An experimental investigation on hydrodynamic forces acting on a porpoising craft at high advanced speeds up to Froude numbers Fn=6.0(Fn=U\ulcorner:Lo\ulcorner denote overall length of ship) in calm water is performed. Captive model tests and forced motion tests are carried out to measure the hydrodynamic forces. The results show that significant nonlinear effects for motion amplitudes appear in the restoring, the added mass and the damping coefficients. The experimental results are compared with the results of a prediction method of the hydrodynamic forces include the nonlinear effects, and show a good agreement with them. A simulation using the predicted hydrodynamic forces in a nonlinear motion equation is carried out to obtain the porpoising motion of a craft in calm water. The calculated results are in fairly good agreement with experimental ones.

3톤급 소형어선의 나선, 빌지킬 및 중앙날개(central wing)가 부착된 상태의 3가지 모델에 대해 평수중에서 속도 변화, 초기각의 변화 및 OG(무게중심과 횡동요 중심간의 거리)의 변화에 따른 횡동요 감쇠시험에 의해 감쇠특성을 비교하였다. 또한 에너지법에 의해 선형 및 비선형속도항에 의존하는 횡동요 감쇠모멘트를 수식화하여 시험값과 비교하였으며 3가지 모델에 대한 에너지 발산 형태도 비교하였다.

모바일 단말기의 보급과 무선 네트워크 기술의 발달로 단문 메시지 전달 서비스, 멀티미디어 메시지 전달 서비스는 이미 우리에게 친숙한 서비스다. 그러나 Mark Weiser가 강조했던 기술과 서비스에 의한 사용자의 편의보다는 오히려 불편과 방해가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 적절하지 않은 시간과 장소에서의 원하지 않는 메시지가 스팸 메시지만큼이나 사람을 불편하게 만들고 있기 때문이다. 제안하는 서비스는 기존 메시지 전달 서비스에 'Location' 요소를 추가한 메시지 전달 서비스로서, 사용자 편의 중심의 메시지 전달서비스를 가능하게 해준다. 수신자, 위치, 시간에 기반을 둔 메시지 송수신과 사용자 피드백에 의한 위치목록 구성 등을 특징으로 가지고 있다.

The character of spatial organization in rtaditional house is found through the analysis of field survey and measure of its micro climate in hot weather period of summer. The mean temperature of interior space is higher than outside space of the house. In the point of structural conditions, inside of Choga in caustal and mountain area is cooler than any other houses. In inland area, slate roof house is cooler than Choga. In mountain area, the thermal difference of inside and outside in Kyubjib is higher than Hotjib. In the point of spatial conditions, kitchen is the coolest space and very suitable for spatial organization. Anbang is the hottest space because of its centeral position in the house. In wind condition, mountain area is windy and caustal area is calm. Around the house the rear side of the house is windy and left side is calm.

Calm water wave resistance plays a very important role in ship hull design. Numerical methods are meaningful for this reason. In this study, two prevailing methods, the Neumann-Kelvin and the Rankine source method, were implemented and compared. The Neumann-Kelvin method assumes linearized free surface boundary condition and only needs to mesh the hull surface. The Rankine source method considers nonlinear free surface boundary condition and meshes both the ship hull surface and free surface. Both methods were implemented and the wave resistance of a Wigley III and three Series 60(Cb=0.6, 0.7, 0.8) hulls were analyzed. The results were compared with experimental results and the merits of both numerical techniques were quantified. Based on the results, it is concluded that the Rankine source method is more accurate in the calculation of the wave-making resistance. Using the Neumann-Kelvin method, it is found to be easier to model the hull and can be used for slender ships to solve problems like wave current coupling calculation.

The application of e-Voting plays an important role in order to support democracy activities in Indonesia, such as elections at different levels. E-Voting has the function of providing better service to people in order to participate in elections. This research attempts to develop the appearance of the user interface of e-Voting based on users' emotional preferences using Kansei Engineering. Kansei Engineering is used in this research to analyze emotional feelings regarding e-Voting applications' presented Kansei words and give a recommendation on the most suitable user interface to be considered in their development. This research observed two main users' emotional feelings ("calm" and "formal") selected from ten Kansei words. The final recommendation is a conceptual element designed for designing e-Voting applications based on the Kansei word "calm".

노변통신 방식은 ITS시스템에서 매우 중요한 역할을 수행하며 주로 DSRC라는 명칭으로 개발되었고, 최근에 CALM(Communications Air-interface Long and Medium Range)라고 하여 좀 더 긴 통신거리의 방식이 논의되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 세계의 주요 DSRC 통신 규격과 주파수 분배 현황에 대해서 기술하고 있다.

In this paper, fatigue tests are conducted for the specimens with longitudinal and transverse attachment under variable amplitude axial loading based on storm model. Considered loadings include repeated single storm, 6 or 8 storms randomly, and storms including calm sea condition while the mean stress and the maximum stress of loadings are changed. The effect of three variables are investigated; root mean square(RMS) value of stress amplitude, mean stress shift and maximum stress, which can characterize storm loading on fatigue life. In addition, experiments including calm sea loading are also carried out to investigate the effect of calm sea state. Test results are evaluated and compared with DNV-CN2005 and Matsuoka's method for the estimation of crack initiation and propagation life. To verify the validity of the criteria, the measured crack initiation lifes are compared with the specific crack length 15mm, which are calculated with beach marks.

1. Objectives It is necessary to find the psychological methods to treat not only physical but also mental problems. Because the Sasang Constitutional medicine is based on Mind-Body Medicine, so that the Nature and Emotion-Happiness, Anger, Sorrow, Pleasantness- have to be controlled properly. 2. Methods We analysed the characters of each constitutions, drama therapy and meditation and tried to find the suitable application of one for Sasangin. 3. Results and Conclusions Soeumin is feminine, easy to worry, pessimistic and non-active so they need to express their problems, be encouraged and participate to be one of a group having relationship with other people. Soyangin is out-going, easy to start, not enough to be aware of themselves so they need to relax, calm and try to have an insight into themselves. Taeumin is stable, easy to keep something so they need to communicate well with the exterior. Taeyangin is going forward, masculine and necessary to avoid being angry so they need to calm down and relax. Drama therapy is group work with actors, staffs and audiences so it is useful to express their negative feelings through motions, dances and sounds unless they talk. So it is supposed to be useful far Soeumin and Taeumin. And we can apply it to heal the Emotion because it is based on the relationship and the contact with other people. Meditation is helpful to not only concentrate, relax, have insight into themselves but also calm down anxiety, depression an anger. So it could be the best psychotherapy for Soyangin and Taeyangin. And we can apply it to reflect oneself alone to express their Nature adequately.
