In this paper, we proposed the next generation mobile convergence service business model creation methodology. In order to establish such a business model creation methodology framework, we first introduce the service model based on our previous research results on next generation mobile convergence services. The service model contains several components such as infrastructures, operations, and provision of services that are indispensible for providing the next generation mobile services. Finally, by adding service and value flows to the developed service model, we propose the next generation mobile services business model creation methodology. To achieve this objective, we first derive necessary components of business model including actors, their relationships, and roles. In addition, we propose service composition methodology for creating new mobile services and its corresponding business models.

It is expected to change for convergence robotic services according to emergence new communication technologies and cloud computing, etc. Robot industry is evaluated the biggest filed that is possibility to convergence of new IT technology. This paper presents a design framework for robot industry business model on cloud services through the cloud computing and environment of robot industry, features and provide valuable of cloud-based robot service, analysis of customer needs and value chain in the market in an aging society. In addition, we describe the evolution path of the proposed business model in terms of technology development and market. This study is expected to help that cloud and robot services companies when establishing new service model development and marketing strategy.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop two medical tourism system models which explain medical tourism phenomenon with a systemic approach. Methodology/Approach: This research was conducted using a qualitative data analysis which mainly refer previous references in relation to medical tourism in the areas of tourism and medicine. Leiper's tourism system model was utilized as a conceptual framework. In-depth interviews with experts in the area were attempted in order to pretest the models. Findings: This research suggests a medical tourism system framework and a medical service provision framework. The first model presents medical tourism components and their relationships within a framework presented in a diagram. The second model shows the relationships among medical services required by medical tourists, the service providers, and service human resources along with movements of medical tourists. Practical Implications: The first model presents a spatial composition of medical tourism components and their relationships, whereas the second model shows the linkage among medical services, the service providers, and relevant service human resources along with time sequential steps of medical tourists. These two models are complementary and may be used as useful tools to observe medical tourism phenomenon with a systemic and holistic approach. These two models may enable stake holders avoid unnecessary confusions and conflicts that result in duplication of government policies and a waste of budget and human resources.

The purpose of the study is to examine the potentialities and limits of Business Reference Model (BRM) as records classification schemes in Korean central state institutions. The analysis is based on the data collected through focus group interviews of three times, in which six records professionals from central government agencies participate. This paper begins with inquiring the framework of records classification based BRM, required by Public Records Management Act. It explores the types of benefit of BRM application to government records classification. Based on the collected data from the interviews, it investigates how records are aggregated, and how transaction level (Danwi-Gwaje) of BRM is applied in the course of records aggregation.

Purpose - The purpose of this development the business model of the healthcare sector in order to promote patents satisfaction towards medical sector services improvement for the medical business model innovation to possess a competitive advantage in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Research design, data, and methodology - Safety standard protocol from existing multidisciplinary literature is a process of theorization, which uses grounded theory methodology rather than a description of the data and the targeted phenomenon by using Jabareen (2009). The first task is to map the spectrum of food safety literature regarding the phenomenon in safety management. This process includes developing the implementation factors and other sources such as existing business models and practices into the protocol design. Results - The study suggests the conceptual framework to improve the safety management for patients' environmental sustainability performance. Conclusion - The business model may support the beneficial aspect to healthcare government's policymakers, hospital employees, and medical specialist who can apply the practical perspective of its value regarding an educational protocol. Originality/value - This study contributes to and extends our understanding of environmental sustainability performance, identifying the rationale for safety standards performance in the healthcare industry with suggested hybrid safety standards market consumer interconnector.

Importance of road that is country base equipment is occupying fair part. Therefore, establishment of road and maintenance expense for road management are increasing continuously. These problem can manage efficiently through data model construction that take advantage of framework data. But, because of difference of method of study in research institution, framework data research was constructed being overlapped until current. This is because framework data research was no access of application side. Therefore, National Geographic Information Institute presented subject framework data model guide through framework data model standardization business. This research constructed road management data model that take advantage of traffic framework data. Therefore, we can check equal data construction and reduce expense accordingly. Also, because there are not data model development instances by framework data model, it is difficult that judge whether is suitable to apply framework data model guide. Hence, in this study, the extended road management data medel and the suitability of framework data is presented.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify and design a model for the integration between marketing and supply chain management (SCM) of technopreneurship-based souvenirs MSMEs to fulfil customer value creation. Research design, data and methodology: This research method uses the system development life cycle method. This study draws its insights and conclusions from a literature review in several fields followed by an interactive research approach that helps identify, validate, and implement a theoretical framework so that the modelling results can be adopted in applicative manner for souvenir MSMEs. Result: Implementing the "G-ASPOO-L" supply chain management integration model based on technopreneruship to fulfil value creation in the 5.0 society era created three perspectives: an inter-functional perspective, a process perspective, and an integrated business concept perspective. The supply chain management involves enterprise integration, strategic customer integration, strategic supplier integration, and marketing strategy integration. Conclusion: The proposed model framework leads to managerial problems of supply chain management strategy, which urgently requires an interaction approach that challenges the traditional view of demand creation and implementation of supply chain management to fulfil value creation. This research leverages existing knowledge and advances our understanding of the strategic integration issues companies face in digital-based competition.

Currently, there are little evaluated model for each industry and systematic analysis for each item about current business web sites. And the approach way to improve it all depends on individual. This research is about two different points of view on I-Evaluation development as an approach method to provide analysis, evaluation, and guideline on business web sites. The one is about developing a working step and a site evaluation model that are necessary to improve the quality of site. The other is about a framework development to apply a feedback on site most rapidly and site optimization. The former is from the methodological point of view for I-Evaluation, and the latter is from the point of view for I-Evaluation Framework. In terms of methodology, developing site evaluation model and defining a working step belong to it. Site evaluation model means customizing each customers web site, using each evaluated scoring model which can be a standard for each industry to analyze a similar business web site. Defining a working step means defining input and output parameters for composed elements, working processes, and results analysis on an evaluated model. And also it includes building a working environments to automatic steps mentioned the above by clarifying them.

Secure digital payment is critical in the successful shaping of global digital business. Digital payments are increasingly being used as a substitute to traditional payments, contributing markedly to the efficiency of the economy. The focus of every digital business transaction is to minimize risks arising from transactions. It is essential to ensure the security of digital payment whether used in internal networks or over wireless Internet. This paper analyses secure digital payment methods from the viewpoint of systemic security and transaction security. According to comparative analysis of digital payment models, this paper proposes a comparative analysis framework to investigate and evaluate secure digital payment. In conclusion, the comparative analysis framework, comparison of digital payment models and mobile payment models proposes a useful academic and practical foundation to enhance the understanding of secure digital payment methods. It also provides academic background and practical guidelines for the development of secure digital payment systems.
