Service companies are making constant efforts to gain positive business performance such as customer satisfaction, quality improvement, and valuable management. Compared to other industries, service companies are highly dependent on workers for responding to customers and satisfying various customer needs in terms of business content and type. Thus, the attitude, given, environment, and capacity of the workers who supply service and serve customers are important factors that directly and indirectly influence customer satisfaction and performance. To enhance the performance of organizations and gain competitive advantage, it is important to provide the various forms of social support for workers as service suppliers. In this sense, active interests including the development of personal competence, support for working environment, and providing chances for the development of new services are significant. This study is a follow-up study on the influence of social support for positive psychological capital, creativity, and work performance of service workers. Among the service process matrix, this study targets the workers involved in mass service fields and seeks to examine how support for co-worker influences the performance through self-efficacy. No empirical analysis has examined workers involved in mass service fields. Thus, this study aims to take an approach different from that of previous studies and to suggest more effective human resource management strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of service companies and provide related implications.

Compensation and pay dispersion has been rigorously scrutinized to investigate their impacts on productivity and organizational performance. However, it is difficult to find a systematic study on the systematic dynamics of compensation and pay dispersion effects specifically in the context of Korean venture companies. Venture companies should manage their organizational resources efficiently to maximize their organizational performance through pay structure by efficiently managing the inherent resources. However, we acknowledge that empirical studies on how compensation and pay dispersion affect organizational productivity and performance are rare to find in the Korean context. To overcome this supplement limitation, this study hypothesized that (1) pay and members' productivity are positively related, (2) pay dispersion and organizational productivity have U shaped relationship, and (3) organizational productivity mediates the positive relationship between compensation and organizational performance. Venture companies and professional sports teams share manifold common characteristics such as size, financial circumstances, and operational objectives. We collect 9 seasons (2013~2014 - 2021~2022) of 10 teams' data of Korean Basketball League teams to test our hypotheses. Methodologically, the assessment of our analysis is rendered with PROCESS macro model 58. The statistical results showed that all hypotheses are statistically supported. This study explains how compensation and pay dispersion affect organizational productivity and performance of venture companies in Korea.
The objectives of this study were to assign reasonability to importance of weight selection issue in key performance indicator for performance evaluation of Centers for Child-care Foodservice Management (CCFSM) developed by using Balanced Scorecard (BSC), to draw key performance indicator (KPI) by perspective and to analyze differences in recognition on importance. From September 25 to October 9, 2012, we conducted a questionnaire-based study via e-mail, targeting chiefs and team leaders of nationwide 21 CCFSMs (43 persons), officials of local governments where CCFSM was established (21 persons), officials of Korea Food and Drug Administration (2 persons) and foodservice management experts (27 persons) in order to estimate the relative importance on 4 perspectives and 14 KPIs and analyzed its results by using 61 collected data. The results showed that relative importance of perspectives was estimated in order of importance as follows: business performance (0.3519), customer (0.3393), resource (0.1557), learning and growth (0.1531). Relative importance of KPIs was in order of importance as follows: Evaluation of sanitary management level in child-care foodservice facilities (0.1327), Level of customer recognition and behavior improvement (0.1153), performances of round visiting inspection on foodservice, sanitary, safety management, and foodservice consulting (0.0913). Our results showed that the recognition differences exist on the relative importance of perspectives and KPIs between officials of CCFSM, KFDA, local government and foodservice management experts. These observations will form the basis for developing evaluation systems, and it is considered that performance indicators developed on this basis will suggest direction of operation which CCFSM will have to perform.
Recently, there is a substantial interest in implementing Business Process Management System(BPMS) among enterprises with the purpose of business process innovation. BPMS redesigns and coordinates business processes in terms of both automated steps and human involvement in order to maximize the value of both involved people and systems. The reason why BPMS is getting attention from top managers is that it has the possibility to optimize the business processes by cycling the process of modeling, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and redesigning work processes. Thus, it has created high expectations about not only productivity improvement but also business process innovation. However. having an innovative nature, which is used for process innovation, BPMS implementation has great potential to stir up employee resistance. The analysis and the discussion about the prevention of the resistance against IS(Information Systems) is important because IS change the way people work and also alter the power structure within the organization, in general. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that have an impact on the effective adoption of BPMS at the enterprise level. To find out these factors, this study considers two characteristics of BPMS: First. BPMS shares some characteristics with other enterprise-wide IS such as ERP. Second, it has special BPMS-specific characteristics. Due to the lack of previous research on BPMS adoption, interviews were carried out with IT-consultants and CIOs who conducted BPMS projects previously to find out BPMS-specific features that would make BPMS unique when compared to other enterprise-wide IS. As a result, the monitoring function was chosen as the main BPMS-specific factor. Thus, this paper reviewed studies both on enterprise-wide IS adoptions, which applied Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and secondly on computer based monitoring to find out factors that would influence the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review, the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses, out factors that would impact the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The data analysis results showed that two among three monitoring function related factors - enterprise evaluation system and fairness of the boss - were significant. This implies that employees would worry less about the BPMS implementation as long as they perceive the monitoring results will be used fairly for their performance evaluation. However, employees' high self-efficacy on their job was not a significant factor in their perception of the usefulness of BPMS. This is related to cases that showed employees resisted against the information systems because they automated their works (Markus, 1983). One specific case was an electronic company, where the accounting department workers were requested to redefine their job because their working processes were automated due to BPMS implementation.
Customer relationship management(CRM) is perceived to be failing, and there is an urgent need for some practical ways to address this issue. The research presented in this article demonstrates that the implementation of CRM activities delivers greater profits. The author examine the key drivers and information technology process in implementing CRM using data collected from a diverse sample of firms. The results show that IT processes and top manager's commitment of CRM play a vital role in enchancing an organization's customer relationship performance. The study provides insights into why the use of customer orientation might not always deliver the expected customer relationship performance outcome.
As customer relationship management (CRM) has been increasingly adopted by corporations as a core business strategy, measuring performance of CRM is becoming an important managerial issue recently. In this study, we present a conceptual framework formeasuring CRM performance, and provide strategic priorities among the diagnostic perspectives and factors involved in the framework by analyzing their comparative weights. We first derived critical success factors of CRM from an extensive literature review and in-depth interviews with industrial and academic CRM experts, and categorized them into one of four different diagnostic perspectives. Then, we asked a group of CRM experts to evaluate each set of diagnostic factors in a pairwise fashion with respect to each perspective, computing their comparative weights by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. In terms of diagnostic perspectives, this study shows that customer perspective was the most critical perspective, whereas infrastructure was the least weighted perspective. The result also discloses that explicit goal and top management's attitude, expanding customer relationship, strengthening customer loyalty, and enhancing customer equity are the most important factors in infrastructure, CRM process, customer, and organizational performance perspective, respectively.
Recently, in the global financial transaction field, global transactions using computer systems and server hubs between foreign exchanges beyond the one-dimensional offline transactions and two-dimensional online transactions have been actively conducted. In the previous research by Lee Hyung-wook and Lee Min-jae (2018), as the globalization has accelerated following the development of digital technology and the expansion of ubiquitous communication network, the role of companies, the attribute of economic value creation and economic structure are being reorganized. It is said that O2O (Online to Offline) transactions are increasing due to the development. As a result, a new financial transaction paradigm is emerging that solves the inconveniences of existing financial services and enhances speed and convenience. Considering the global network trend and the rapidly developing and evolving digital bank environment, the necessity of utilizing the business platform model is emerging. However, despite this necessity, there are very limited cases in which such an attempt has been applied in practice. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the business platform of the new financial transaction system. Specifically, the case study systematically examines the actual implementation of a unique network connection model with Koscom's global investment bank, which is currently in charge of the domestic financial transaction system, and improves ICT innovation performance and process through this. I would like to suggest a solution. In particular, this study analyzed a variety of business model construction and use cases by pursuing a platform connection with digital banks, which has recently been increasingly in demand. Therefore, this study intends to pursue the original and long-term profitability of the company by utilizing ICT innovation and platform business model, and also analyzes the convenience and excellence of trading for institutional and individual investors using the platform of digital bank. The implications of this study are significant in that it explores and explores the actual cases of ICT innovation and additional digital bank platform-connected business models based on this, and suggests a unique and preemptive business strategy of the company in the future.

Recently a rapidly changing business environment, business strong ability and operating an integrated information system is actively made. However, the result of the success factors affecting the overall project, but a study to analyze the project's success is not enough. In this study, the project implementation and operation of the critical success factors that can occur in the analysis of research and practice leading to the combination of variables derived from empirical studies find and isolate the success factors were over. Present study came from existing projects that can be the integrated system, representation factors affecting the implementation and operation of business processes in order to analyze the elements and procedures, performance capabilities of the organization, consultants and professionals involved with other related variables were analyzed by injecting. In this study, the consultants and experts showed that the variables are very significant rather than the organization's ability to perform business processes and procedures. This study will give a guideline as future success factors for building an integrated system of professional experiences.
In 1990s, many organizations recognized the ERR system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integrating and managing enterprise resources. These organizations tried to implement the ERP system to hold the competitive advantage. And the ERP system leads to business process reengineering. So it is important to consider both organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process. This study is examined in detail about organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process, seeks how the difference of these factors related to the ERP success. The sampled companies implemented the ERP system by using the different ERP implementation approaches. This study provides that the ERP implementation approach differs from organizational environmental characters, and change management tactics are different according to the ERP implementation approaches. But, some change management factors are important regardless of the ERP implementation approaches. This study also provides the effects on EPR performance through the change management. The study is of service to the organizations implementing ERP and provides practical contribution for managing organizational changes.

Technology innovation activities are very important for companies to secure technological competitiveness and continue to grow. Korea operates a certification system at the national level to promote corporate innovation activities, and strives to enhance SMEs' global technological competitiveness. Among these, the representative system related to technological innovation is the New Excellent Technology (NET) certification. NET is certified through a strict three-stage screening process, and is operated for the purpose of commercialization of new technology, technology trading, and promotion of early market entry by companies. Acquiring NET certification means that the company has a certain level of technological competitiveness. Therefore, this study attempted to conduct an empirical analysis on which technology innovation activities of companies affect the success of R&D projects and improvement of management performance, centering on NET certification system. To verify this, technology strategy, technology planning, systematic R&D process, internal cooperation, and external cooperation activities were set as major variables. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was confirmed that all variables set in this study individually contributed to the success of the R&D project and improvement of management performance. However, when looking at a comprehensive level that considers all variables, it was analyzed that systematic R&D process management and cooperation activities with external organizations have a statistically significant effect on R&D project success, and technology strategy establishment and technology planning activities, which are the initial stages of R&D, have a statistically significant effect on management performance. This study was conducted on innovation-oriented SMEs that have established and operated corporate R&D centers and are actively conducting R&D activities, and multiple regression analysis was used as an analysis method.
