회전체 동역학계의 운동방정식에 근거한 양면 밸런싱 기법 (Two Plane Balancing Method based on the Equations of Motion of Rotor Dynamic System)

  • Since the influence coefficients method in balancing of rotors is developed with the basement of not the principle of rotor system dynamics, but the linear relationshop of between the measuring quantities and the unbalance quantities, field engineers can apply the method without additional understanding on the rotor dynamics. But the influence coefficients method is not robust to the measurement error. This paper proposes a new method for the two plane balancing of rigid rotor, based on the principle of rotor dynamics. And the kit for experiment is made by ourselves, and in order to measure in the same condition with it, we do a experiment three times. And then with the Response of gap sensor, the SNR(Signal and Noise) is compared and analyzed about measuring error between the influence coefficient method, and the new method, and it is proved that the new method is less robust than the influence coefficient method.

  • In This paper, we design the developed path generation method which is named that CBPM(Continuous path generation method Based artificial Potential field) that is able to be used in the obstacles environment. This CBPM is designed so that it puts together two obstacle avoidance algorithm-the continuous path generation method and the artificial potential field method. Here, the continuous path generation method generate the safety path using continuous path curvature. But, this method has demerits when used in obstacles environment in which are closely located. Another method which is named the artificial potential field method generates the path with the artificial potential field in the obstacles environment. But, APFM has local minima in certain places and unnecessarily calculates the path in which obstacles are not located. So, the developed path generation method, CBPM, is suggested and performances in many different obstacles environments are shown by using computer simulation.

  • Various methods have been proposed for the time series prediction. Most of the conventional methods only optimize parameters of mathematical models, but to construct an appropriate functional form of the model is more difficult in the first place. We employ the Genetic Programming (GP) to construct the functional form of prediction models. Our method is distinguished because the model parameters are optimized by using Back-Propagation (BP)-like method and the prediction model includes discontinuous functions, such as if and max, as node functions for describing complicated phenomena. 흡착제를 이용한 수중의 미량 이취물질 분석법 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Analytical Method for Micro-Odorous Compounds in Water)

  • Even if odorous compounds remained very low concentration in water, it caused strong odor. Because Geosmin and most of odorous compound had very vaporization, those were difficult to analyze with GC/MSD and Purge & Trap. So, we needed pre-treatment method for decreasing amounts of extracting solvents, improving recovery efficiencies and increasing analytical efficiencies. This study developed efficient technology for analyzing odorous compounds, using various adsorbents and extracting solvents. The optimum adsorbent was XAD resins. Especially, XAD-2, XAD-7 and XAD-2010 were superior, but XAD-2 of these and MTBE was the optimum extraction solvent. Other extraction solvent's efficiency was in order of MTBE>Dichloromethane>n-Hexane>Diethylether. The optimum NaCl dosage for increasing efficiency was 5g in liquid-liquid extraction method. The shaking time(0∼24hr) had no concern with adsorption efficiency. The optimum adsorbent was XAD-2 resin and extraction solvent was MTBE. Dosing NaCl, adsorption efficiency was increased in liquid-liquid extraction method, but NaCl has no effect on liquid-solid extraction method. In this experimental results, this method will apply to not only Geosmin but other well-known odorous compounds (2-MIB, IBMP, IPMP, TCA) and algae toxins (Mycrocystin, Anatoxin etc)

총 정전용량을 이용한 마이크로 펀치 시스템의 펀치-다이 얼라인먼트 조절 알고리즘 개발 (The development of punch-die aligning algorithm in micro punch system with using the total capacitance)

  • The aligning between the punch and die governs no only the burr formation characteristics but also the life time of the punch and die in the sheet metal blanking process. There are many ways to adjust the two elements in the general punching systems but in the case of micro punch system, the punch size is reduced to a few tenth of micrometer range and the general aligning methods are almost impossible to apply. The image processing is the most widely used method in micro punch aligning, but in order to apply the method, it needs quite a large space for visionary system to approach the punch-die aligning zone. In this paper, the new punch-die aligning method with using the total capacitance between the punch and die hole is proposed. In this method, the tip surface of the punch tool locates at the same plane of the die surface and the capacitance variation between the two elements are measured. When the center of the two elements are coincided, the capacitance is minimized, but when the align Is changed to any direction, the capacitance between the two elements increase. In order to verify the feasibility of this method, the aligning and punching tests was performed.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand behaviors of slopes and determine soil parameters of slopes through the triaxial compression test and the direct shear test. Following results were obtained by comparing and analyzing model tests and analysis programs of slope stability. The safety factors of the Bishop's simple method, the Morgenstern Price method, the Spencer method and the GLE method were similar to each other but safety factors of the Fellenius method and the Janbu method were different from the formers. It was found that the Bishop's simple method, the Morgenstern Price method, the Spencer method and the GLE method could be used for design but attention should be paid to the Fellenius method and the Janbu method since they underestimated safety factor.

  • This paper presents the performance and problems in analysis method and testing system of Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry (ESPI) method, in measuring two-dimensional in-plane displacement. The anyalysis result of measurement by ESPI is quite comparable to that of measurement by strain gauge method. This implieds that the method of ESPI is a very effective tool in non-contact two-dimensional in-planc strain analysis. But there is a controversal point,measurment error. This error is discussed to be affected not by ESPI method itseif, but by its analysis scheme of the interference fringe,where the first-order interpolation has been applied to the points of strain measured. In this case, it is turned out that the more errors would be occured in the large interval of fringe. so, this paper describes a computer method for drawing when the height is available only for some arbitary collection of points, the method is based on a distance-weighted, least-squares approximation technique, with the weight varying with the distance of the data points.

Influence of interaction between coal and rock on the stability of strip coal pillar

  • The constrained conditions of roof and floor for the coal pillar affect the strength of coal pillar very seriously. To analyze the influence of rock mass for the roof and floor on the stability of coal pillar comprehensively, one method based on the mechanical method for the composite rock mass was proposed. In this method, the three rock layers of roof, floor and coal pillar are taken as the bedded composite rock mass. And the influence of rock mass for the roof and floor on the elastic core of coal pillar has been analyzed. This method can obtain not only the derived stress by the cohesive constraining forces for the coal pillar, but also the derived stress for the rock mass of the roof and floor. Moreover, the effect of different mechanical parameters for the roof and floor on the stability of coal pillar have been analyzed systematically. This method can not only analyze the stability of strip coal pillar, but also analyze the stability of other mining pillars whose stress distribution is similar with that of the strip coal pillar.

돼지 호흡기질병 병인체의 항균제 감수성 조사 (Antimicrobial susceptibility features of porcine respiratory bacterial pathogens by modified broth dilution method)

  • There are several main antibacterial susceptibility tests, such as agar dilution method, broth dilution method and disk diffusion technique. Especially, for minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) test, agar dilution method has been widely used. But that method is so complicated and bothering that it's difficult to treat a large amount of strains. On the other hand, modified broth dilution method(add 1% glucose and 0.018% phenol red as a pH indicator to broth) is fast and easy to perform. Most of all, it can visualize the result by color. The MICs of 22 antibiotics Including penicillins, aminoglycosides, cephalothin, chloramphenicol, lincomycin, ceftiofur, vancomycin and quinolones, erythromycin, colistin. sul-fadimethoxine, trimethoprim for arcanobacterium pyogenes 14 strains, actinobacillus pleuropneu-moniae 41 strains and pasteurella multocida 37 strains, which were collected from porcine during 1996 ∼ 1999, were determined by modified broth dilution method. Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae was highly susceptible to all kinds of quinolones such as ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin and norfloxacin and to all aminoglycosides, like gentamicin, apramycin, kanamycin and ampicillin, cephalothin and ceftiofur. But It was quite resistant to solfadimethoxin, colistin and vancomycin. Pasteurella multocida was found to have high susceptibility to ampicillin, cephalothin, chlorampenicol and gentamicin but had mid-degree susceptibility to other aminoglycosides. In addition, it was susceptible to norfloxacin and nalidixic acid, but not to newer fluoroquinolone like ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin and it was resistant to colistin and kanamycin. Arcanobacterium pyogenes was highly susceptible to most of quinolones such as cipoofloxacin, enrofloxacin and norfloxacin and gentamicin and penicillin G. But it also obtained high resistance against the early quinolone, nalidixic acid and aminoglycosides such as amikacin, apramycin and kanamycin and erythromycin, chlorampenicol, tetracyclin and vancomycin.

  • Recently, construction vibration has caused annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field and that induced from operating of large construction equipment, has become a very serious issue in our living environment. But, construction vibration standard of our living environment. But construction vibration standard of our country is efficient. Especially, directly blow method(diesel piling method, oil pressure method, etc) has caused much problems of highly impactive vibration. Construction works, in order to solve these problem, will be used SIP(Soilcement Injected Precast Pile) method of low vibration equipment. In this point, this study attempts to survey on the characteristics of piling vibration by SIP method for various earth conditions in construction field. And this study intends to get the basic data to establish a standard about construction vibration.
