건설사업관리자(CMr) 측면에서 건설기술용역 평가의 CSFs 추출 및 AHP 중요도 분석 (CSFs Extraction and AHP Importance Analysis for Construction Technology Services Evaluation in terms of Construction Manager)

  • The current evaluation time period for the construction management service is the project completion or after project completion. Therefore, the construction manager has the following problems. First, it is difficult to prepare the evaluation due to the new field movement of the existing participating engineer. Next, the CM work is complex as well as extensive. Therefore, the critical success factors of the construction technology services evaluation are required as a systematic performance standard of CM work. In this study, we extracted the critical success factors that can systematically prepare the evaluation from the early stage of the project through in - depth interviews with experts. And, this study was analyze the priority of each factor by using AHP technique. As a result, the most important factors were related to the systemization of the preparation process, the construction manager work capabilities and practical construction management. And the priorities of all factors were analyzed high in the factors suggested by the owner groups. The results of this analysis are expected to provide the standards that construction management service performer carry out structured management of construction management throughout the project.

  • The maintenance of educational facilities is divided into inspection and management of facility managers residing in the school and Educational Environment Improvement Projects(EEIP) to carry out maintenance work. Educational support organizations collect maintenance requests through facility inspections by school-specific facility managers, and carry out numerous maintenance projects during the year. The EEIP has the characteristic of Program Management with interrelationships between projects, not multiple projects management. The purpose of the EEIP is to eliminate the inconvenience of school facility users and increase their satisfaction, and achieving the goal is judged to be successful. Despite the importance of management and performance measurement utilizing Critical Success Factor(CSF) for the operation of successful educational facility maintenance management programs, the system for achieving the goals is insufficient. This study derives CSFs for each stage of the EEIP for the success of the EEIP. The CSFs for each stage of the EEIP is expected to serve as a basis for evaluation of educational facility maintenance management programs and can be used as an evaluation index in the future.

균형성과표(BSC)개념을 적응한 학교급식 운영성과 측정지표 개발 (Development of Performance Indicators Based on Balanced Score Card for School Food Service Facilities)

  • This study raised the necessity of developing performance indicators for measuring the management efficiency and effectiveness of school food service, and as a means of helping its implementation, a balanced score card (BSC) approach developed by Norton and Kaplan was adopted. This study established BSC in seven phases through literature: Phase 1 Defining a school food service and the scope of working activities, Phase 2 Establishing the vision of a school food service, Phase 3 Setting strategic goals, Phase 4 Identifying critical success factors (CSFs), Phase 5 Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Phase 6 Extracting cause and effect relationship, and Phase 7 Completing a preliminary BSC. The preliminary BSC was fumed into a survey, which was administered to food service related people working at the Office of Education and School Food Service including 16 offices,209 dietitians, 48 school administrators both from self-operated and contract-managed, and 9 experts in areas related to school food service. They were asked questions about strategies from 4 different perspectives,12 CSFs, 39 KPls, and the cause and effect relationships among them. As a result, among the CSFs based on 4 different perspectives, all factors other than ' zero sum on profit/loss ' from the financial perspective turned out to be valid. In terms of KPIs, manufacturing cost percentages, casualty loss count/reduction rates, school foodervice participation rates, and sales goal achievement rates were found to be valid from the financial perspective, while student satisfaction index, faculty satisfaction index, leftover ratio, nutrition educational performance count, index of evaluating nutrition education, customer claim count/reduction rate, handling customer claim count/reduction rate, and parent satisfaction index were found to be valid from the customers' perspective. Besides, nutritional requirement sufficient ratio, nutritional management score, food poisoning outbreak count, employee safety accident count, sanitary inspection assessment index, meals per labor hour (productivity index), computerization ratio, operational management index, and purchase management assessment index were also found to be valid from the perspective of internal business processes. From the perspective of innovation and learning, employee turnover ratio/rate of absenteeism, annual education and training count, employee satisfaction index, human resource management assessment index, annual menu-related customer feedback, food service information index for employees and parents/schools were also found to be valid. The significance of this study is to present indices for measuring overall performance of school lunch food service operations without putting any limitation on types of school food service management, and to help correctly assess the contribution of the current types of school food service management to schools and students.   • The Objective of this study is empirically investigating organizational/managerial factors affecting BPR implementation. The contributions of this research project are two-fold. First, this research project provides empirically tested CSFs and CFF of BPR implementation. Especially, the influence of the organizational culture, structure, and managerial support on BPR implementation were thoroughly investigated. Second, this research found the combined effects of CSF and CFF. Top management commitment, leadership style, and collaborative work environment were found to negate employee resistance to a reengineered process and lead to a successful BPR implementation, especially when the level of employee resistance is high.

  • 본 논문은 ERP 시스템 구축 과정에서 구축 단계별 주요 성공 요인들이 구축과정에서 상호간에 미치는 영향과 구현 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 체계를 도출하기 위한 탐색적인 연구이다. 기본 연구모형은 ERP시스템 구축단계를 사전 준비단계, 구현 단계, 정착 안정화 단계의 3단계로 나누고, 각 구축단계별 주요 성공요인을 정리하고 구현 과정에서 미치는 상호 영향과 구현 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 연구 방법은 한 기업의 심도있는 사례 연구를 통해 이루어졌다.

  • 최근 급격하게 변화하는 기업외부의 환경에 따라 기업의 민첩성(Agility)의 중요성이 대두되면서, 국내 외 기업들은 체계적인 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(Business Process Management) 중심의 경영을 통한 최적의 운영효율성을 확보하고자 한다. 그러나, BPM 도입 후 IT솔루션이라는 한정적 개념으로 인식하고 실패하는 사례들도 적지 않게 나타나고 있으며, 이에 대한 학술적 관점의 체계적인 BPM 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 Dynamic Capability(동적역량)와 Task-Technology Fit(과업-기술적합도) 이론에 근거한 프레임워크를 제시하여 효과적인 BPM 도입 및 활용을 위한 핵심성공요인(CSF)을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 이론을 바탕으로 도출된 CSF들을 실증적을 분석하기 위해 BPM을 도입한 세 개의 국내 기업에 대해 사례분석을 수행하여, 향후 BPM을 도입한 국내기업들에게 제시한 CSF들을 성과지표로 참조하고 활용하는데 기여하고자 한다.

Contractile Effects of Hemoglobin-Free Human Cerebrospinal Fluid on Isolated Porcine Cerebral Arteries

  • To elucidate the mechanism involved in the cerebral vascular spasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), the effects of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) obtained from the SAH patients on the resting tension and its influence on the contractile responses to various vasoactive agents and to hypoxia were investigated in isolated porcine cerebral arteries. All the CSFs containing hemoglobin (Hb) produced contraction and some Hb-free CSFs also elicited contraction. When the Hb-free CSF was separated by microfilter, the filtrate of <30,000 MW did not produce contraction, while the fraction above 30,000 MW elicited more marked contractile responses than the unfractionated CSF. The CSF contraction was significantly attenuated in the presence of indomethacin or nimodipine, whereas the contractions induced by KCl, prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}$ ($PGF_{2{\alpha}}$), or endothelin-1 (ET-1) were not affected by the CSF pretreatment. However, the contractile responses induced by 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and phenylephrine (PE) were markedly potentiated by the pretreatment. Hypoxia-induced vasoconstriction was significantly potentiated by the pretreatment with either unfractionated CSF or the CSF fraction of above 30,000 MW. These results suggest that unknown vasocontractile substance(s) exists in the Hb-free CSF and that the substance, with its MW above 30,000, is activated by hypoxia and acts synergistically with 5-HT and PE, and that extracellular calcium influx and cyclooxygenase are also involved in the cerebral vasoconstrictory effect of Hb-free CSF.

  • 1990년대와 2000년대 초 현재까지 ERP시스템 구축 시장은 괄목할 만한 성장을 계속하여 왔다. 2009년에 ERP 시장은 세계적으로 약 65조원 규모까지 성장할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 거의 모든 기업이 이러한 ERP 시스템에 의하여 일상의 사업 거래 업무를 처리하게 될 것이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 ERP 구축 프로젝트는 많은 시간, 광범위한 관련 범위, 그리고 큰 예산 비용을 요구하는 하나의 방대하고 전략적이며 복잡한 프로젝트이다. 이것은 기업에게 있어 ERP 시스템 구축은 반드시 성공하여야 할 프로젝트임을 의미하며 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인이 무엇인가에 대한 이해가 기업 경영자들에게 매우 중요함을 뜻한다. 본 연구는 먼저 ERP분야의 선행연구들 특히 ERP시스템 구축 성공요인 연구 결과들을 살펴봄으로써 최근에 강조되고 있는 중요 성공요인에는 어떠한 것이 있는지 살펴본 다음에 본 설문조사 실증연구 결과를 기존의 연구와 비교적으로 소개하면서 ERP 시스템을 구축 사용하고 있는 기업 경영자들에게 유용한 관리 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

인천공항공사 개방형 혁신 도입방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Introduction of Open Innovation in Incheon International Airport Corporation)

  • Recently, companies and organizations are becoming increasingly dependent on external resources to keep their competitive advantages under the turbulence of global business environmental changes. Therefore, they focus on the paradigm 'Open Innovation (OI)' which is reported as a convincing strategy to improve competitive advantage in terms of budget and time-to-market. The management of Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) also considers the introduction of Open Innovation not only to adapt the business environmental changes but also to be devoted its social role as a public corporation. In this paper, we describe how we derived the promotion tasks for the introduction of OI and prioritized the tasks, performing our research on the IIAC Open Innovation. For these purposes, this research conducted the following three steps; the first stage for the analysis of current situation on the IIAC Open Innovation, the second stage for the elicitation of promotion tasks, and the last stage for the prioritization of the promotion tasks. In the first stage, critical success factors (CSFs) for open innovation introduction were derived from different research papers and case studies. In the following stage, promotion tasks were elicited from the IIAC based on the CSFs. In the last stage, the promotion tasks were evaluated on the base of criteria by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). And then the promotion tasks were grouped by the result of the evaluation. In this case, thirteen promotion tasks were derived for open innovation, ten promotion tasks except three inevitable promotion tasks were evaluated, and then they were grouped into four categories based on the importance-possibility analysis.
