The venture businesses deal with various kinds of hazard factors, that is, substances, processes and techniques, which have not been investigated. Nevertheless, the safety management systems of venture businesses are not systematic until now. And also it is very difficult to find out the cases of foreign advanced countries. In this study a questionnaire which investigate the present states of safety management system, have been excuted for 358 venture businesses. As a result, the present states of safety management system of venture business are assessmented, and the supporting direction of the safety management for venture business is proposed.

Due to the environmental changes such as decreasing and aging fishing population and increasing imported marine products, improvement of fishing business competitiveness has become one of important issues. This study aimed to analyze the coastal fishing business units in Busan region and compare their business performances in order to find out success factors. The logistic regression analysis between 4 determination factors of competitiveness and business performances showed that the ship tonnage in the factor conditions, catch of species of fishing types'kg per price in the demand conditions, cooperative sales ratio in the related & supporting industries, and net per cost in the firm strategy, and structure & rivalry had the positive(+) impacts on business performances.

This study aims to find the better working environment for the start-ups by tracking and analyzing the data from the firms that have occupied in the business incubator and also the firm that already left the business incubator. To do so, a total of the sixteen firms were responded and ten out of the sixteen were the firm that have occupied in the business incubator and the rest six were the firm already left. Based on the response, the positive things that they earned from the business incubator were renting an office or higher levels of technical skills; however, the negative things were low operating profit can be negative. The results of this study can contribute to the development of the business incubator for the future. The further study regarding satisfaction survey might help to build more creative and constructive environment for the business incubator.

The smart factory promotion project is a project that uses ICT technology to improve the production process and the entire management environment system. In Korea, the smart factory promotion project has been continuously implemented since 2014, and the Smart Factory Promotion Team is supporting it nationally. The smart factory promotion project has shown positive results in some companies even in difficult environments such as the COVID-19 situation. In order for each company to promote the smart factory project, it must receive business approval through an evaluation based on the business plan. In order to receive business approval, it is important that the main contents described in the business plan (introduction (business) goals, qualitative goals, quantitative goals, functional composition diagram, etc.) are described consistently. In this study, we studied the cases of several companies to determine whether the main contents of the companies' business plans were consistent. The main contents to be maintained in consistency were the purpose and necessity of introduction, quantitative goals, qualitative goals, functional composition diagram, and expected effects.

우리나라를 비롯한 많은 국가들이 청년창업활성화를 위해 다양한 창업지원프로그램을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 우리나라에서 운영 중인 주요 창업지원프로그램들에 대한 현황과 특성을 파악하고, 주요 선진국들의 창업지원제도에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 요구되는 창업지원프로그램에 대한 발전 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 창업지원제도의 성공요인을 분석하여 창업지원프로그램이 실효성 있게 운영되기 위한 방안을 도출하였다. 기존 창업지원프로그램들의 현황 분석을 통해 자금지원, 선발 프로세스, 교육 및 멘토링, 네트워킹, 홍보 및 브랜딩, 사후관리부분에서 실질적 창업활성화를 위해 필요한 개선방안과 창업지원프로그램들의 성과평가지표에 대한 제언, 연구의 한계점 등을 제시하였다.

모바일기기의 '스마트화'로 인해 소비자들의 모바일기기를 활용한 서비스의 이용 빈도가 높아지면서 서비스 이용에 있어서 시간적, 공간적 제약이 없는 클라우드 서비스에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이런 트렌드는 기업업무 환경에도 영향을 주어 사무실에서 PC를 활용하여 수행했던 고전적인 업무 행태를 벗어나 시간과 장소에 구애 없이 스마트 모바일기기로 업무를 수행하는 '스마트워크 (Smart-work)'가 확산되고 있는데 주로 스마트 모바일기기로 이용가능한 공동 문서작업, 화상회의, 자료검색 등의 솔루션 제공 차원에 머물고 있어서 스마트워크를 도입하고자 하는 기업 입장에서 다양한 기업업무용 애플리케이션 개발과 운영의 비용절감을 위한 클라우드 서비스 플랫폼이 필요하다. 이에, 본 논문은 기업업무 서비스용 모바일 애플리케이션 개발을 지원하고 개발된 애플리케이션을 PaaS(Platform as a Service) 형태로 모바일기기에 서비스하는 모바일 클라우드 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다.

The changing structure of organization and the increasing diversity of business have forced organizations to have abilities to coordinate dispersed business activities. They have required cooperation and coordination among the functional units in the organization which should involve group decision-making processes. Although many group decision-making support tools and methods have been introduced to enable the collaborative process of group decision-making, they often lack the features supporting the dynamic complexity issue frequently occurring at group decision-making processes. This results in cognitive unfit between the group decision-making tasks and their supporting tools, bringing about mixed results in their effects on group decision-making. This study proposes system dynamics modeling as a group decision-making support tool to deal with the group decision -making tasks having properties of dynamic complexity in terms of cognitive fit theory.

Purpose - This study aimed to explore and examine the government policies and supporting systems of the traditional market in Korea. Research design / data / methodology - Recognizing these problems, the Korean government enacted three special legislations and adopted six support policies in support of the traditional markets. Results - Those markets with modernized stores, parking lots, and arcades have certainly increased sales and the number of customers. However, this uniform modernization support policy was short of supporting strategies that could have developed characteristics and advantages of each market, so many markets and merchants lost self-sustainable ability and ended up with relying on government support. Conclusions - The study indicates that Small & Medium Business Administration's role in implementing government policies including selection of the markets that needed to be modernized, developing commercial areas in connection with traditional market and neighboring shopping streets, customizing and improving distribution system, developing specialty stores, merchant college, merchants' self-sustainable ability, and creating convenient and safe shopping environment is vital to traditional markets' future success.

The proportions of both the fishery industry and the gross regional domestic product in the national economy are gradually decreasing. If high value-added processed fishery products suitable for regional characteristics are developed, these proportions can be improved. In pursuit of this, it is first necessary to discover processed fishery products specialized in each region and then establish a development framework for them. In this study, location coefficient was used to find processed fishery products specialized in each region. Then, dynamic shift-share analysis was used to establish a development framework which consisted of four development types of processed fishery products. Based on the magnitudes of the industrial mix effect and the regional shift effect, the supporting strategy directions were proposed for four development types of processed fishery products. The supporting strategy directions were all focused on revitalizing the local economy.
