국내 항공정비 자격증명 제도에 관한 고찰 (Review of Aviation Maintenance Licensing System of Rep. of Korea)

  • The application eligibility rule of Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic are specifying in enforcement rule of Aviation Safety Act in Rep. of Korea. To earn licence of Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic in Rep. of Korea, the applicant must to be satisfied applicant qualification condition for second practical test, which is carried out with actual work test and oral test. Licensing and issuance of Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic of Rep. of Korea are performing by Korea Transportation Safety Authority, which is entrusted from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and transportation. The main content of this paper is a review of the development direction of Aircraft Maintenance Licensing System for enhancement of university aviation maintenance related major's education. It is included problem of desultory changing terminology for applicant qualification, which are maintenance career, maintenance training career, maintenance practice career, maintenance work career and so on, compared to ICAO Annex 1 regulation.

  • 프라이빗 블록체인은 허가받은 사람만이 블록체인 네트워크에 참여할 수 있는 강화된 보안정책의 적용이 가능하다. 또한, 개인의 이력 사항의 유효성이 중요한 이력관리 시스템에 활용될 경우 정보의 신뢰성 관점에서 우수한 특성을 갖는다. 하지만 블록체인 기술의 과도한 성능요구사항으로 인해 시뮬레이션을 통한 성능적 특성의 파악은 시스템의 안정적 구현에 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 논문은 이더리움 블록체인 기반의 이력관리 시스템을 구성하면서 성능평가 결과를 활용하는 연구 결과를 제시하였다. 서비스는 개인 경력개발 활동, 자격증 취득 및 수상 결과를 기록하는 포트폴리오의 역할 뿐 아니라, 취업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 진로 설계를 위해 커뮤니티 기능을 제공한다. 또한, 서비스 사용자의 참여 독려로 커뮤니티 기능을 활성화시키고자 어떻게 보상 정책을 적용시킬 수 있는지를 제시한다. 특히, Geth 노드 상에서 거래량에 따라 나타나는 성능 특성의 변화 확인을 통해 적절한 보상 정책을 도출하였다.

의과대학생을 위한 체제적 진로상담 모델과 전략 (A Systematic Career Advising Model and Strategies for Medical Students)

  • One of the important roles of medical schools is to support medical students in deciding upon their future career path or choosing their specialty. The purpose of this study is to suggest a career advising model and strategies for medical students through a systematic approach. This study consists of three parts. The first part introduces some main career theories: super's career development theory, career decision-making theory, social cognitive career theory, and ecosystem theory. The second part proposes a systematic career advising model using the results acquired from previous studies and theories. This model considers a medical school as a social system that consists of two domains (internal and external). This social system is considered as a complex where various factors interact with each other: students' individual characteristics, institutional policies and culture, curriculum and learning experience, students' perceived specialty characteristics, and aspects of the external environment such as healthcare systems. The third part suggests some career advising strategies based on a systematic approach that medical schools can apply. These research results can be used for designing career advising courses for medical students, integrating various career advising programs and resources of medical schools, and evaluating the outcomes of career advising programs at an institutional level.

학부과정 교육학 전공학생의 진로분야 발전방안 탐색 -교육학 관련학과와의 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Career Development Plan for the Education Major Students in Korean Universities)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze current state of education departments in Korean universities and to find out ways to help education major students shape their future career. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the comparative analysis of the current state of education and education-related departments showed that average employment rate of education departments in 2011 was 35.0%, whereas that of related departments was 56.6%, which showed a significant difference. Second, education courses were specialized in areas such as lifelong educator qualifications, teaching certificates in morality/ethics, corporate HRD(human resource development), etc. in case of education departments. In case of education-related departments, education courses were specialized in areas such as teaching certificates in pedagogy, lifelong educator qualifications, license of school counselor, corporate HRD, etc. Though there were many overlapping areas, specialization was relatively more common and diverse in education-related departments. Next, to help students shape their future career, developments in specialized career courses, new career fields, and career education models were suggested. To give shape to the progress plans, the development of standard education courses for student careers, the introduction of certification system about course specialization, and search for the career path of teaching profession which allows utilization of the knowledge of education were suggested.

  • This study examines a systematic and effective approach to career guidance in medical education, with a particular focus on the 6-year integrated career guidance education framework implemented at the College of Medicine, The Catholic University of Korea. Based on the "New SLICE" educational development principles, this framework comprehensively addresses the needs of medical students in career planning and development. It is structured into three phases: understanding yourself, exploring options, and choosing a specialty. The first phase, understanding yourself, helps students to recognize their strengths, weaknesses, aptitudes, and potentials, thereby setting the direction for future career choices. This phase includes various psychological tests and Self-Development and Portfolio courses. The second phase, exploring options, enables students to engage in related activities such as research and practical training, providing direct and indirect experiences across various fields. This phase offers courses including Medical Field Experience, Career Guidance through the Learning Community & Advisory Professors, and Student Participation in Professor Research Projects. The final phase, choosing a specialty, involves students making decisions based on in-depth self-assessment and exploration of majors, with a capstone project being a significant component. Maximizing the efficiency of career decision-making requires integration between the basic medical curriculum and postgraduate education. Including the period up to residency entrance in the framework is necessary for effective career guidance education.

  • 본 연구에서는 운동부 학생들의 진로탐구를 위하여 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 운동부 학생들이 운동으로 성공하지 못할 때를 대비하여 우리 사회의 다른 분야에 대한 진로지도의 필요성을 강조하였고, 기존 연구를 분석하고 요구사항을 파악하여 학습 계획을 설계하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단계별로 기록관리 시스템 개발 관련 교육 방안을 마련하였다. 초·중·고등학교에서 연구되었던 진로지도 관련 기존 연구를 참고하여 4가지 단계 즉, 분석, 설계, 개발, 적용을 거쳐 연구를 진행하였다. 아울러 운동부 학생들이 본인의 분야에 관련된 소프트웨어를 개발해 봄으로써 더욱 흥미를 갖고 학습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 운동부 학생을 위한 진로지도에 대한 연구가 다양해질 것으로 기대한다.

간호사 임상 경력 관리 프로그램 개발 (A Development of Career Ladder Program for Nurse in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study is performed to develop the contents of career ladder program for nurses in a hospital. And this study present the appropriate strategies of career ladder program using the clinical ladder in clinical nursing field in Korea. Methods: The method of the study were modified Delphi technique with professional group for identifying nursing domains, steps of career ladder system and managerial strategy. Result: We identified tool of the nursing domains; nursing patient, quality approvement and research, development of human resources, leadership and qualifications of promotion and contents of ladder of each level. We created expected role consisted of clinical ladder and classified 4 steps; novice, competent, proficient, expert. And finally managerial principles and application process are presented in this study. Conclusions: Development of career ladder program at a hospital was not need many time consumption but very important tool of nursing profession. And it is needed to validate and refine the tool developed continuously.

Antecedents of Career Development and Its Impact on Employee Performance: An Empirical Study in Indonesia

  • This research aims to investigate the antecedents of career growth and its impact on employee performance. The research design is quantitative with a causal method. The sample used is 242 respondents working in different hospitals in Banten Province and were selected through the snowball sampling technique. The analytical method used to examine the research model is PLS-SEM. The analysis result shows that work environment and training have an impact on increasing career development and hospital employee performance. Career development can also directly be an antecedent in improving the performance of hospital employees, but only has a moderate effect in mediating the influence of work environment and training on the employees' performance in the hospital. Based on these findings, hospital management in Banten Province must create and maintain a comfortable working environment for employees, offer training specific to each employee's line of work to help them improve their abilities, and create a system for career planning that takes into account each employee's potential.

National qualification is supply to nurture expert manpower and accomplish of self-development and a duty accomplishment ability improvement at a side of personal. So, This study is purposed to find that a method for recognition of working-career on the national technical qualification system According to, this study is designed to questionnaire with BSC(Balaced ScoreCard), SEM(Structure Equation Model) with the delphi method, and is analysed using the AMOS 7.0 program package. Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.

Analysis of National Education Plan Implementation for Lifelong Education Promotion Basic Plan and Career Education Internalization Support Plan

  • This study examines the meaning of the national education plan promotion background, focusing on the 5th Lifelong Education Promotion Basic Plan (2023-2027) and the 3rd 2023 Career Education Internalization Support Plan (2023-2027). The purpose of this study is to present future directions for lifelong education and career education. The research results indicate that The 5th Lifelong Education Promotion Basic Plan (2023-2027) and the 3rd 2023 Career Education Internalization Support Plan (2023-2027) have both been established to cope with the future social and educational environment; thus, it is necessary to realize them. For this purpose, concrete policy alternatives have been prepared. In modern society, it is vital for the state to promote basic plans related to education, particularly for developing and improving the education system. In this respect, when suggesting the direction of lifelong and career education, first, policies for social development and strengthening competitiveness are important. Second, policies are needed that respond to changes in jobs and occupations. Third, lifelong and career education are essential to ensure social inclusion and fairness. Fourth, lifelong and career education are vital in nurturing human resources for sustainable development.
