Business environment goes through an unprecedented massive shift that has never happened before. For that reason, business models have to be designed to considering the changed environments. This study develops a business model for independent business to build an ontology system. The system has potentials to improve existing independent business models and to provide more detailed and precise information for users as relevant data accumulates. The ontology system helps independent business meet market demands, generate income for founders, and increase society-wide income levels. The results of the study provides insights to build ontology systems for new starting enterprises running their business.

The concrete lining in tunnel performs structural and nonstructural functions. The concrete lining works as a structural member for released load and residual water pressure in NATM tunnel system. Also concrete lining used for finishing the tunnel surface. The initial crack of concrete lining is reported because of difficulties in construction process, which concrete is injected into 30$\sim$40cm narrow gap between lining form and tunnel surface through 500${\times}$600mm small injection holes in the form. In this paper, we research a reason of initial crack occurrence by the case study of 4 lane wide span tunnel, and propose an improved method for crack minimization in construction process. We verify that the proposed method can give qualified concrete lining by carrying out the concrete injection model test and the numerical analysis of concrete flow.

사회기반시설의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지보수 예산을 절감해야 할 필요성이 날로 증대하고 있다. 뉴질랜드, 미국, 영국 등은 시설물의 공학적 상태와 성능에 따라 시설물을 유지보수하는 업무에 자산관리 개념을 도입하여 공공시설물을 관리하고 있다. 이들 나라들은 공공시설물 자산관리에 적용할 표준화된 자산관리 정보모델을 제시하고 시스템으로 개발하여 운용하고 있다. 국내에서도 공공시설물 자산관리 연구가 진행 중에 있으며, KTAM-40 자산관리 업무절차가 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 공공시설물 중에서 도로자산관리시스템의 업무아키텍처 설계를 위하여 뉴질랜드 IIMM과 국내에서 개발된 KTAM-40 업무절차를 조사 분석하였다. 그리고 KTAM-40 업무절차를 참조하여 도로 자산관리시스템의 업무아키텍처를 설계하였다. 업무아키텍처는 첫째, 도로자산관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 조직구조와 역할을 설정하고, 둘째로 도로자산관리 업무기능을 세분화하고, 셋째로 자산관리 업무기능들 간의 관계와 업무 기능들간 정보와 흐름을 정의하였다. 그리고 설계된 업무아키텍처가 유사한 업무 시스템의 다른 아키텍처와의 차별성을 검토하였다.

본 연구는 프랜차이즈 본사의 선택속성으로서 사전지원, 사후지원, 지각된 사업성과, 가맹본부와 가맹점의 커뮤니케이션, 가맹본부의 모럴해저드 등 외생변수가 매개변수인 가맹점의 만족과 위험지각에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들 매개 변수가 다시 신뢰와 결과변수인 재계약의도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 기존의 연구들과 차별점으로, 가맹본부의 가맹점에 대한 지원을 개점 전 지원인 사전지원으로, 개점 후 지원인 사후지원으로 구분하였고, 가맹점이 실제 사업운영 과정에서 느끼는 가장 중요한 지각된 사업성, 그리고 가맹본부와 가맹점의 쌍방향성의 커뮤니케이션 정도, 또 가맹본부의 모럴해저드를 연구모델에 설정하여 가맹점 만족, 위험지각, 신뢰, 재계약의도 등의 관계를 프랜차이즈 시스템의 실질적 관점에서 조사한 점이라고 할 수 있다. 연구결과 (1)가맹본부의 사전지원, 사후지원, 지각된 사업성, 커뮤니케이션, 모럴해저드는 가맹점 만족에 영향을 미쳤고, (2)지각된 사업성, 커뮤니케이션, 모럴해저드는 위험지각에도 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, (3)만족과 위험지각, 신뢰 모두 재계약의도에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 향후 프랜차이즈 산업발전에 발전적인 시사점을 제시하였다.
