  • 본 논문에서는 학교수학에서 발견할 수 있는 순환논법의 예로서 고등학교 미분과 적분 교과서에서 정적분을 통해 원의 넓이를 구하는 과정에서 발견되는 순환논법을 수학적으로 분석하고, 학교수학의 수준에서 원의 넓이에 관련된 몇 가지 증명방법들의 의미를 비교 분석한다. 특히 원의 넓이에 대한 아르키메데스의 증명과정을 고찰하여 학교수학에서 국소적 조직화의 의미와 가치를 재조명한다.

Bamboo Distribution Map for Planning the Development of Tourism Potential in Boon Pring Andeman Area

  • Sanankerto is one of pilot projects for tourism villages in Indonesia due to its natural tourism potential with a 24-ha bamboo forest located in Boon Pring Andeman area. However, the distribution of existing bamboo has never been identified or mapped. Thus, the mana gement is facing difficulty in planning and developing tourism potential as well as spatial management in the area. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to identify and analyze the structure of bamboo vegetation in the Boon Pring Tourism village an d to perform vegetation mapping. The type of research was descriptive exploratory with a cluster sampling technique (i.e., a two-stage cluster) covering an area of ± 10 ha. Bamboo vegetation analysis was performed by calculating diversity index (H'), evenness index (E), and Species Richness index (R). Data were collected through observation and interviews with local people and the manager to determine zonation division. Mapping of bamboo vegetation based on zoning was processed into thematic maps using ArcG is 10.3. Micro climatic factors were measured with three replications for each sub -cluster. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Nine species of bamboo identified. Diversity, evenness, and species richness indices differed at each location. Activities of local communities, tourists, and manager determined the presence, number, and distribution of bamboo species. These bamboo distribution maps in three zoning (utilization, buffer, and core) can be used by manager for planning and developing natural tourism potential.

깊이 영상을 통한 화소 단위 물체 부피 측정 방법 (Volume Measurement Method for Object on Pixel Area Basis through Depth Image)

  • 본 논문에서는 깊이 카메라에 의해 촬영된 깊이 영상을 이용하여 객체의 부피를 측정하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 깊이 정보를 활용하여 물체의 영역의 실제 거리 단위의 폭과 높이를 계산하여 물체의 부피를 측정한다. 배경 깊이 영상과 촬영된 깊이 영상에서 화소 값의 차이를 통해 영상을 이진화하여 물체 영역을 구한다. 이진화된 영상으로부터 검출된 물체 영역에 해당하는 화소의 3차원 좌표를 이용하여 실제 단위의 거리를 계산한다. 각 화소가 가지는 깊이 정보를 이용하여 인접한 4개의 화소로 이루어진 2×2화소 영역 사각형에 대한 부피를 계산한다. 모든 2×2화소 영역들에 대한 부피를 더하여 물체의 부피를 계산한다. 부피를 계산하였을 때 60cm의 측정거리에서 평균 2.1%의 오차가 측정된다.

제1 중족골 근위 반월형 절골술과 Ludloff 절골술 후 교정 각도에 따른 절골편간 접촉 면적 비교(예비보고) (A Comparison of the Contact Area between Three Different Correcting Angles after Proximal Crescentic Osteotomy and Ludloff Osteotomy of the First Metatarsal (Preliminary Report))

  • Purpose: This study was performed to compare the contact area between three different correcting angles after the proximal crescentic and Ludloff osteotomies of the first metatarsal. Materials and Methods: We used the two sawbone models. Proximal crescentic (PCO) and Ludloff osteotomies (LO) were performed and secured using K-wires under the correcting intermetatarsal angle (IMA) $5^{\circ}$, $10^{\circ}$, and $15^{\circ}$. Then each 6 osteotomized model was scanned five times and measured the contact area using the calculating program. We excluded the highest and lowest values. Results: The mean area of cutting surface was 189 $mm^2$ in PCO, 863 $mm^2$ in LO. The mean contact area (contact ratio; contact area $\times$100/area of cutting surface) of PCO was 149 $mm^2$ (79%) in $5^{\circ}$, 139.5 $mm^2$ (74%) in $10^{\circ}$, 107 $mm^2$ (57%) in $15^{\circ}$ IMA. The mean contact area (contact ratio) of LO was 711 $mm^2$ (82%) in $5^{\circ}$, 535.5 $mm^2$ (62%) in $10^{\circ}$, 330 $mm^2$ (38%) in $15^{\circ}$ IMA. Conclusion: A significant decrease in the contact area and contact ratio according to increase in correcting IMA was noticed in LO. We recommend the PCO rather than LO, when the IMA is needed to correct over $15^{\circ}$.

3차원 지형모델을 이용한 면적산출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Calculation of the Area through the Three Dimensional Terrain Model)

  • 오늘날 측량장비 개발의 급속한 발전과 더불어 정밀도가 많이 향상되고 있고 컴퓨터를 이용한 지형공간정보체계기술의 발달로 더욱 정밀한 3차원 지형의 재현이 가능하게 되었다. 그런데 실제 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 면적 및 체적산출방법에 있어서는 재래적인 측량방법인 평판측량으로 지형을 만들어낸 후 구적기나 기타 다른 방법을 통해서 2차원 면적을 산출한다. 여기에 일정량의 경사보정계수를 곱하여 3차원 면적을 산출하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 재래적인 측량방법 및 면적산출방법에 대한 비효율성 및 비정밀성을 제시하고 광파거리측량기와 GPS를 이용하여 불규칙삼각형방식과 격자형방식으로 측량을 실시하였다. 두 가지 측량데이터를 가지고 각각의 방법에 따라 3차원 지형모델을 구축한 후 2차원 및 3차원 면적을 산출하였으며 재래적인 측량방법을 이용한 면적산출량을 기준으로 불규칙삼각형방식과 격자형방식으로 산출한 면적산출량을 비교 분석함으로써 정밀하고 효율성이 높은 3차원 면적산출기법을 제시하였다.

도시 토지피복별 불투수면적률과 녹지면적률에 따른 지표면 일최고온도 변화량 산정방법 (Development of calculating daily maximum ground surface temperature depending on fluctuations of impermeable and green area ratio by urban land cover types)

  • Heatwaves are one of the most common phenomena originating from changes in the urban thermal environment. They are caused mainly by the evapotranspiration decrease of surface impermeable areas from increases in temperature and reflected heat, leading to a dry urban environment that can deteriorate aspects of everyday life. This study aimed to calculate daily maximum ground surface temperature affecting heatwaves, to quantify the effects of urban thermal environment control through water cycle restoration while validating its feasibility. The maximum surface temperature regression equation according to the impermeable area ratios of urban land cover types was derived. The estimated values from daily maximum ground surface temperature regression equation were compared with actual measured values to validate the calculation method's feasibility. The land cover classification and derivation of specific parameters were conducted by classifying land cover into buildings, roads, rivers, and lands. Detailed parameters were classified by the river area ratio, land impermeable area ratio, and green area ratio of each land-cover type, with the exception of the rivers, to derive the maximum surface temperature regression equation of each land cover type. The regression equation feasibility assessment showed that the estimated maximum surface temperature values were within the level of significance. The maximum surface temperature decreased by 0.0450℃ when the green area ratio increased by 1% and increased by 0.0321℃ when the impermeable area ratio increased by 1%. It was determined that the surface reduction effect through increases in the green area ratio was 29% higher than the increasing effect of surface temperature due to the impermeable land ratio.

  • Geometrical characteristics of fruit including perimeter, projected area and length of minor and major axis were calculated by computer programs to be used in fruit sorting by image processing system. The results are summerized as follows. 1. A program calculating perimeter, projected area, and length of minor and major axis by edge detection and chain code was developed. 2. Geometrical characteristics of given figures were calculated to verify the program and the discrepancies from the measured values were about 5%. 3. Regression models for estimating volums of apples were developed and regression coefficients for each variety were found. 4. Abnormal apples could be recognized by comparing the ratio of minor axis to major axis and the standard value was proposed.

레이저 스케너 센서기반 보행패턴 인식 및 경로추적 (Tracking of Person Walking Pattern and Trajectory Following with 2D Laser Scanner)

  • We propose laser scanner sensor system based walking pattern and tracking method of multiple human. This system uses laser scanners sensors and is applicable to wide and crowded area such as hospital and medical care center. The primary objective of this research is to promote the development of robust, repeatable and transferable software for security system that can automatically detect, track and follow people in public area. We developed the method of human identification for this system. Our method is following: 1. Best-walking pattern data are obtained by the help of human position and direction data obtained by laser scanners. 2. Human identification is conducted by calculating the correlation between the step length of walking human. It becomes possible to conduct human identification even in crowded scenes by estimating the movements of waling human' feet are periodic. In the experiment in the station, some effectiveness of this method became clear.

  • 선박 경계영역 이론에 의한 선박 사이의 실시간 가중치를 갖는 타원형 범퍼의 겹치는 면적을 계산하기 위한 연구이다. 실시간 타원형 범퍼의 겹치는 면적은 선박의 항해사들이 느끼는 인지 위험 평가에 중요한 도구로 사용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 선박 사이의 충돌을 사전에 위험을 어떻게 느끼는 지를 계산을 통해서 다양한 각도에서 충돌인지 위험을 확인하기 위한 기술에 대해서 설명하였다.

  • This paper tries to suggest one kind of estimation method of compensation for restriction in licenced fisheries caused by a large scale coastal reclamation under Code 62 of the Fisheries Act. To do so, the paper focuses on estimating the restriction rate of licenced fisheries through introducing several new factors for calculating the amount value of compensation, such as the restriction rate of fishing area, the decreasing rate of fishing time and the variation rate of fishing cost. Finally, the paper tries to apply the method to the case of compensation fer fisheries damage at the Incheon coastal area caused by the construction of the base of LNG of 1992.
