에 대한 이분법은 세계의 여러 종교에 등장하는 상징들에 의해서 극복된다. 또한 그는 종교적 상징은 상징적인 방식으로 이해되어야 한다고 주장하였다. 종교적인 상징이 문자적이고 교의적으로 이해된다면, 상징들은 인간에게 구원을 가져다줄 수 있는 그들의 역동적인 힘을 잃어버리게 되는 것이다. 이 소론에서는 예수 그리스도의 배타성에 대한 상징적이고 직관적인 이해에 대해서 논하였다. 오직 그리스도만이 유일회적으로 모든 인류에게 구원을 가져다 준다는 기독교의 고백은 상징적이고 직관적으로 이해될 수 있다. 다시 말해서 그리스도는 그가 구원자로 고백될 때마다 언제나 새로운 존재로서 이해되어야 하는 것이다. 상징으로서의 그리스도는 결코 역사적인 과거태가 될 수 없다. 이 논문에서는 일본의 불교철학자 야나기 무네요시(柳宗悅)의 부처이해에 대해서 언급하였다. 이를 통해서 그리스도에 대한 상징적이고 직관적인 이해가 어떻게 가능할 것인가를 논구하기 위함이다.

Gas-liquid contact tests above a perforated-plate were conducted with air and water at flooding gas-flow conditions in order to study two-phase flow characteristics in a limestone-gypsum SO2 absorber. Gas layers were in the form of air pockets and confined to the limited areas around each duct pipe, while the remaining tary area were in the wet condition. The liquid above the tray was always in the flooded and even fluidized conditions at gas flows over the range studied, although vigorous bubbly or churn-turbulent two-phase regime was only observed in the immediate vicinity of the gas hole exit at low gas loads. The froth zone was extremely active to provide intimate contact between gas and liquid so that the necessary mass transfer operation can take place, which is the primary purpose of high-performance SO2 absorbers. Howefer, the absorber $\Delta$P was 250mmH2O for the initial water level at 150mm, which is an important issue to be resolved for economical operation of the SO2 absorber. It was seen in the liquid level-and gas flow-transient tests that changes in the absorber liquid inventory were much more pronounced for intimate gas-liquid contact than changes in the gas flow. Based on the 4- and 8-duct pipe test results, grouping the duct pipes near the center of the test tray seemed to promote better recirulation of liquid from gas-liquid contact zone back to the reaction tank so that the absorbed SO2 can be neutralized.

애니메이션 캐릭터의 성격구조는, 배역의 극중 역할과 행동유형이 관객과 공감각적 요소로 작용함으로써 드러나게 된다. 그러므로 캐릭터 창작은 단순히 외형에만 국한되는 것은 아니며, 플롯을 유도하는 성격구조의 중요성을 인식하는 것에서 출발해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는, 개성 있는 캐릭터를 창작해 온 미야자키 하야오 감독의 <센과 치히로의 행방불명>을 중심으로, 캐릭터에 내재한 다양한 성격구조에 관하여 고찰했다. 그 방법으로 첫째, 애니메이션 캐릭터의 일반적인 특성에 대하여 정의했다. 둘째, 칼 G. 융의 심리학적 관점에 의한 성격의 유형에 대하여 알아보았다. 분석 과정은 성격의 다중성에 기초한 성격의 유형, 즉 '외향과 내향, 직관과 감각, 사고와 감정, 판단과 이해'의 분류 방식과 극중 역할의 유기적 관계에 기초한 '피해자, 학대자, 구원자'의 분류 방식을 연계하여 진행했다. 마지막으로, <센과 치히로의 행방불명>에 등장하는 캐릭터의 분석을 통하여 도출한 연구 관점을 적용했다. 본 연구는 캐릭터의 성격 유형과 유기적 관계에 의해 드러난 총체적 특성을 '캐릭터의 성격구조'로 정의하고, 데이터를 자료화하고자 했다. 또한, 관객과 공감하는 효과적인 애니메이션 캐릭터 창작의 예를 제시하는 것에 그 의의를 둔다.

The Burkholderia cepacia complex (BCC) is capable of remaining viable in low-nutrient environments and harsh conditions, posing a contamination risk in non-sterile pharmaceutical products as well as a challenge for detection. To develop optimal recovery methods to detect BCC, three oligotrophic media were evaluated and compared with nutrient media for the recovery of BCC from autoclaved distilled water or antiseptic solutions. Serial dilutions ($10^{-1}$ to $10^{-12}CFU/ml$) of 20 BCC strains were inoculated into autoclaved distilled water and stored at $6^{\circ}C$, $23^{\circ}C$ and $42^{\circ}C$ for 42 days. Six suspensions of Burkholderia cenocepacia were used to inoculate aqueous solutions containing $5{\mu}g/ml$ and $50{\mu}g/ml$ chlorhexidine gluconate (CHX) and $10{\mu}g/ml$ benzalkonium chloride (BZK), and stored at $23^{\circ}C$ for a further 199 days. Nutrient media such as Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA) or Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB), oligotrophic media (1/10 strength TSA or TSB, Reasoner's $2^{nd}$ Agar [R2A] or Reasoner's $2^{nd}$ Broth [R2AB], and 1/3 strength R2A or R2AB) were compared by inoculating these media with BCC from autoclaved distilled water and from antiseptic samples. The recovery of BCC in water or antiseptics was higher in culture broth than on solid media. Oligotrophic medium showed a higher recovery efficiency than TSA or TSB for the detection of 20 BCC samples. Results from multiple comparisons allowed us to directly identify significant differences between TSA or TSB and oligotrophic media. An oligotrophic medium pre-enrichment resuscitation step is offered for the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) proposed compendial test method for BCC detection.
