군 조직에서 조직시민 행동이 직장-가정 갈등에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effects of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Work-Family Conflict)

  • 대부분의 조직시민행동에 관한 연구가 조직유효성 측면에서 긍정적 영향을 다룬 것에 반해 본 연구는 높은 수준의 조직시민행동이 조직 구성원의 직장-가정 갈등의 수준을 높이는 부정적 영향을 초래할 수 있다는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 하지만, 이러한 가능성이 모든 조직이나 구성원들에게 보편적으로 적용될 수는 없기에 이를 관리하기 위한 조직 차원, 개인 차원의 대안을 제시하는 데 또한 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 기존의 관련 연구를 분석하여 연구모델과 가설을 수립하고, 군인, 교사, 소방관, 은행원, 경찰관, 항공승무원 등 8개 직종의 기혼직장인 590명을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시함으로써 모델과 가설의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 조직시민행동의 부정적 영향 즉, 높은 조직시민행동을 보이는 직장인일수록 직장-가정 갈등을 높게 지각하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 개인의 SOC 전략이 높을수록, 조직의 가족 친화적 분위기에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이러한 부정적 영향이 덜 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

혈액투석실 간호사 의사소통 유형 분석 (Communication Types in Nurses Caring for Patients on Hemodialysis)

  • 본 연구는 혈액투석 간호사를 대상으로 환자와 이루어지는 의사소통의 행위를 확인하고 그 유형을 Q방법론을 기반으로 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 서울과 경기안양에 위치하고 있는 2개 병원 혈액투석실에서 근무하는 간호사 10명으로 혈액투석 간호사의 Q모집단을 구성하여 심층면담을 시행하였으며, 문헌 자료와 심층면담 결과를 기반으로 의사소통 유형연구를 대표할 수 있는 진술문을 추출하였고 그 결과를 간호학을 전공한 교수 1인의 의견을 수렴하여 Q표본 50개를 선정하였다. 선정된 Q표본을 기반으로 1차, 2차 및 3차 병원으로 구성된 서울시내 소재 5개 병원 혈액투석실에서 근무하는 간호사 30명을 P표본으로 선정하여 Q분류를 시행하였다. 이렇게 해서 도출된 Q분류결과를 pc-QUANL 프로그램을 이용해 분석을 진행했으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 혈액투석간호사의 대표적인 의사소통 행위유형을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 혈액투석실 근무간호사의 의사소통 행위유형은 유형 I '적극적 경청형', 유형 II '수용적 경청형', 유형 III '설명적 충고형', 유형 IV '방어적 초이성형'의 4가지로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 혈액투석간호사의 치료적인 의사소통 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

요양병원 종사자의 메르스에 대한 지식, 태도 및 감염예방행위 관계 (Knowledge, Attitudes and Compliance Regarding Infection Preventive Behaviors for MERS among Staff in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 메르스 대유행시 요양병원 종사자의 메르스에 대한 지식, 태도 및 감염예방행위 실천도와의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 J도 소재 요양병원 종사자 211명으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2015년 6월 15일부터 7월 15일까지였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 24.0을 이용하여 independent t-test, ANOVA, Welch test로 분석하였고, 사후 검정은 scheff test, Grames-hawell test 방법으로 시행하였다. 요양병원 종사자의 메르스에 대한 지식점수는 간호사와 간호조무사, 감염관리 교육경험이 있는 경우, 지난 해 인플루엔자 예방접종을 한 경우, 손소독제 사용이 용이한 경우에 높았으며, 메르스에 대한 태도는 간호사가 간호조무사와 간병인보다 긍정적이었다. 메르스 감염예방행위 실천도는 일상생활에서는 지난 해 인플루엔자 예방접종을 한 경우, 환자 간호 시에는 지난 해 인플루엔자 예방접종을 한 경우, 손소독제 사용이 용이한 경우에 높았다. 요양병원 종사자의 메르스에 관한 지식, 태도 및 감염예방행위 실천도와의 관계는 지식이 높고, 태도가 긍정적일수록 감염예방행위 실천도가 높게 나타났다. 이에 메르스와 같은 신종감염병이 유행할 때, 요양병원에서는 메르스 질병 특성 및 전파, 예방법이 포함된 감염관리 교육을 실시해 메르스에 대한 지식수준을 높이고, 태도를 긍정적으로 유도하여, 감염예방행위 실천도를 향상시킬 필요가 있을 것이다.

간호사의 노인에 대한 인식과 의사소통과의 관계 (The Relationship between Nurses Perception of the Elderly and Communication)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 노인에 대한 인식과 의사소통과의 관계를 파악하여 간호사의 의사소통 관련 연구 및 간호 중재 개발의 기초자료로 활용되고자 하는 목적으로 시도되었다. 본 연구는 노인에게 돌봄을 제공하는 간호사를 대상으로 간호사의 노인에 대한 인식, 노인과의 의사소통 장애, 의사소통 행위, 의사소통 만족을 확인하고 그 관계를 조명하는 설문지를 이용한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 IRB 승인을 받은 후 노인에게 돌봄을 제공하는 병원 및 관련기관에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 면대면 조사와 구글엔진을 통한 온라인 자료수집을 병행하여 진행되었고, 총 292명이 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-검정과 ANOVA, 사후검증으로 Duncan test, Pearson's Correlation, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 노인에 대한 인식과 의사소통 장애, 의사소통 행위, 의사소통 만족도 간에 유의미한 상관관계를 확인할 수 있었으며, 노인에 대한 인식이 긍정적일수록 의사소통 장애는 감소하고 의사소통 행위는 좋아지며 노인과 의사소통 만족도가 높아짐을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 실무적으로 노인을 만나는 간호사의 의사소통 교육과 함께 노인에 대한 인식 향상과 관련된 교육 또한 이루어져야 될 것이다. 또한, 관련하여 간호사의 노인에 대한 인식 향상과 의사소통 향상에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

다문화 산모 간호를 위한 문화적 역량증진 프로그램의 효과: 사례기반 소그룹 학습방법 적용 (Effects of a Cultural Competence Promotion Program for Multicultural Maternity Nursing Care: Case-based Small Group Learning)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a cultural competence improvement program for maternity nurses. Methods: A quasi-experimental study using a non-equivalent control group pre and posttest design was used. Participants were 67 maternity nurses caring for multicultural pregnant women in G city. The cultural competence improvement program was developed based on the 3-D Puzzle Model and was provided using case-based small group learning methods for the experimental group (n=31). The control group (n=36) did not receive any intervention. Data were collected using self-report structured questionnaires at two time points: prior to the intervention and after the intervention and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$-test, and t-test. Results: Compared to the control group, the experimental group reported significant positive changes for cultural knowledge (t=6.39, p<.001), cultural awareness (t=3.50, p<.001), and cultural acceptance (t=4.08, p<.001). However, change in cultural nursing behaviors (t=0.92, p=.067) was not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion: Findings from this study indicate that a cultural competence improvement program with case-based small group learning is a useful intervention strategy to promote multicultural maternity care. Further, strategies to improve cultural nursing behavior should be developed to promote culturally congruent nursing care.

국내의 암관련 간호연구논문 분석 (An Integrative Review of Oncology Nursing Research : 1980-1998)

  • The purposes of this study were to describe systemically 18 years of oncology nursing research in Korea and suggest it's direction in future. 149 nursing studies published from 1980 to 1998 were selected for the present study. There were examined the source and the design of study, type of subjects, measurement variables, the intervention outcome of experimental research, and theme of qualitative research. The results were as follows : 1. 121 of 149 studies were composed of master thesis and dissertation of graduate school. There were 55 correlations, 30 descriptions, 19 comparisons, 19 qualitative studies and 2 Q-methods as the type of research design. 2. Cancer patients without describing specified diagnosis as subjects' characteristic were 44 of total studies. The others had various diagnoses such as gastric cancer, uterine cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer. According to treatment type, patients receiving chemotherapy were the highest number distribution as 53 of all researches. 3. Most measurement instruments used for research were translated it into Korean that developed by foreigners, such as Zung's depression, Spielberg's anxiety, and Wallston's locus of control. 4. Quality of life was shown the most frequently among correlational researches. the next one was depression, the third was hope, and so on. 5. There was the most frequent comparison between cancer and non-cancer patients in comparative researches. It was surveyed those variables as diet habits, risk factors, stressful life events, anxiety and depression, and self-care capacity between two groups. 6. The subjects were mostly chemotherapy patients as 15 of 24 experimental studies. Oral care and education were respectively the highest experimental interventions. 7. Qualitative researches about cancer were reported since 1991. Their themes were illness experience, adaptation process, dying experience, family experience, hope, caring, experience of health behavior, meaning of chemotherapy and experience of cancer survivor. Phenomenologic methodology was designed above 50% of qualitative researches. According to the above findings, cancer research had increased since 1990 and done mostly by descriptive design but a few experimental studies. As recommendations for the future, It is necessary to study the comparison of oncology nursing research internationally, the replication to establish the effect of nursing intervention, and the family care of cancer patient.

장애아동 양육을 위한 어머니의 건강관련 교육요구 (Health Education Needs of Mothers who are Caring for Children with Disabilities)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the health education needs of mothers who are nurturing children with disabilities. Method: A descriptive study was done and the participants were 108 mothers of children with disabilities such being mentally challenged, developmentally delayed or having a disability involving brain damage. The questionnaire was a health education need assessment with 11 categories(58 items) developed by Han et al. The data were analyzed using SPSS program. Results: The mean score for health education needs of the mothers of children with disabilities was 3.83 (SD=0.58) out of a maximum 5. The health education need for acquisition of knowledge and information had the highest score (4.40±0.54) followed by health education needs for cognitive development and learning (4.31±0.64), interpersonal relationships (4.04±0.65) and behavior and emotion (4.04±0.79). There were significant differences between the children's sex (t=2.08, p=.04), birth order (t=2.17, p=.03), grade of disability (F=3.32, p=.02) and sex education suitable to the child's in age. Conclusion: The health education needs of mothers of children who are disabled were very high and varied. Therefore, it was important to develop comprehensive education programs which include this content and provide opportunities for mothers of children with disabilities to receive this education.

가임기 여성의 영양섭취상태 및 혈액성상 : 비임신여성과 임신여성의 비교 (A Study on Nutrient Intakes and Hematological Status in Women of Child-Bearing Age Comparison between Non-Pregnant and Pregnant Women)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate nutritional status of Korean women of child-bearing age. A comparison was made between 113 non-pregnant and 200 pregnant women. Pregnant women of 24-28 weeks of gestation were recruited from prenatal clinic in Seoul. Nonpregnant women were included college students, nurses, office employers, and sales women. General characteristics, anthropometric measurements, dietary intakes, and hematological values were assessed. There was no difference in mean BMI for nonpregnant and pregnant (pre-gravid) women, which were 20.2 kg/m$^2$and 20.6 kg/m$^2$respectively. The pregnant women showed a tendency of better health-caring behavior, evidenced by stop smoking and drinking, and in taking nutrient supplements. The mean intakes of energy, vitamin A, vitamin B$_2$, calcium, and iron did not meet Korean RDA for adult women. In particular, calcium and iron intakes of both nonpregnant and pregnant women were under 60% of the Korean RDA. Judging by MDA score, dietary quality was better in pregnant than in nonpregnant women. Mean serum values of albumin, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, Hb, IgA, IgG were in normal range. However, more than 13% of the nonpregnant subjects showed mild hypercholesterolemia (cholesterol > 200 mg/dl) and anemia (Hb < 12.0 g/dl) . The percentage of anemia in pregnant women were much higher; the subject with Hb < 11.0 g/dl were approximately 30%. The pregnant subjects showed significantly higher serum concentrations of triglycerides and cholesterol, and significantly lower concentrations of albumin, IgA, and IgG compared to nonpregnant women. Correlation analysis showed that Hb concentrations were correlated with the intakes of iron- and protein- containing foods such as meat and vegetables. This study strongly suggest that iron-deficient anemia is a major nutrition problem in Korean child-bearing women and this condition is correlated with dietary intakes.

토오컨 강화가 입원 아동의 약 복용행위에 미치는 효과 (A Study of the Effectiveness of Token Economy on Children′s Behaviors for Oral Medication)

  • Oral medication is one of the most frequent treatment in clinical care. and frequently refused by children. Children's refusal spends unuseful time and require nurses'Patience. So this study was attempted to develop token economy Program which Promote children's medication. and to evaluate its' effect to construct the experimental ground. This study was a quasi experimental study under the nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The subjects of this study were 48 children who were aged 3-12 years and admitted pediatric ward because of their respiratory disease. Token economy program was consisted of cartoon record paper with stickers which expresses the better medication is taken the more germs die, and gift was given for back up reinforcer. To evaluate this Program. time spent for oral medication was measured six time to both experimental group and control group. and measured the perceived effectiveness of this program by nurses. To determine the effect of the program, the data were analyzed by the SAS 6.12 Program with t-test and mean, standard deviation. The results of this study were as follows: 1 In experimental group, time spent for oral medication was significantly shorter than in control group(t=5.24. p=0.0001). Therefore, the hypothesis of this study was strongly accepted. 2. Nurses perceived this program as an effective one(mean=3.125~3.792). The effectiveness occurred before. during and after medication as well as in parental responses, especially in using verbal dissatisfaction after medication. In conclusion. it was found that the token economy program for admitted children was effective in inducing the children's behavior of oral medication. There was no effectiveness in very highly anxious children Whereas, it is recommended that this program should not be used for such children until they settle down. If the token economy program was made in various situation with creative thinking, it will be very useful nursing measurement, especially in caring for children. To improve the qualify of nursing care, the various programs, which can give joyfulness to stressed patients should be developed.

  • 과거 한국에서는 자녀를 돌보는 역할을 여성이 담당하는 경우가 많았고 그에 따라 여성의 사회 활동 참여 정도 역시 적었으나, 영유아 교육을 전문 기관 및 교사에 맡기는 경우가 차츰 많아지고 있다. 이는 남녀평등과 여성의 권리 신장 측면에서 긍정적이지만 영유아 전문 기관 및 교사들의 부담은 늘어가는 추세이다. 최근 국내에 나타난 유아 교육기관에서의 학대 문제들은 새로운 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 유아의 권리가 존중받기 위해 어떤 요인들을 관리해야 하는지 파악하고자 하였고, 교육 환경을 크게 심리적, 업무적, 사회적 요인으로 구분하여 그 영향력을 살폈고 유의미한 시사점을 제공하였다.
