The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of physical and intangible assets, and to analyze the use of planning in a new cultural space creation project areas. For this study, literature survey, filed survey and participant observation methods were used for data collection. The results were as follows. 1) The project's characteristics had a variety of space utilization's scope. It was to emphasize the organizations and participants in the human side. 2) There are the pumping stations, mokgammak, mills, barbershops, marketplaces etc in physical assets, and it was worth the historic or agricultural facility. 3) The using plans of three kinds in hardware facilities, software programs, human ware(human abilities)are linked to each other organically. 4) The problems in the project's process include the administrative and institutional factors rather than planning matters.

It is rare that the dwelling buildings designated as cultural assets owing to the demands of the rapid-changing times and their residences are conserved as their original shapes, though the extent varies. Meanwhile, there has been a continuous effort to preserve and take over our traditional dwelling culture. Yet, the effects were not tangible because the viewpoints are different between the conservation promoters and related residents-officials-experts and because the conservation method is not decided in advance. Thus, in conserving the traditional dwelling culture containing the history of human life, this study tries to find out the reasonable ways for conserving traditional residence based on the consciousness research of citizens on conserving and utilizing the cultural assets. Furthermore this study also tries to suggest to contemporaries - who should live side by side with the historic cultural assets - what attitude they should have. On the basis of above survey, the objective of this study is said to consist in presenting the directions - what efforts are needed - for the more active and participant conservation.

최근의 도시발달은 하드웨어 중심보다 도시정체성을 바탕으로 한 정성적 성장이 중요해지는 성숙사회로 진입하고 있다. 이를 위해 도시재생뿐 아니라, 도시 내부의 경쟁력으로서 문화자산의 가치에 대한 전략적 접근이 요구된다. 본 논문은 지역경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략으로서 문화자산을 활용한 도시재생이라는 측면에서 서울동화축제의 사례조사를 통해 실증적으로 지역발전에 대한 모델을 찾고자 하였다. 세부적으로는 동화축제의 구성요소들을 문화자산의 세부특징별로 분석하여, 하드웨어적인 인프라와 소프트웨어, 휴먼웨어를 중심으로 하는 거버넌스 구조와 다양한 콘텐츠웨어등 생태계 특징에 따라 구분하여, 상호간의 관계와 순환구조를 살펴보았다. 전체적으로는 이러한 문화자산의 특징이 물리적 자산과 인문적 자산, 프로그램과 결합하면서, 지역의 정체성을 만들어가는 시너지효과 창출의 근거가 되고 있으며, 기존시설의 강화와 확장을 통한 지역재생형 도시재생과 융합적인 특징을 기반으로 지역혁신형 도시재생의 가능성을 보여줌을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 모델은 기존의 물리적 자산뿐 아니라, 축제와 연계된 문화자산을 토대로 도시재생의 방향을 택하고, 축제개최를 위해 다양한 거버넌스들이 결합함으로써, 자생적인 선순환구조를 마련하는 기반이 구축된다는 점에서 의미를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 전국에 산재되어 있는 중요 문화재중 석탑을 대상으로 지형공간정보체계 및 근거리사진측량기법을 이용하여 훼손우려가 있는 문화재의 주요정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 자료기반을 구축하고 문화재 관리시스템을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 수행결과, 준측량용사진기에 의한 정밀도화 및 수치정보를 취득할 수 있는 방법을 정립하였으며, 이를 지형공간정보체계를 이용하여 자료기반으로 구축함으로써 문화재 정보의 효율적인 관리에 기여함수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

文化材의 관측에 있어서 址上寫眞測量을 적용하는 것은 경제적인 뿐만 아니라 正確度의 측면에서도 그 유용성이 높다. 또한, 날로 심화되어 가는 문화재의 훼손을 감안하여 정밀한 관측을 통한 가치평가 및 보존대책을 수립하여야 하는 시점에 와 있다. 본 연구에서는 현존하는 石塔 중에서 國寶나 寶物級 또는 그 진가가 잘 알려져 있지 않은 地方有形 文化財 石塔중 址上寫眞測量에 의해 정확히 관측된 자료를 시대별로 그 造形比를 분석하여 文化財로서의 참뜻 및 독창성을 발견하는데 目的을 두고 있다. 址上寫眞測量을 이용하여 우리나라의 主要 石塔을 精密國化하고 그 造形比를 분석한 결과 각 시대별로 특징적인 造形比를 가지고 石塔이 건조되었음을 밝힐 수 있었다. 또한, 이 결과는 앞으로 石塔의 건조 시대와 그 保存에 있어서 중요한 지표가 될 것으로 사료된다.
