Resource and Network Routing Optimization in Smart Nodes Environment (스마트 네트워크 환경에서의 자원 및 경로 최적화 연구)

  • In this research, we dealt with an optimization problem which aims to minimize total cost of resources usage and network routing in a smart node environment. Toward this, we briefly introduced technology trends in smart nodes, methods in resource optimization fields, economic effects of smart network and content delivery (or distribution) network (CDN). Moreover, based on CDN we proposed and implemented a mathematical (mixed integer) programming model to combine replica placement and requests distribution problem (RPRDP) and routing problem. Computational result of an example on RPRDP+Routing problem is also provided.

  • Recently, users of multimedia files demand a high capacity file via internet. However, it is difficult to guarantee QoS for high capacity files on internet because of its inconstant bandwidth. For guaranteeing the QoS, CDN (Content Delivery Network) is generally used for contents delivery service. Based on CDN, we propose Content Distribution and Management using Metadata (CDM) system which provides advanced transmission method and searching method. To enhance the transmission rate, CDM system supports segment-unit-based transmission method that enables parallel transmission. Also, we propose a distribution method through content based search.

  • Digital copyright protection is important in the protective side of effort to have leaned to in property right and it which are intelligent of an author and is very important for development of digital contents industry. It is the misgovernment that a reproduction is easy as for the digital contents. and the original and a copy have the same characteristic, and it is so, and is experiencing what is hard for protection of copyright and large quantity illegal copy and illegal distribution prevention. CDN needs a copyright protective plan about the digital contents that digital contents providers were written jointly. The paper used a non-repudiation multi-technique for copyright protection about the digital contents which were written jointly. The Non-repudiation multi-technique proved efficiency about this.

CDN을 이용한 전자파 전도내성시험의 측정불확도

  • 본 논문은 CDN(Coupling/Decoupling Network)을 이용한 전자파 전도 내성 시험의 측정 불확도를 연구하였다. 측정 불확도의 영향 인자를 추출하여 인자별 불확도를 산출하였다. 측정 불확도 인자는 인가 레벨 교정시 반복 측정, $150\sim50\Omega$ 아답터의 삽입 손실, 신호 발생기의 정확도, 파워미터의 정확도, 전력 증폭기의 하모닉, 전력 증폭기와 CDN의 부정합, CDN과 파워미터 사이의 부정합에 의한 불확도를 고려하였다. 불확도 산출 결과 확장 불확도는 95% 신뢰 구간에서 1.17 dB(k=)를 가지며, 정보기기의 경우 시험 전압 3 V에서 ${\pm}0.42V$의 오차 범위를 가지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 시험기기간의 부정합에 의한 불확도가 불확도 인자에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 전자파 전도 내성 시험의 경우 임피던스 매칭이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 인터넷 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 인한 인터넷 사용자의 폭발적 증거와 전자상거래를 통한 디지털 컨텐츠 유통 시장의 성장 등으로 인해 급격히 증가하는 네트워크 트래픽을 수용하고 처리하기 위해 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 새로운 네트워크 서비스의 중심으로 등장할 CDN 시스템 환경에서 디지털 컨텐츠와 저작권을 보호하기 위한 방안으로 CDN 기반의 분산 DRM 시스템을 설계한다. 이를 위해 분산 저장되어 있는 컨텐츠에 보다 강한 보안성을 제공하는 DRM 패키지 형식이 정의되었으며, 기존의 CDN 시스템과 상호 운용하기 위한 분산 DRM 시스템의 동작 절차를 제시한다.

Cardamonin Suppresses TGF-β1-Induced Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition via Restoring Protein Phosphatase 2A Expression

  • Epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) is the first step in metastasis and implicated in the phenotype of cancer stem cells. Therefore, understanding and controlling EMT, are essential to the prevention and cure of metastasis. In the present study, we examined, by Western blot, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and confocal microscopy, the effects of cardamonin (CDN) on transforming growth factor-${\beta}1$ (TGF-${\beta}1$)-induced EMT of A549 lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. TGF-${\beta}1$ induced expression of N-cadherin and decreased expression of E-cadherin. CDN suppressed N-cadherin expression and restored E-cadherin expression. Further, TGF-${\beta}1$ induced migration and invasion of A549 cancer cells, which was suppressed by CDN. TGF-${\beta}1$ induced c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) activation during EMT, but CDN blocked it. Protein serine/threonine phosphatase 2A (PP2A) expression in A549 cancer cells was reduced by TGF-${\beta}1$ but CDN restored it. The overall data suggested that CDN suppresses TGF-${\beta}1$-induced EMT via PP2A restoration, making it a potential new drug candidate that controls metastasis.

  • Now, smart phone markets are grows quickly. So it is needed research of CDN(Contents Delivery Network) technology for contents transmission in mobile networks. Especially the services of smart phone are focused on open platform model. So P2P(Peer to Peer) protocols will be used for mobile network because it is a distributed network architecture composed of participants that make a portion of their resources directly available to other network participants, without the need for a central server. Current research of P2P protocols for mobile network are not activated. The reason is appropriate in the mobile P2P network simulation environment, since it is not provided. So, in this paper we design a mobile P2P simulation system for CDN based on mobile P2P.

Cooperative Video Streaming and Active Node Buffer Management Technique in Hybrid CDN/P2P Architecture

  • Recently, hybrid CDN/P2P video streaming architecture is specially designed and deployed to achieve the scalability of P2P networks and the desired low delay and high throughput of CDNs. In this paper, we propose a cooperative video streaming and active node buffer management technique in hybrid CDN/P2P architecture. The key idea of this streaming strategy is to minimize network latency such as jitter and packet loss and to maximize the QoS(quality of service) by effectively and efficiently utilizing the information sharing of file location in CDN's proxy server which is an end node located close to a user and P2P network. Through simulation, we show that the proposed cooperative video streaming and active node buffer management technique based on CDN and P2P network improves the performance of realtime video streaming compared to previous methods.

  • Digital contents can be distributed via internet without qualify defect and this will bring a great loss to the contents provider. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate on the key exchanging protocol to protect the digital contents effectively. In this study we propose the key exchanging protocol based on password to send the digital contents efficiently. The stability suggested here is based on the difficulty of the discrete algebra and Diffie-Hellman problem and also it provides a secure safety against various attacks such as a guess attack on the password.

  • CDN(Content Delivery Network)은 기존의 중앙 집중형 구조를 갖는 multimedia streaming 서비스의 서버 과부하 문제와 서버 주위의 네트웍 전송 속도 급감 문제를 해결하기 위해 서버와 클라이언트 사이에 컨텐츠 캐시 역할을 하는 edge server를 둠으로써 원래 서버로의 요청을 분산 처리하는 컨텐츠 전송 기술이다. 그러나 여전히 대규모 전송이 필요할 경우 원하는 수준만큼의 scalability를 보장할 수 없다. 이에 대한 근본적인 해결방법으로 본 논문에서는 P2P 기반의 CDN 시스템 구축을 위한 첫 단계로서 참여 노드간의 네트워크 토폴로지와 전송 성능간의 관계를 분석해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 다양한 구조의 전송 성능을 평가할 수 있는 환경을 구축하였으며 이를 이용하여 설러 구조에서의 전송 성능 측정 결과를 제시하여 최적의 P2P 전송 네트워크를 결정할 수 있도록 한다.
