  • As control of swine consumptive disease is the key of success in pig farming business, the effect of Oldenlandidae Herba on prevention of swine diseases as an alternative medicine was investigated in-vivo. As it contains substances such as ${\beta}$-sitisterol, ursolic acid and 3-O-${\beta}$-D-giucoside, it is effective on suppression of colonic tumor in rats and also, is widely used as an preventative medicine of cancer and inflammation in Chinese medicine. In this experiment, sows and piglets on two different farms were treated with Oldenlandidae Herba, and they recoded weaning rate greater than 80%, which were higher than national average 70% (PSY 68%). Meanwhile, neither organ accumulation nor toxicity has been detected on the basis of hematology and serum chemistry. In conclusion, the extracts of Oldenlandidae Herba is expected to be an good alternative medicines for swine productivity.

Furthermore, the smartphone applications have become one of the hottest topics inside and outside the mobile industry. Still the market is in its infancy and intention to pay of charged application of most smartphone users is relatively low. However, rate of charged application in appstore is expected to be increase steadily for some years to come. In this perspective, it is important to consider the smartphone mobile application. Research on smartphone application is still in its early stage. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find what are the effective factors on user satisfaction and intention to pay of mobile application. Based on information system success model, we proposed system quality(stability, usability, security), information quality(timeliness, accuracy, enjoyment) and service quality(reactivity, reliability, empathy) as factors to effect on user satisfaction in mobile application. The results showed that stability, usability, timeliness, accuracy, enjoyment, reactivity and empathy affected significantly user satisfaction. The relationship among satisfaction and intention to pay of mobile application was significantly supported. The implications of the findings is that firms and individual developers of mobile application should focus on customer retention through enhancing satisfaction and quality.

  • In recent, T-commerce is widely dispersed as alternative type of commerce. It is forecasted that t-commerce system is used more than e-commerce system. Therefore more and more t-commerce-related industries are also recognizing that t-commerce is a critical business model. It is needed to understand the concept of t-commerce and develop the t-commerce marketing strategy. CEO analyses consumer's behaviors according to the data about buyers and applies the advantage of t-commerce to the communication with customers. This t-commerce system plays an important role in maximizing customer satisfaction and affecting their intention to reuse it. Therefore this paper attempts to identify T-commerce critical success factors and divide between use-intention group and unuse-intention group by taking out a discriminant function by the discriminant analysis. This lays a foundation in developing T-commerce strategy. According to the discriminant function extracted, convenience factor, amusement factor, system quality factor, product perception factor are significant in the sequence of influential degree. However, usefulness factor and speedy connection factor are not significant. In result, the target hitting rate is 77.9% in the first unuse-intention group and it is 95.2% in the second use-intention group. The total discriminant target hitting rate is computed to higher value, 86.55%. The statistic package, SPSS 12.0, is used to survey and analyse data and test the hypothesis. The validity and reliability of variables are verified by both reliability analysis and factor analysis. The discriminant analysis is used to tell the difference between use-intention group and unuse-intention group.

Senior community project in rural that is being promoted by the government. This project is to improve the quality of life health and welfare services for the elderly in rural Area. This paper investigates cases used as living space by interview and remodeling senior centers (village community center) for the elders living alone in rural areas. In Gimje two the nation's first senior centers were remodeled in 2006 (for both the village community center) and were begun to use these as group homes. Evaluation was a success. Since then, these were increased by approximately 20 centers per year by year and are currently 108 centers at the end of 2011. In Chungcheongnam-do, a pilot project has been begun for communal living by remodeling the senior center (for both the village community center) and elderly housing. Municipalities are similar in their business (is mostly). Senior community center projects can proceed smoothly in the direction of some of the following tips and suggestions to promote. Senior community center should be expanded for 'private room type'. Government must support the operating costs. It will increase employment in rural areas. Senior community center should be 'Home Atmosphere'.

Sustainable competitive advantage is attainable when customer equity drivers and CLV are measured, managed and enhanced. results identified four dimensions of customer equity drivers such as 'retail brand equity: 'relationship equity', 'retail service equity', and 'price value equity'. Among them, 'relationship equity' was proved to be the most influencing factor on the customer's store patronage intention. The CLV distribution represented unique characteristics of each department store. The level of CLV depended on such demographics as age and income. Marital status influenced the relationship between perceived customer equity drivers and CLV. It also analyzed competitive structure of the four big department stores in Seoul and offered managerial suggestions. This study provided conceptual framework for the future study of customer equity related to apparel shopping at the department stores as well as managerial implications.

  • Information systems (IS) failures still continue and are prevalent everywhere. When considering an enormous amount of budget currently invested on IS technology in many organizations, these continuing failures can be critical culprits to failures of the organizations themselves. However, the meaning and definition of IS failures are not unified among IS researchers as well as IS practitioners although there have been a lot of conceptual research regarding the concept of IS failures. Previous empirical studies are not enough yet and thus we anticipate further empirical studies to be performed which will validate previous conceptual research. In this regards, by analyzing IS practitioners perception toward IS failures in a more detailed manner, this research extends conceptual and empirical research in the past which previously identified the structure of information systems (IS) failures. Further, this current study identified the interrelationships among the categories. The data was analyzed using a multidimensional scaling program and fourteen categories of problems were identified as to constitute the IS failure structure. It was found that about a half of categories identified were related to technical failures such as network and system infrastructure, costs, data/information, and program errors. The other remaining categories were related with organizational or social problems such as business success, human resources, relationships, communication, and user skills.

  • Using Information systems to process massive data, quickly and exactly, organizations have chances to enhance their performance. The limitations of IS function to support decision-making, however, have been frequently mentioned. In this context, in addition to traditional mathematical model that is a kernel of DSS, the needs for Data Warehouse which is a system supporting business process analysis are emerging. In this study, for those needs, first, we introduce issues of implementation methodology for D/W, especially various models relating development process. Then, we investigate correlation between these models and key factors for success of D/W.

  • The recent disaster of earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011 severely attacked East Japanese cities and people, and in addition, the accident of nuclear power station will inevitably damage the agricultural activities there. The economical depression influences on the horticulture and floriculture industry as well, through the reluctant consumption all over the country. Such a situation reflects a conventional perception that the garden plants or ornamental plants have been regarded as a symbol of capitalism, representing the success, luxury, beauty or other metaphors indicating the winners of business war. But as the word "culture" means "cultivation" originally, horti "culture" or flori "culture" should have played some roles in cultivating lands as well as cultivation of human minds, leading to develop a modern "culture" which may lay emphases on personality, originality, partnership, cooperation, diversity and so forth. In this article, a brief history of garden plants in Japan, as well as some current movements in Japanese horticulture and floriculture, is reviewed with some commodities which possess messages on creating a new humane culture.
