This research is designed for studying between transformational leadership and behavior of subordinate. We took a practical analysis with conception of leader acceptance to search function between transformational leadership and self-efficacy. For practical proof of this research, we look hypothetical inspection with collected data after posing a question with medical Staff of 459. The practical analysis of this research is as below. First, We could know that transformational leadership affect partially positive effect to self-efficacy of subordinate. That is, as a result for researching into the influence of subordinate to self-efficacy, setting each element which forms transformational leadership as hypotheses, charismatic behavior and intellectual stimulation of leader's have an positive effect on self-efficacy of subordinate. However, there is no relation between individualized consideration and self-efficacy of subordinate. Second, we analyzed effect of subordinate's acceptance of leader between transformational leadership and acceptance degree of leader, we could know that all of them which is Two subordinate purpose of transformational leadership have a controling effects as there must be existed differences on self-efficacy before and after interaction. It is also another suggestion of this research to provide a clue to next research which is related with the importance of acceptance and it, conception, because we find the fact there could be existed the difference according to acceptance degree of leader.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of structural expression in the works of Louis I. Kahn. Kahn's main architectural thoughts of 'what it wants to be' and 'how it was done' are important in this research because these statements act as a clue to understand the relationship between structural expression and space. 'What it wants to be' means the essence and existence of architecture and 'how it was done' shows the tectonic of architecture and construction process to enhance its presence. Kahn's emphasis of structural expression stems from the fact that structure is the logical part of whole building system rather than the concealed object for the exterior of buildings. Therefore structure of Kahn's architecture is not a structure only to support building but a mean to express his thoughts in a corporeal way. In Kahn's works, the characteristics of structural expressions are summarized as the visualization of the order in dynamics, construction process, spatial system, and the relationship between structure and light in the space.

$Ren{\acute{e}}$ Char and Yi Yuk-Sa have similarities to be accepted as representative poet of resistance in France and South Korea's history of literature. These similarities lead us to make a comparative study on two poets not having any positive influencing relationship. Their experiences as a independence fighter have a great effect on their whole works. This study applies concept of "Po-ethica" to compare features and values about their works. This concept anticipates ethical and existential throwbacks not an aesthetic throwback. Their poems are remarkable that they not only present a ethical perspectives surpassing the "lettrism" but also show the lyricism in poems of resistance surpassing patriotic and ideological appeal. This lyricism results from the pursuits of a true life not a confidence of the goodness. The similarities and differences in their works can be a clue for rediscovering the meaning and values of poems of resistance. Rilke said, "The Poem is the experience". Char's poems are more experiential than any other poet's poems. His poems of resistance show a personal life than deconstruction of discourse such as nationality and father land. On the other hand, Yuk-Sa's poems show a prospect of nature and the macrocosm. This naturalization of a resistance surpass a pastoral attitude of forgetting their phases of the times and reality. Therefore, their "Po-ethica" of resistance is valid today.

China's Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) cultural landscape and cultural landscape of Korea, respectively Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) investigated and the following results were extracted. First, multi-cultural personalities to ever Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) China's outstanding natural beauty around the emotion of his drawing on the literature and a new cultural landscape was formed. Their main feeling of the beauty of nature through his ash under adverse conditions up again in politics, which expresses the desire to advance. To this end, his outlook on life and also an attitude overhaul yeotboinda. This information formed the cultural landscape of Korea Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) not deviate from that has been investigated. Second, Korea is entirely China's 'sun' Lou Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) was a significant effect of cultural landscape. The beautiful landscapes of the Joseon Dynasty literati in the Joseon reported only in words and pictures they admired China's leading natural and cultural landscape and paste the name of the famous' sun Lou watch it was transformed into a cultural landscape. For this reason, the current remaining two 'sun' Lou, but probably the Joseon Dynasty, called the 'sun tower base and is estimated to be more common than now. In addition, in Hadong Yueyanglou(岳陽樓) near the sun 'Lou, China has also attached near the nomination could be an important clue.

국가기록원이 소장하고 있는 1960년대 대통령기록은 '완전하고 정확한' 기록이 아니다. 그러나 그 기록들에는 주요 정책의 흐름과 다양한 정보가 수록되어 있다는 점에서 연구자들이 충분히 이용할 만한 가치가 있다. 과거 국가기록원에서 발간한 목록집은 내용 분석 없이 간단한 기록 정보만을 제공하고 있을 뿐이다. 따라서 본고는 1960년대 경제 분야 대통령기록의 내용 분석을 바탕으로 주제별 분류체계를 설계하고 기록 유형을 파악하였다. 주제별 기록 유형의 분포 양상은 1960년대 산업화 과정에 나타난 대통령비서실의 주요 과제를 이해하는 데 단초를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 기록 내용에 포함된 인물 단체 장소 등의 정보는 관련 기관의 기록 수집과 이용을 활성화 하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 초등과학부진학생들의 기초과학탐구능력을 향상하기 위해 중재프로그램을 개발하고 안구추적기를 활용해 중재프로그램의 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 초등과학부진학생 35명이었다. 안구운동추적기는 SMI사의 iView XTM RED로 고정형이고 샘플링 속도는 120 Hz이었다. 실험을 설계하고 분석하기 위해 Experiment 3.4와 BeGaze 3.4 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 기초탐구 교수전략, 교사 학생 행동, 교수-학습지도안, 학습 활동지를 포함하여 중재프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, 중재프로그램 적용결과 기초과학탐구능력이 향상되었고 전체 문제해결시간이 통계적으로 유의미하게 줄어들었다. 셋째, 기초과학탐구 문제영역과 핵심단어에 대한 평균응시시간이 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소하였다. 넷째, 기초과학탐구문제해결과정에서 동공 크기(pupil diameter)가 통계적으로 유의미하게 확장되었다. 다섯째, 기초과학탐구문제해결과정에서 평균도약시간(average saccade time)은 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다. 여섯째, 문제 단서영역에 대한 평균응시도입시간(average fixation entry time)은 통계적으로 유의미하게 빨라졌고, 평균응시시간은 통계적으로 유의미하게 줄어들었다.

In order to improve the printability for offset print in Korea, the experimental printing was performed with commercial press. The clue of this study is that the printing condition of the imported machines are not set properly for the Korean printing materials. Although almost all of the printing machines are imported, printing materials have to be supplied in Korea. So we need to study on the printability between Korean materials and imported machines. In spite of difficulties in experiments with commercial press, three newsprint machines and three commercial printing presses were used for this study over 5 years. As the results, the optimum range and printability coefficients were obtained.

Go-Sul-Sik(高設式) On-Dol(溫突) houses have a combination of high Ma-Ru and high On-Dol structure. This type of house had been developed in the process of combining Ma-Ru with On-Dol. Go-Sul-Sik On-Dol houses give a clue to unveil exchanging process of Korean On-Dol and Ma-Ru. Go-Sul-Sik On-Dol can be understood as an architectural type of introducing On-Dol into the upper classes' Ma-Ru afterwards. Apparently, Go-Sul-Sik On-Dol houses were not a two-story building. But they had a two-story structure because of On-Dol rooms, which implied a symbolic rank and On-Dol's practicality as well as its being high. Go-Sul-Sik On-Dol houses were peculiar architectural type which realized lives of the very individual authority and symbolic representation within the strict Confucian society. It seemed to be derived from an alternative of the upper classes' architectural culture integrating an ideal into reality.

This paper examines the conventional notion of natural beauty and its legacy on the aesthetic experience of nature and landscape architecture in terms of critical perspective. We can take its clue for discussion from the our routine convention of experiencing natural beauty from the picture-like nature. We often equate natural beauty with superficial representations of nature shown in pictures. However, it is no more than a by-stander's nature seen purely through the eyes of the outsider. Problems of the picture-like nature can be summarized as the contemplative and visual-oriented aesthetic experience of landscape, which has had its influence not only on the ways of seeing the natural beauty but also on the ways of making it. The tradition of the picture-like nature has been transplanted into the real world through the practice of landscape architecture. It has been mass-producing superficial beauty of nature, focused on visual form. Landscape architecture in such a form is just a static means of decoration devoid of meaning and content.

Non-Annex I parties announced the voluntary emission reduction targets including the U.S. in the conference of party. NAMAs would be focused to solve the negotiation clue for the post-kyoto regime. Since the country would not be involved in Annex I parties, the voluntary carbon market would be created for the greenhouse gas reduction targets. According to Bali Roadmap, voluntary carbon market should be constructed by the MRV manners since this country does not belong to Annex I parties. Carbon point system would be proposed by the ways of the international voluntary emission reduction credit. The voluntary carbon market should involve the potential GHG reduction credit and link with the ETS in the country. This study proposed the way of linkage between ETS and voluntary carbon market including the carbon-point system.
