ERP 시스템의 운영단계의 성공요인에 대한 중요도 분석 (An Analysis of the Importance of the Success Factors in Operation Stage of ERP System)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구에서 제시된 ERP시스템의 운영단계의 성공요인들에 대해서 전문가 그룹의 면담과 의견 수렴과정을 거쳐 중요 핵심 성공요인을 도출하고, 도출된 성공요인들을 계층화 의사결정법(AHP)을 이용하여 각 요인들에 대한 상대적인 중요도를 분석하였다. 1차 계층의 성공 요인들에 대한 중요도 분석에서는 조직/인력 요인의 중요도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 2차 계층의 성공요인을 1차 계층의 중요도를 고려한 가중치 분석에서는 경영진의 지원과 관심이 가장 중요한 요인으로 분석되었고, 그 다음으로 프로세스 최적화, 변화관리, 운영조직의 지원, 프로세스 혁신조직 유지 순으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템의 운영단계에서 ERP 시스템의 도입 성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 경영진의 지속적인 지원과 관심뿐만 아니라 ERP 시스템의 도입으로 인한 내부 환경 변화에 대한 적절한 변화관리가 요구되며, ERP 시스템을 전담하는 운영조직의 지원과 프로세스에 대한 지속적인 혁신을 위한 별도의 조직을 갖추어야 할 것이라는 연구결과를 제시할 수 있었다.

  • 기업 경쟁력의 원천은 사람이며, 성공 핵심은 사람들의 능력과 협력에 달려있다. 따라서 종업원들의 직무만족과 업무몰입을 위해 CEO는 윤리경영을 실천하고자 다각적인 노력을 해야 한다. 경쟁은 물론이고, 고객의 자산을 관리해야하는 증권회사의 경영자도 수없이 많은 윤리적 이슈와 문제에 직면해 있다. 금융환경은 더 복잡해지고 증권사에 대한 요구도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 현실을 고려할 때, 어떻게 윤리 차원의 사회적 요구를 받아들이고 의식 수준을 변화시킬 것인가, 어떻게 기관 내부의 풍토로 정착시켜야 할 것인가 하는 문제는 중요한 관리대상이 되고 있다. 또한 이러한 윤리경영이 조직 구성원의 업무몰입에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인가를 파악해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구목적을 바탕으로 증권회사 CEO의 윤리경영의지가 종업원의 심리적 성과변수인 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 정도를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구를 통해 금융기관장들은 기업윤리 위반의향이 유발되지 않도록 경영제도를 개선하고, 기업윤리 준수의향을 향상시키는 방안을 모색할 필요성이 제기되었다. 또한, 증권회사 CEO는 구성원들의 협력을 유도할 수 있는 참여적 방식에 바탕을 둔 민주적 경영관리와 윤리의 정당성에 초점을 두고 경영방침을 세워야 할 것이다. 아울러 민주적 리더십과 윤리경영을 발휘하기 위한 새로운 도구를 개발하는데 지속적인 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

  • In the meantime hospital system of Korea has institutionally performed its errand in stable circumstance, however the system now faces with new environment of change of customer's satisfaction, of regime, deepening of competition, and opening market. Under the rapidly and complicatedly changing circumstance, the hospital system is required to promote getting a dominant position in the competition, enhancing outcome, creating value added, and customer satisfaction in both internally and externally likewise other organizations, as they continuously introduce a knowledge management and originate, accumulate, and put the knowledge to practical use. This organization capacity of knowledge management involves a process of management that requires great change of all organizations and individuals and it is brought up through four steps which are Initiation, Propagation, Integration, and Networking. The main factors of successful knowledge management are intension of the chief executive officer(CEO), organizational culture, appraisal and compensation of work, knowledge controlling system, and organizational structure, and each of these five stage has got different characteristic. To be successful by introducing knowledge management, hospital organization should be based on these premises. Not only CEO or the director of a hospital, but also the constituent members should be fully aware of knowledge, the characteristic of knowledge management, and successful factors of this operation. Should understand step-by-step characteristic of knowledge management, therefore able to analyse a situation of specific hospital and see which step corresponds to that hospital. By analysing, constituents should make up for the weak points and ready to move on to next step. CEO or the director of a hospital should be aware of knowledge management as a strategic factor which is able to get a dominant position in the rapidly changing environment, and also it should be firm in the director's intention to introduce the knowledge management into the hospital. By continuously carrying out education and training constituent members, the director of a hospital should promote their interest and participation in knowledge management, and build an organization culture that ultimately creates, accumulates, shares, and put the knowledge to practical use. The hospital organization needs to systematize an institution of objective compensation that corresponds to objective appraisal of knowledge management outcome. The hospital ought to build knowledge controlling system in stages, in order to take the initiative in rapidly changing environment. By considering the characteristic of hospital system, it is required to change the organizational structure into self-managing team which is a sort of horizontal structure that allows members to make decisions and take the responsibility by themselves. The limitation of this study is experimental study. Positive investigation about successful factors of hospital knowledge management and characteristic of each steps is expected with following study.

  • 최근 FTA체결 등 세계건설 시장의 개방으로 인한 국내외적인 주변 건설환경의 급속한 변화속에서 국제경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 건설업체의 품질향상을 위한 품질 및 조직관리가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 그러므로 이에 대한 실태분석을 통하여 개선방안을 마련, 양질의 건축물을 소비자에게 제공함으로써 고객만족을 이룩할 수 있는 품질 및 조직관리 측면에서 연구가 필요하여 실시한 것이다. 품질관리를 위한 전담부서의 조직은 중소건설업체가 크게 미비함으로 인하여 전담부서가 절실히 필요한것으로 나타나 이를 개선하기 위하여 AHP분석을 통한 CEO 직속의 품질전담부서의 조직구조형태가 유지관리측면에서 비용절감효과 등 품질과 조직의 운영이 뛰어난 효과를 가져올 수 있는 것으로 분석되어, 중소건설업체에 품질전담부서를 조직하여 품질개선과 함께 경쟁력 우위를 점해야 할 것으로 사료되어 실시하였다.

AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

Above all, we can succeed In achieving a dramatic change and a great outcome only when we make clear the method, incentives, organization and plans under the clear objective. In order to secure the competitiveness against the external challenge, it is essential to keep the several crucial factors such as CEO's will, the systematic process to measure and manage, monitoring to satisfy customer's needs and an aggressive development of TQM activity to encourage the endeavour of the relentless enhancement, and also a positive effort Is to be made for evaluating all quality culture like training experts internally by an outstanding training program under CEO's firm leadership. This study is carried out to understand that which features and factors of success can exist in a company culture if a company accepts a theoretical basis and concept, the general of TQM and 6 Sigma which are one of a management strategy, and carries out TQM and 6 Sigma for achieving improvement of quality and customer's satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 경영컨설팅 서비스 품질이 경영 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 또한 그 관계에서 의뢰기업 특성의 조절효과를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 컨설팅 경험이 있는 대구 경북에 거주하는 중소기업 CEO 혹은 PM급을 대상으로 192부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 경영컨설팅 서비스품질이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 주 효과 부분을 보면 컨설팅 성과와 컨설팅 과정은 고객만족, 내부개선 그리고 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경영컨설팅 서비스품질과 경영성과의 관계에서 의뢰기업의 조직특성(경영층의 지원, 변화수용력)의 조절 효과를 살펴보면, 경영성과의 내부요인 중 재무성과를 제외한 나머지 종속변수인 고객만족과 내부개선은 대체적으로 조절효과를 나타내고 있어, 조직에서 경영층의 지원과 변화 수용력이 활발할수록 경영성과를 증대시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The ERP system comes to existence in the period of change. In other words, the ERP system is adopted to the company with BPR project. In general, the ERP system is introduced to companies as packages rather than in-housing systems. There are several researches in IS literatures which have a conclusion that organizational context affects the performance of ERP system. This study attempts to review the organizational context from the prospective of organizational structure and change management. Regarding the organizational structure, we choose some widely known variables such as the degree of formalization and centralization. For the analysis of change management, we set the variables, which are the most importantly considered, such as the power of CEO's promotion and user participation. The extent of customizing is introduced as moderating variables between the organizational context and the implementation performance. With collected data, we performed the reliability test, the factor analysis and the regression analysis. In summary, the introduction of an information system such as ERP system has a behavioral and organizational impact. The organizational change may breed resistance and opposition and can lead to the failure of the system. Therefore, implementation of the system requires careful change management, active involvement of users and high level of management support.

  • The necessity of university's educational change is rising up, along with a social environment that keeps changing. This study deals with a newly educational style by recognizing the necessity of variance for engineering education, according to engineers' diversified roles within a company. The study was conducted by 7 members of middle-sized group, replaced from 5 members of small-sized and each was given his task by his job such as CEO, CMO, CSO, CIO, CCO, CQO or Auditor. On the basis of four theoretical backgrounds, this paper investigated students' level of learning satisfaction shown before and after task undertaking through a questionnaire and appraised the result made before and after task undertaking. This study is expected to improve a teaching method of university engineering education.

  • This paper is to find how does service orientation of organization and human resource job satisfaction affect its customer orientation, that is, its service attitude and behavior toward customer. Purpose of this study is also to measure the level of employees' customer orientation more systemic. Consequently, the correlation between service orientation and performance can be identified and more effective guideline for service quality management can be draw through this study. The findings of this paper are as followings; Firstly, it is found that reward system and CEO's vision toward service orientation affect employee's job satisfaction positively, It's analyzed on Gap analysis model of PZB. Secondly, in point of inner marketing, employee who is satisfied with his job shows higher customer orientation. Thirdly, strategy change of organization in response to environment change in hospital industry influences on performance positively.
