차 대 보행자 충돌시 사고해석 모델개발 (Development of Accident Analysis Model in Car to Pedestrian Accident)

  • The fatality of pedestrian accounts for about 21.2% of all fatality at 2007 year in Korea. In car to pedestrian accident it is very important to inspect the throw distance of pedestrian after collision for exact reconstructing of the accident. The variables that influence on the throw distance of pedestrian can be classified into the factors of vehicle and pedestrian, and road condition. It was simulated by PC-CRASH, a kinetic analysis program for a traffic accident in sedan type vehicle and SPSS program was used for regression analysis. From the results, the throw distance of pedestrian increased with the increasing of vehicle velocity, and decreased with the increasing of impact offset. Also it decreased with the increasing of velocity of pedestrian at accident, and throw distance at the road condition of wet was longer than that at dry condition. Finally, the regression model of sedan type vehicle on the throw distance of pedestrian was as follows; $$dist_i=2.39-0.11offset_i+0.59speed_i-545height_i-0.25walk_i+2.78wet_i+{\epsilon}_i$$.

자동차 주유구 커버에 대한 사출성형과 2색 코팅 동시 구현에 관한 연구 (A study on simultaneous injection molding and two-color coating for car gas cap cover)

  • Mold design for in-mold coating was carried out to achieve simultaneous injection molding and two-color coating for car gas cap cover. The developed mold includes one core and three cavities which are composed of a substrate cavity and two coating cavities. To provide a sealing edge for complete seal during the second coating, the first coated material was used at the boundary between the first coating and the second one, and injection molded substrate was used at the parting line. The materials used were PC/ABS for substrate and 2-component Polyurea for coating. Through experiments, it was found that the suggested sealing edges were effective for complete seal during the second coating. In cavity pressure traces, there were three peaks caused by mold closing, coating-material injection and cleaning-piston advancement inside the mixing head. The cavity pressure increased with decreasing coating thickness.

  • It is not good joint that today's traffic control system that the course of traffic volume increase tendency is followed, in the traffic volume is approched into the time of my car. Accordingly when we analyzed the existing traffic signal control system, the traffic signal system is developed from the machine type that the motor was centered, to get up to date, to the intelligence electron signal control system. But yet, when we have a test and a A/S on the control circuit, the circuit that is designed to the center IC and ROM are complicated. Also, the time of pass lamp that the car line stream is going, can not extended automatically a time till the traffic volume is decreased to the same direction. This theme must be a real time intelligence control system that the time of pass lamp can extend aumatically. The circuit of sequence ladder diagram on the traffic signal control of a crossroads that is desinged, can be satisfied the complicated vehicle order. Therefore when the circuit is changed, the new developed system is economical with that dosen't needs any of components to require the circuit equipment, and the time is saved with needlessness of the circuit wiring again, and have a much trustworthy. The control method of pass signal lamp in the car line stream connecting among PLC and Relay and Temp Sensor, can be changed to hand operation and to semi-automation and to all-automation. New intelligence traffic signal system is composed with all-together system of T Sensor + Video Camera + IBM PC that is able to guiding the establishment of traffic order.

  • AVM(Around View Monitoring) 시스템은 차량 주변에 대한 영상을 운전자에게 제공함으로써 안전 운전을 도와주는 시스템이다. 측면 거울이나 실내 거울을 통해서 볼 수 없는 사각 지대는 운전자의 안전 운행에 위협이 된다. 사각지대는 특히 후진 주행, 주차, 좁은 골목길 주행, 굽은 길 회전 등에서 차량 파손 및 인사 사고의 원인이 된다. 이러한 위험을 피하기 위해 후방의 장애물을 감지하는 후방 센서나 후방 카메라 등과 같은 운전자의 시야를 개선하는 ECU들이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 이러한 ECU들의 도움을 받더라도 차량의 전, 후, 좌, 우 사방의 상황을 동시에 볼 수 없기 때문에 사고를 피하기 위해 운전자들은 주의를 기울여 운전해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 운전자의 안전 운행을 돕기 위해 차량 주변 영상을 실시간으로 제공하는 4SM 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 4SM 시스템은 차량의 전, 후, 좌, 우에 장착된 4대의 카메라로부터 입력된 영상을 통합하여 Bird's Eye View 영상을 운전자가 한 눈에 차량 주변 상황을 인식할 수 있도록 한다.

Design for AEBS Test Scenario Applying Domestic Traffic Accidents

  • This study is a study on the development of AEBS test scenarios for traffic accidents in Korea, and was compared and analyzed using the Traffic Accident Analysis Program. To ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians in traffic accidents, the number of cars equipped with ADAS is increasing rapidly at all car manufacturers in each country. For traffic accidents used in this study, the domestic traffic accident database (ACCC) produced by SAMSONG was used. Domestic traffic accidents differ from overseas traffic accidents in terms of road type, signal system, driver's seat location and number of vehicles. ACCC databases, which supplemented and reinforced these differences, built a database based on the PC-CRASH program. In the study, we analyze the types of accidents to develop comparative scenarios for each type of road and collision type of traffic accidents. When the road types of traffic accidents in Korea were divided into five types and the collision types were divided into six, it was confirmed that the most types of FRONT-SIDE crashes appeared at the intersection. It is expected that the frequency of possible traffic accidents and collision types can be predicted according to the road type in the accident database, we that it can be used as an AEBS test scenario development suitable for the domestic road environment.

PC를 기반으로 한 선박용 디지털 심전도 및 청진기 개발 (Development of Ship′s Digital ECG and Stethoscope Based on PC)

  • 심전도 측정기와 청진기를 통하여 획득된 심전도와 심음도는 비관혈적 방법으로 환자를 진단할 수 있는 생체신호이며, 의사들의 진단도구로 널리 이용되어져 왔다. 그러나 의사들이 심전도 측정기나 청진기를 이용하여 환자를 진단하는 장소는 병원 내 진료실과 응급실로 한정되어 있기 때문에, 병원에서 거리가 먼 원거리 지역이나 자동차, 비행기, 선박에서는 환자의 심음을 확인할 수 없다. 특히, 원양항해에 종사하는 선박 환자는 전문 의료진으로부터 진료를 받을 수 없는 경우가 있다. 본 논문에서는 환자의 심음 및 심전을 용이하게 측정함으로써 PC기반의 선박용 디지털 심전도 및 청진기를 개발하였으며, 해상 원격진료의 출현을 앞 당길 수 있으리라 본다.

시뮬레이션을 이용한 충돌 전후 차량 진행궤적 분석 (Analysis of vehicle progress before and after a collision using simulation)

  • 기계 설계를 기반으로 제작한 자동차에 의한 사고 발생 시 차량 공학적인 분석은 심도 있게 조사하지 않고 조사자의 주관적인 경험 지식을 토대로 분석하는 경우가 있다. 본 연구는 실제 발생한 중앙선 침범 사고 자료를 토대로 캐드(CAD) 프로그램을 이용하여 현장 상황을 도면화하고, 도면화 한 자료를 시뮬레이션 프로그램(PC-Crash)에 적용하여 250번의 충돌 상황을 반복적으로 수행하여 최종 정지 위치 및 최종 정지 자세와 부합하는 충돌 속도, 진행 자세, 조향 작동 여부 및 제동 여부 등의 상관 관계를 분석했다. 충돌 속도가 낮을수록 이탈각의 영향을 크게 받지 않고 속도가 높은 차량의 속도에 영향을 크게 받고 충돌 이후에는 유효 충돌 속도와 같이 속도가 낮은 차량은 높아지고, 속도가 높은 차량은 낮아진다. 본 연구의 시뮬레이션 결과는 마이티가 중앙선을 넘은 자세로 오르막 좌커브 구간을 진행하다가 마주오던 포터를 인지하고 자기 진행 차로로 복귀하는 과정과 포터의 전면 좌측면이 충돌하여 포터가 우대각선 방향으로 밀려나 전면이 약 11시 방향을 향해 최종 정지하는 것을 규명하였다.

로보트 이용 자동차 휠의 림 디버링 (Robotic rim deburring technique in car wheel)

  • The problems occurred when developing a automatic wheel deburring system are to make effective flexibility in model change and the irregularity of the position/shape of the burr, to select optimal robotic manufacturing process and to develope optimal end effector. The locations where burr exists are on flange, rim and spoke. Here will be discussed the optimal solution for the removal of rim burr by using robot. The research can be summarized as the automatic robot path generation by recognizing rim contour and automatic deburring process technique. Various rim contour data is generated automatically when the sensor which is fixed to robot is moving with the parallel motion to the wheel center axis and this generated data is transferred to the data storage system and converted to the robot path data. The robotic tool system which is suitable to the rim deburring process is developed by integrating tool, compliance function and sensor. And factory automation system controlled by robot controller and PC is developed. This system shows good productivity and flexibility.

우리나라 양방향 2차선 도로의 용량 및 서비스 수준 체계에 관한 연구 (Determination of Two-Lane Highway Capacity and Level of Service in Korean Rural Roads)

  • Two-Lane, two-way roads account for approximately 92% of total road length in Korea and accomplish the majority of regional transport activities. Nevertheless not too many research have been made on two-lane roads particularly efficiency related topics such as capacity and travel time studies. In this study a full scale data collection was conducted using video equippments on rural two-lane roads to determine capacity Passenger Car Equivalents(PCE) and Level of Service criterion. Various PC programs were utilized to reduce traffic data and Walker ME? and Headway Method were employed to determine PCE's for heavy vehicles. The reseach has shown that capacity and PCE's for two-land two-way roads in Korea are 3200 pcph and 1.1∼1.9 resectively. In addition percent time delay was used as the basis of developing Level of service criterion on two-lane roads in Korea.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기자동차나 고카트와 같은 최근의 친환경 자동차에 적용하여, 그 구동시스템의 특정 데이터 관측을 위한 모니터링 시스템을 설계하는 것을 주목적으로 한다. 즉, 인휠 BLDC 전동기의 드라이브 시스템에서 출력되는 데이터를 CAN 통신을 통해 분석하고, 이것을 PC상의 LabVIEW 소프트웨어를 이용해 원하는 파라미터 또는 제어변수 값들을 감시할 수 있는 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 논문에서 사용한 BLDC 구동제어기는 Kelly Controls사(社)의 KBL48221X이며, 전기자동차 구동시 CAN 통신을 데이터 프레임 ID는 0x6B, 0x73을 갖도록 설정하였다.
