Medical CRM Frame Design for Medical Institution (의료기관 전문 의료용 CRM 프레임 설계)

  • Hospitals today use independent systems for each department and job such as Hospital Information Sytem(HIS), Picture Archiving Communications System(PACS), Ordering Communication System(OCS), Electronic Medical Record(EMR), Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), etc and each system employs its own DB. So, it is impossible to integrate information within the institution and difficult to keep transparency and consistency of data. I in this study offered a data integration environment through flexible management linked with other systems, and by doing that, designed a medical CRM frame which offers the optimum service the customer wants at the optimum time. I designed 4 of medical CRM frame: customer relationship management, public relations/marketing, service management, and statistics/analysis by the customer relationship management process standardization and aimed to offer tailored mobile contents according to customer's characters and health situation on the basis of customer's data by securing mobile medical contents for personalized medical information service.

Cyber Education System Based on CRM (CRM 기반의 가상 교육 시스템)

  • This paper presents the cyber education system which aims to improve the effect of cyber education that remains limited by uniform educational course being provided to all students. In this respect, a cyber English educational program has been provided to all individual students in different levels through combining CRM with WBI. The paper has analyzed the academic interest of each learner in the process of education using the algorithm that this paper proposes. Here the CRM algorithm enables the study to categorize the degree of learners interest in the process of education and utilize this in cyber education. The frame of education program based on the students' interest which is introduced in the paper is expected to contribute as one of the cyber education strategies that will increase the learners' academic interest.

  • Traditional studies for customer relationship management (CRM) generally focus on static CRM in a specific time frame. The static CRM and customer behavior knowledge derived could help marketers to redirect marketing resources fur profit gain at that given point in time. However, as time goes, the static knowledge becomes obsolete. Therefore, application of CRM to an online retailer should be done dynamically in time. Customer-based analysis should observe the past purchase behavior of customers to understand their current and likely future purchase patterns in consumer markets, and to divide a market into distinct subsets of customers, any of which may conceivably be selected as a market target to be reached with a distinct marketing mix. Though the concept of buying-behavior-based CRM was advanced several decades ago, virtually little application of the dynamic CRM has been reported to date. In this paper, we propose a dynamic CRM model utilizing data mining and a Monitoring Agent System (MAS) to extract longitudinal knowledge from the customer data and to analyze customer behavior patterns over time for the Internet retailer. The proposed model includes an extensive analysis about a customer career path that observes behaviors of segment shifts of each customer: prediction of customer careers, identification of dominant career paths that most customers show and their managerial implications, and about the evolution of customer segments over time. furthermore, we show that dynamic CRM could be useful for solving several managerial problems which any retailers may face.

  • The success of a product is only possible on the basis of user preference for products and the user preference for products is greatly influenced by the design. Designers have to understand user preference and convert it into the combination of specified design attribute, and after that they should design products which have the image that they want to get. Then the product will be sure to be a hit. Therefore, on the point of view of design, it is necessary to find oui definitely the consumer preference frame : the relationship among design preference - design images - design attribute. This study will give you guidelines on which designers can select and design some more objective and reliable design factors, finding out the relation of cause and effect by which they can know what kind of product designs their consumers like and how the popular image which that products offer is composed of. Therefore, in this study, after we developed the consumer response framework which is proposed by Bloch(1995) : distinct relationship model among preference - design image adjective - design factors, we analyzed the relationship among preference-design image adjective - design factors through the empirical researches. And then we give the way of design.

Problems of Metallic Dental Instruments for Dental Use (치과에서 사용되는 금속치과기구의 임상적용시 문제)

  • 치과재료에 사용되는 금속재료는 주로 스테인리스강, 타이타늄, Ni-Ti, Co-Cr등과 같은 특수합금이 주로 사용되고 있다. 이들 재료는 치과 보철물과 교정재료 및 충전재료로 주로 사용되고 있으며 그 외 치과에서 사용되는 기기나 기구에도 많이 활용되고 있다. 특히 치과 보철물을 사용하여 치료를 원하는 환자가 최근에 급격히 증가하면서 임플란트 고정체와 나사 등을 이용한 치료법의 연구와 개발이 필요하게 되어 세계적으로 연구와 투자가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 재료의 설계나 합금의 설계 및 제품의 설계상의 문제로 인하여 생체조직과 결합하는데 많은 문제점이 임상적으로 발생되고 있다. 즉 임플란트 표면의 생체적합성부여, 고정체와의 결합시 파절이나 풀림현상, 골에 고정체로 사용하는 나사의 강도와 내마모성문제 등이 개선되어야 할 문제점으로 남아있다. 또한 총의치에 사용되는 자석 어태치먼트의erosion-corrosion문제, 교정선의 탄성 과 마모저항문제 등은 앞으로 계속적인 연구를 행하여야할 과제로 남아있다. 또한 국소의치에서 사용되는 frame은 정밀주조법을 통하여 제조하며 주조상의 결함 등으로 인한 클라스프의 파절 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 치과재료로 사용되는 임플란트 고정체, 나사, 교정용 선등의 문제점을 고찰하고, 지금까지 이루어진 연구를 중심으로 최적의 개선 조건을 찾고자하였다. 최근첨단소재 및 금속재료를 사용하여 치과재료 합금을 설계할 수 있는 연구가 활발히 진행된다면 수입에 의존하고 있는 고가의 치과재료를 값이 싼 고성능의 제품으로 대체할 수 있는 효과가 클 것으로 생각된다.>$\rho$$\sub$0/=1.8 %.
